    Hot honey burrata pizza
    Kelsy C.

If your born in the 80s or early 90s this is the spot of nostalgic entertainment for you. My husband and I kept looking at everything and just saying ahhh cool we remember that! Service was good! Sweet girl at the counter with good recommendations, ordered the hot honey burrata. IT WAS DELICIOUS so so good, top tier quality taste. It's HIGHLY encouraged to preorder your pizza but we weren't in a rush, about 10-15min wait for entire pizza. Sundays are entire pies only, will come back for the by the slice selection!

A locally owned, made-to-order pizza spot on the corner. Ran by a couple living close by. Recommended to call n order ahead of time bc they only make a limited # of pizza pies/day. If you're lucky, you can try their burrata, hot-honey...our favvve!

    Mushroom pizza, way too burned

Honestly, one of the better tasting NY slices (if not the best around here in the Bay Area), but I've been twice and they always seem to really burn the pizzas. I thought it was a one off, but I've been multiple times and all pizzas were more or less the same. Not a great experience. I can stomach a little char on it, but at one point I couldn't differentiate if this pizza was being cooked in an oven, or being saved from a house fire. Very unfortunate.

We've tried this pizza a few times now and absolutely love it! The crust, sauce, cheese are so perfectly balanced in flavor! This is one of our top 3 pizza spots in the Bay Area. I highly recommend this spot if you love east coast style pizza. I would recommend planning ahead if you decide to come here due to the lines during peak times.

How can anyone *not* give this place 5 stars? Seriously. It's run by two of the nicest people you'll ever meet, Kam and Joe, and you feel that the second you walk in. No ego, no hype--just genuine people who care deeply about what they're putting out. We had two pies -- the "Shroom Dealer" and the "Cheesus Christ" -- and both absolutely lived up to the names. But the real star? The crust. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's the best I've ever had. Thin, crackery, perfectly crisp, yet still somehow light and airy. It comes out screaming hot, with that perfect balance of crunch and chew that's almost impossible to nail. Every bite just snaps in the best way. It's pizza heaven--the kind of crust you keep eating even when you're full because you don't want the experience to end. They make a limited number of pies each day, and when they're out, they're out. The menu is tight--just a handful of pizzas--but every single one is dialed in. No gimmicks, no shortcuts. And yeah, you won't find fancy interiors or curated aesthetics here. That's not the point. Every ounce of effort goes into the quality of the pizza--and it shows. Limited hours. Limited menu. Unlimited taste and value. This is the kind of place you root for. Don't walk... run.

What a cool pizza place!!! The service was super friendly and we got there right when the opened so we could order a whole pie for the kids. What can I say, the pepperoni pizza was awesome. But we are going to come back and try their cheese pizza and their sausage. The whole pie took about 40 min to cook but I highly recommend getting this option if folks are hungry! Sliced were coming out fast so no worries if people are hungry immediately. The place is really cute inside and ample parking (I'm looking at you pizza places in SF!) can't wait to come back!

Super delicious pizza with the nicest owners/workers!! The hot honey burrata pepperoni pizza is the perfect balance of salty, sweet mix of cheese and meat! I also loved how the pizza was thin crust too, which made it not feel too heavy. The pizza came out to $45 and could definitely feed 2-3 people!

My favorite pizza (veggie club) has its recipe changed: has no bell peppers and has artichokes now instead. I highly dislike artichokes; everyone in my family dislikes artichokes. The phone number also does not work.

Delicious pizza sold by slices by a local couple during lunch and whole pizza at dinner! Their pizza crust is just perfectly crisp not too thin with a lovely chew ! Topping good but I do wish for their cheese pizza there's a little bit more cheese on it

Looooove this place but it's literally always closed. Every time I crave pizza and look to see if they're open, they're closed... I've never seen a pizza place closed so often!! So unfortunately I stopped trying to go as often - haha. They say the peppa pig is Bay Area's best pizza and I would have to say it's up there! Just be open more often, Corner Slice. Your community needs you ~~~~ come on!

