I brought my car in for a simple wheel alignment but ended up agreeing to a few additional repairs that were pointed out to me. Unfortunately, the experience turned into months of back-and-forth delays. I repeatedly dropped off my car with the promise it would be completed by the end of the day, but that rarely happened. I had to use Uber on and off while the shop had my car, which cost me over $600. I was also promised a refund for parts that were never used, but I have yet to receive it. At one point, I left my car for 10 days while I was on vacation, only to find out it hadn't been moved or worked on at all. When I returned, the shop kept it for several more days, claiming repairs were still in progress. During that time, one of the shop's co-workers damaged my rear fender. I was told it would be fixed within three days, but the car stayed there for over 10 days and the repair was still not completed. Additionally, the shop received a parking ticket while the car was in their possession, which they said they would take care of--but to this day, it hasn't been resolved. I've reached out multiple times to settle these issues but have not received a clear or consistent response. Recently, I stopped by the shop and spoke with someone named Arvin, who said the business is now called "Tire Chose" and that he had taken over. I'm not sure how accurate that is, but I've been trying to contact them for over three months without success. I have proof of all Zelle payments and prior communication. I will wait until the end of next week for a response before submitting an official complaint with the city. I went back after a week only to be told they were too busy to help and i was being paranoid because it's a new tire. "The light is still on because of weather change" LIES!!!! I ended up going to a new place where they had to replace the tire and recalibrated my system, something these people never did. will never be back. read more

Not reliable or trustworthy. They sold me a used tire as a new tire. This tire was flat by the end of the night. The gentleman had so many excuses. They change tires on the street side in front of a bus stop, very dangerous. Waited too long for repair definitely not worth the it! BEWARE read more

I cannot rave enough about this place! I called them early on a Wednesday morning extremely upset after making calls to local tire places and getting quotes upwards of $140 dollars PER TIRE. I finally found this spot on google and called them up. The owner was super helpful, polite and accommodating. I drove over there, no appointment, and i was helped immediately.
