It is VERY expensive for anything other than beer. Happy hour is a dollar off. You can get prepackaged food for the same price that you would get freshly cooked food anywhere else. But the food is really good. The pizza is very floppy. Ask for it well done. read more

Pizza is now a standby, far better than anything else around, at a great price. Taiwanese breakfast burrito is amazing and is a great twist on traditional ingredients. Hainan chicken plate is a great meal and special to have on the west side. Love the meatball sub with the hit of pesto. Love this place and hope it's here to stay. read more

I have been here many times for happy hour for draft beer. The beers (and the single beers for sale) are good. Unfortunately, the happy hour burger price has gone from $10, to $12 to $15. It comes with fries or tater tots. The cashier said it's the cost of the good ingredients they use. The burger is good, but not worth $15. I have also tried the pizza and found that toppings are not very many. My friends, many whom have lived in various countries in Asia are impressed with the imported foods. It's nice sitting in the front, and sports are usually on. I'm a long time Mar Vista resident and am happy to see new businesses but I'll probably be back only when a friend wants to come here. read more

The food here is really good but the thing that really stands out is the service here. they are super friendly without sounding or seeming fake. There is a very relaxed vibe happening with people being in a genuine good mood. The service was above and beyond what you'd expect from this kind of place. I've been here multiple times and will definitely be coming back again. Also buy one get one free pizza deals happening all the time. The value is incredible. I have been a big fan of Little Fatty for a long time and was waiting for Fatty Mart to open and it did not disappoint. Got a pepperoni pizza and a carnitas burrito for my family of four and the kids, wife and myself left happy and full. The pizza was crispy and delicious and the carnitas burrito was huge and flavorful. We loved the variety of groceries as well. We picked up frozen dumplings, frozen tamales, a frozen burrito, black sesame crunchy butter, and some Asian treats and chips and can't wait to see how they come out. The concept and space is very nice, and was enough seating to handle the crowds. They also had a Korean food section, ice cream, coffee and Vietnamese style sandwiches so enough variety for even the pickiest of families (especially kids!). The pizza is delicious. We ordered cheese and pep by-the-slice because my 4 kids were starving. Usually by-the-slice means sacrificing quality for expedience, but not here! Blistery crust with great chew. Sauce seems to be crushed San Marzano tomatoes (Jim Lahey style - my favorite). The pepperoni has two types of salami. Delicious. Perfect amount of cheese. We also tried the Spam gimbap (yum!) And bough strawberry vanilla samanco ice cream treats for dessert. Excellent meal! read more

Beautifully curated market but sadly overpriced. When I walk into a market and see Momofuku Chili Crunch for 20.00 it taints my entire experience as I now know they are charging way over what they should be charging when most gourmet shops will sell it for about 13 which is still higher than other places. Again, this place is amazing but the prices are too high. I sympathise that having a brick and mortar location is a lot but you're targeting a home chef that knows food and appreciates specialty foods etc. so they are going to be aware of 99 Ranch market and H Mart etc. and aware of all the chefs online and food network shows and podcasts etc. so the exposure to foods like the array of chili crunch jars is familiar and have been purchased before. I think if you can adjust prices slightly, you've got a home run as you want people to keep buying stuff and returning over and over again. At those prices I would buy a few things for a gift and then not return and then for myself I would go to 99 Ranch or the many other asian markets to get my staples. read more
