Good local place for pizza and subs. Ive gone here multiple times but its a toss up between here and Superior Roast Beef. Sometimes my sub is good other times not so much. I got the fried dough last night and that was a MISTAKE. Pizza is cheesy with a thin chewy yet crispy crust and a sweet sauce. I love their calzones which are also very cheesy and filling. Bonus: They have a HUGE party pizza which is great for large groups. Overall this place is pretty average, delivery and eat in options are available but I always just opt for takeout. read more

We LOVE Fauci's BUT the owners NEED to update their stoneaged credit card system to allow tips to be added to the bill. I was not told this over the phone after placing the order, which is unacceptable. Your delivery drivers are losing A LOT of tips for this reason! Chewy crust with lots of melty cheese and vaguely sweet tomato sauce. It's not what I'm usually into with pizza, but after a couple of bites I was sold. Only weird thing - they cut the crust strangely, not in usual slices but instead they cut a round pizza into small 2x2" squares... Hmmmmm Fauci's. This place is infamous for it's pizza cheese that you can bite into and stretch for about a foot or two. This place is pretty small, but the pizza is good. Definately take-out only. Not the best pizza in Lynn, but worth trying out. I like it, you may as well. read more

Good pizza, yet a bit different than "typical" Italian style pizza. The dough is somewhere in between doughy Italian style and crispy Greek style. This is not a bad thing. Just different. The sauce is also pretty sweet. They cut the large pizzas into squares as opposed to slices. I think this method fools my tummy into thinking I've had more pizza than I actually have, which is good. I have also gotten a party platter from Fauci's for a small party and my family was pleased. They provided condiments, rolls, a huge garden salad and chips. Their pricing was also below a few other places I checked out in the Lynn/Peabody area. The eggplant calzone has received high praise from my family and friends and don't forget to try a pizza roll! And I agree with John M., their pickup times are good, even on weekend nights. read more

Being honest it took me a while to get used to the "sweet" but some days it hits the spot, the calzones are great , party pizza's are always a hit. I just ordered a eggplant parm have yet to try it. The salad was nice and fresh and the garlic bread was on point. More than anything James responses to the reviews are priceless lol. I called to order a pizza but nobody answered the phone ( I tried three times )so I decided to use the online order method. I ordered a 3 topping pizza and a Greek salad. I got there only about 10 minutes after I ordered it so I knew I had to wait. After a half hour someone asked me what I ordered. He then proceeded to explain that they made the wrong pizza and it would only take 6 minutes to make the correct one. ( which I really don't understand, why did I wait so long in the first place if it only takes 6 minutes to make a pizza?) after 10 minutes went by, i was about to leave, when the girl said she had my order. Halfway home I got a call from my husband telling me I had to go back because the girl had called him to tell him that I still had the wrong Pizza. I love the pizza... it's an acquired taste, that you either love or hate. I really like the sweet crust and sauce with the cheese blend they use made Italian style. I love their business hours, I love being able to order quality, fresh food after 10 pm! Just a couple of suggestions: 1) You offer so many "unique" side order choices! I realize you offer a sample platter, but it has the items already picked out. Since most of the sides are the same price, I really wish you offered a single serving option/ build a platter option, allowing the customer to pick from as many single serving options (1. To try the various items 2. For the person ordering a pizza or other meal for themselves, but would also like to try one of the many appetizers or just something a little extra to go with it). I know for myself, you'd get extra money from my order, because I don't order any sides due to knowing I won't be able to eat it all and reheating it does not taste the same, I don't want to eat all of the extra calories in a full order, not knowing if I'll like it, or not knowing what I actually want to try out of a few different items so I just stick to my pizza. 2. Order online option... I've never had a problem with customer service or my order, but noticed it was a problem for others. a customer service at the store is absolutely horrible I had ordered something to eat about a week ago they completely forgot my mozzarella sticks and said that I would be credited I had to call today and she said that they could do nothing about it so I paid for a whole pizza and I ordered a large mozzarella stick the mozzarella sticks came and completely smashed and cold the woman on the phone had horrible customer service and told me that they left the building fine so that there is nothing that she could do about it the food was exceptionally good not too long ago these days the food has gone so well I'd rather not go there but it's definitely not the same old fauci's and the people there are not too friendly read more

Their gluten free pizza has promise. I want to like it. Sauce is excellent, very good cheese cover, toppings could be more generous if ordering just one. Oh so slightly better than average GF crust - may be Udi's. Here is my issue: the crust is never cooked! The first time was aweful. Tonight I told them of my first experience and asked to please cook the pizza longer and to brown it. The crust came back actually cooked less! I have been coming to Fauci's for nearly 28 years, I love their pizza, tonight that all changed. I ordered a calzone and it was made incorrectly. When I called to have the issue rectified the gentleman who I was speaking with was argumentative and defensive. Mistakes happen, I wasn't even upset about the issue I just wanted it fixed. They may not miss my business but I will never order from here again; which I can honestly say I've never had that opinion before. Such a shame, awesome pizza; terrible customer service skills... Really good food, AWFUL customer service. My family and I order from Fauci's whenever we are craving pizza. We always ignore the rude person (usually a woman) on the other end of the phone when we order and just focus on the food, however lately it's gotten much worse. Tonight was the last time we'll be ordering from them and prompted me to write this review. When I ordered over the phone tonight, at 8:45pm (they close at 10:30), I told the woman over the phone that my husband would not be there for at least 30 minutes. She said "k, fine, we won't leave here til 10 anyways even though business is slow tonight.." When my husband picked up our order EXACTLY 30 minutes later like I told the woman, she rolled her eyes at him and was SO unprofessional and rude!! Never again. I'd give this place NEGATIVE STARS if I could!!! I figured since they have been around for 43 years, they would be good. WOW......I was totally incorrect!!! The pizza was delivered cold, the slices were cut in an odd way, that's my 9 month old son could have done a better job. The crust had an oddly sweet taste to it. Pizza is good but delivery service is horrible, waited over 90 mins and my house is only 15 mins away. If I knew it would take more than the estimated 45-60 mins, I would have happily picked it up myself. I also called to check and see if the delivery person is on their way after 60 mins, because I would have picked it up then, but the girl said they're on their way, 30 mins later and the pizza is still not here. I think the best pizza in the north shore. Always consistent and I have always received it how I ordered it. Calzones are amazing. I like trying some pizzas that other places don't have like duck sauce chicken pizza. My wife says it can be greasy but I like the taste of it. It has a sweet sauce that is always great. I have tried some of the fried side orders that you can't get at most places like the sweet corn bites and they are a good compliment to the pizza. read more

Still looking for a good pizza delivery joint... hate to go with the chain, but when Bertucci's is better than anything else out there, what can you do? Gave Fauci's a call last night, and it took an hour and 10 minutes for the luke warm pizza to arrive. It's otherwise not bad, liked the sauce and the crust, which was not the least bit soggy -- we tried the Bruschetta pizza, which is tomatoes, onions, basil, and cheese.
