All good on this trip - called ahead and my order was waiting for me upon arrival - Bravo ! Order was correct and parking fairly easy - I'll be back !

Suppose to be a regular fat burger

For $50+ it's a bust. All three of the fats were flat including the bun. I never had a fat burger like this very disappointing. We ordered a regular fat . Fries were really cooked long they were white instead of a nice golden brown we had to toss them in the air fryer

One of the cleanest fast food spots I've seen. This is a comfortable location. I ordered two Originals with cheese, no lettuce and a skinny Fry. The lady behind the counter yells everything back to the cook behind the grill; it's really funny. It reminds me of the old SNL skit with John Belushi, "CHEESEBURGER, CHEESEBURGER!" The service is friendly and they bring the food out to you, when eating there. The burgers is good, but nothing that I'm going to crave. Two cheeseburgers, one fry and a drink was 30 bucks. I guess that's to be expected nowadays. Also, no Coke, only Pepsi. Oh well, you can't have it all!

For my money, the best fast food burger in LA is at Fatburger. Good quality beef that's well-seasoned and grilled to be juicy without being greasy. Fresh veggies and other toppings, plus a substantial bun that doesn't collapse. I didn't order a side this time, but their fries are top notch, and their onion rings are some of the best you'll find. Friendly staff offers quick service, and the recently remodeled outpost in Sherman Oaks is clean, comfortable and supported by a cheery soundtrack. Definitely leaps and bounds better than In-N-Out... always has been.

I walked into my favorite hamburger stand today. I had to have my Large Bacon Cheeseburger with a side of chili, onions and cheese. I'm gonna crush it! Yummers! Thanks for extraordinary service once again. I'll be back!!

Welcome back, Fatburger - Sherman Oaks. My local Fb has been remodeled and updated to keep its burger spot charm, but with a fresh coat of everything... Including its outdoor dining area. Fast food casual comfort retro renovated and ready to be enjoyed. Great service, good eats and loaded with reliable burger stand options. The fries are definitely a must skinny, sweet potato as well as classic fat fries (thick steak cut). Great milkshakes here as well - the non dairy Craig's Vegan Milkshakes are yum from Strawberry to Maui Banana, vanilla and chocolate aren't half bad as well. While I do miss the impossible nuggets once offered here and throughout the chain the impossible burgers are made just the way I like. They were a little slammed the other day so my order was cancelled (insert single tear emoji)... But this almost never happens otherwise. Love walking up Ventura Blvd over to Ventura Blvd & Beverly Glen Blvd (also Tyrone Avenue if heading north to south) where this location resides. Ordering takeout (express window), delivery (GrubHub, UberEats, Postmates) or dine-in. Restrooms on the outside for customers just off their stand alone parking lot. Very pedestrian friendly in so many ways bringing the vintage food spot vibes into the 2020s and beyond.

I like this Fatburger location. I have been here several times. I ordered a single cheeseburger with bacon and chili on it. They serve you huge fries or thin fries. Shakes are delicious here too. Nice service too. Jessica was a good help We will be back again sometime.

Dry meat, somewhat stale bun, not that good. What happened to this place? Might try another location before saying goodbye.

The only small detail that takes away from the overall look is the use of artificial flowers in some areas -- they make the space feel a little less refined and don't quite match the vibrant, modern style of the restaurant. Overall, it's still one of our favorite fast-food spots. A great place for a casual meal with a fun atmosphere!

I know that's controversial as a now East Coaster, but this Los Angeles staple will always have my heart. Why does In n' Out reign supreme? Every element, from the buns to the beef patty, are exceptional. The buns are soft and hefty. They don't easily disintegrate in your hands. They come out greased, as though they've been swiped with a bit of butter. The lettuce and onions are crisp, the latter both sweet and pungent. The tomatoes, too, are fresh. The cheese is perfectly melty, blending in with the signature sauce. And the patty, oh the patty: not too thick, perfectly seared, juicy, and, the best part, seasoned. The fries are hardly a supporting actor in this meal. They, too, are the best fries I've ever had, a blend of crispy and potatoe-y, peeled and fried on site. You can't get any fresher than that. Whenever I return to California, I always have a meal here. In n' Out is simply that good.

Adding to their comfort food menu in the coolest railcar you'll ever be stationary in. Dine inside or out on their patio. Solid veggie options including a Garden Burger, Hungry Plant (Vegan) Burger, Veggie Sandwich and others. For some reason Carneys, unlike Tail O the Pup, Cupid's, Pink's, Tony's Darts Away, Dog Haus and lots of other great Hot Dog spots doesn't have a Veggie Dog option. I do love and appreciate the Hungry Planet Burger for sure, but it be nice if they introduced this. People have been asking for years. Gluten Free options available, including buns, and they do their best to cook things separately to reduce any crossover. Though I do love getting my burger Lettuce Wrapped, and they do a good job. We paid $68 for two salads and an order of fries, which felt overpriced for the quality and portions. What really stood out, however, was the customer service. I visited with my mother and my toddler son. Since my son wasn't going to eat fried food, I bought him a fruit smoothie from a neighboring business. While we were already in line paying for our order, the owner or manager approached us and informed us that outside food and drinks were not allowed because the restaurant is kosher. Although he said he would make an exception this one time, he approached us again while we were waiting outside for our food. We had chosen to sit outside because the restaurant was crowded, loud, and stuffy inside. Despite us not causing any issues, he again insisted that the smoothie could not be on the premises and began explaining that his license could be suspended due to association rules. We politely told him it wasn't a problem and decided to take our food to go. I understand businesses have policies, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily confrontational, especially considering the drink was for a toddler and we had already spent nearly $70 at the restaurant. Between the mediocre food, high prices, and rude customer service, I would not return. There are plenty of better dining options in the area.

I don't think people realize just how good Ike's vegan menu actually is…read more I've been a customer for about 5 years, starting at the Northridge location before becoming a regular at Sherman Oaks after moving closer. Over the years I've probably ordered more sandwiches here than I can count, and lately I've been making it my mission to work through their vegan menu one sandwich at a time. The thing I appreciate most is that Ike's doesn't treat vegan options like an afterthought. They have an entire lineup of creative sandwiches that all bring something different to the table. Some of my favorites so far have been the Meatless Mike, Handsome Owl, Pee-Wee, Vegan Bonnie Jill, and Vegan Mary Ashley. Every time I think I've found my favorite, another sandwich surprises me. The Sherman Oaks team is always welcoming, the food is consistently fresh, and the menu keeps me coming back. It's one of those places that's become part of my LA story. If you're vegan, start exploring the menu. You'll probably find a favorite of your own.