I am not a pizza person so we don't normally go to a pizza joint unless necessary. However my son really want to try this place so as a good mom I agreed. ONE OF THE HEST PIZZA I HAVE HAD!!! We heard some pizza sell out quick so we arrived just before it opened. There are games around so kids can be entertained as well. A bit noise with a big TV, but that is expected for a pizzeria. Service was good and we got some recommendations. Yummy is all I can say! The crust was thin enough but not too thin for people like me who enjoy the dough as much as toppings... sometimes even more than the toppings. The toppings are generous and fresh. Not too cheesy but perfect. This will be the pizza place I will gladly saying yes to!

    Peppa pig!

The crust is fluffy inside and crunchy on the outside. I've been a few times with my toddlers and the service was good. We got cups of water for them in plastic cups with lids and a straw without asking. The server asked us if it was alright to provide the kids with a scratch-off activity which I thought was nice. I've been a customer for likely a decade & that says a lot for me. Especially after I ordered dinner a few months postpartum, with my two hour feeding/expressing schedule for multiples. Needless to say I was starving. I drove over about ten minutes after the 35 minute wait time to ensure I can be in and out quickly. I was divested to learn my order was not made. I got a discount for next time which I thought was okay but honestly it was terrible. If you ever have multiple newborns or hungry kids at home you'd get it; I was not up for telling my story so I did not. I wouldn't expect anything different anyway. I was bummed and stayed away a while but they corrected the issue to a degree & I eventually returned. It is pricier but I think it is worth it.

I spent $70 plus dollars on 2 medium pizzas and when they arrived and I saw them I was not impressed. I went to pick up a piece of the meat lovers pie and everything on the crust slid right off into the box. So I wanted to still see what it tasted like so I spooned it up and tasted it only to spit it out into a napkin and went and rinsed my mouth out. So disgusting and greasy it should have been served in a bowl as soup not anything like pizza should be. We called to talk to the manager 5 times and it just so happens he was never there and never called us back to discuss the issue. So I guess ripping people off is standard for this place if you read all the reviews and if you are smart you will if you are thinking about eating there. We finally just wrote it off figuring they must really need the money to treat people so bad and serve such dog food. This is a small town pizza shop and I do not even want to address it as one but for the review I will. If you are thinking of doing business there first read the reviews and remember you will not be compensated for horrible food. I will let everyone thinking about eating at this place know not to waste your time or money and if you do you deserve what you get. To the owner , sell the place to someone who knows how to make pizza and treat's customers with respect!!! It does not even deserve a single star but they will not let you post unless you do, so let's be clear it's not worth a rating!! Dricci

The food is good, the beer selection as awesome and the atmosphere is super casual and fun. It can get a little noisy at times, but there's plenty of outdoor seating for more quiet. What I like best about it is that it really feels like you're going to a place that treats its employees and its customers like family. I'm not a big reviewer, but I felt compelled to share my last experience with Porky's. After ordering, I stopped by the ladies room before going to get a beer. One of the stalls was out of toilet paper and all I could think about was that Seinfeld episode. Wanting to help someone avoid an embarrassing situation, I went to the counter to let them know. The person I tried to tell was kind of rude and waved me off. It was really weird because every other interaction I've ever had with employees there is best described as hospitality instead of just service. I was going to shrug it off. Everyone has off nights, but it was just so out of character for this place I felt I had to say something. I submitted an online comment via their website and figured that was that. Two days later, I got a phone call from Patsy. She was appreciative that I brought it up, asked for more details and promised a follow up. A few days after that, I got a very nice handwritten card from her letting me know they had worked with the employee, who was sorry and was just having an off day. My own mother doesn't send me handwritten cards anymore. I was never going to write the place off after a single incident, but this kind of care for people means I will always keep this place in rotation when the "what do you want for dinner?" Question comes up.

My wife politely asked our waiter if they could reduce the AC level and the waiter kind of said he'd look into it but nothing came of that/he ignored it. It was literally freezing in there and I was wearing a jacket! Not a comfortable experience. The Penne alla vodka pasta was pretty mid. They for some reason served it on a wide plate which made it cool a lot faster. It was at no point "hot." The pasta itself was cooked well enough, but the sauce and cheese was nothing special, pretty basic. The salad was also mid. The beets seemed like they were canned and the salad was pretty drenched in a basic dressing. The pizzas overall were better than the salad and pastas, although the Diavola pizza's meat was too acidic and bitter. The pizza Amalfi was a better pizza, had a good balance. Overall, this place wasn't anything special food-wise and the fact that the restaurant was so cold and our waiter was not super friendly just turned us off even more.
