Been going there a long time and only live approximately a mile away from this establishment. Generally I like the taste of the pizza the problem that I have is on multiple occasions when you asked for delivery it shows up ice cold. I can understand that will happen from time to time what I cannot understand is when you get a pizza it is just not cooked. With though is still wet like the last pizza that I received. In addition because I've been buying the pizza for so long it was different it did seem to have much cheese on it and again maybe it was just a bad experience that one time. But when you factor in getting cold pizza multiple times it can be easier just to go somewhere else. There are a lot of pizza shop in around the area. I'm sure I will try themAgain but I will make sure when I do I will order the pizza well-done and pick it up myself that way I have a half a chance that it will be decent. read more

The pizza is more doughy than normal pizza. The sauce is also sweeter so if you like that then this is the place to try. It's definitely not the best pizza but it's not the worst. It's also cut into squares and not triangles which bothers me. They have really good calzones though. steak and cheese one is probably the best. It's a casual place that's pretty average but if you're looking for the best pizza ever this isn't it. Always loved their calzones. We ordered one last week for the first time in a while. SO disappointed ! The steak was fatty, there was barely any cheese in the calzone and the dough must have changed. It used to be sweet and soft, now tastes totally different. Will not be going back. read more

I love Facuis its my favorite place and my boyfriend agrees. The dough is sweet but it's what makes them different. I wish their delivery was a little faster but overall I really enjoy the pizza. Growing up with things on the north shore Fauci's was the place of choice for pizza. There are a lot if things I miss moving out of the area and this is a perfect example. We were just in the area on Sunday and picked up a few to take home. The pizza is beyond addictive and the crust is slightly sweet (lots of folks call out the sauce, but the crust is slightly sweet). The cheese is the good ol' whole milk mozzarella and the toppings are fresh. Service was spot on too. Don't miss this place! read more

I love Fauci's Pizza but trying to order a large extra cheese pizza for delivery shouldn't cost $17, on the menu for pick up it would cost $13.19 and that is including the extra cheese...When questioning this with the person on the phone, he restated 17 dollars... when I was going to ask him why so much, he actually hung up on me. I have never had anyone hang up when I was only asking a question about the price...Tell me why it was $17...Is there a 4 dollar deliver charge even though you haven't taken down my address to know how far or near you'd be delivering? I WAS......WAS a loyal customer of this establishment, but, today I will be looking for a new pizza place to order from. I just went through my book of take-out menus and threw Fauci's Pizza take-out menu in the trash, which is what they have apparently done with their customer service. See here's the thing about Fauci's, no matter what anyone else has today about it the pizza there is so radically different from any other location around you have to try it at least once. Some love it some hate it but at least they have the anecdote for parties that they've tried Faucis pizza. Personally I don't mind it but they're also 2 mins from my house so delivery (I use the word usually loosely, but) usually reaches me in the ballpark of 15 minutes and that's never a bad thing... read more

I always love this place to grab a pizza. The style is not your typical pizza but it is great in its own right. The sauce is a bit sweet and its a good change from your typical pizza. I personally get my large cheese a bit well done. Also, their party pie is unbeatable to feed a good size group. read more

I want to say that I am a fan of the pizza here and I have been since I was a kid but the experience I just had was truly unacceptable. I called for a delivery and placing my order took 5 minutes. (according to phone call time) during that call I was told once to "please hold" and twice to "hold while I put in someone elses order" so more than half of my order time was waiting. now that my order has been placed at 7:17 I wait. when it gets to 8:08 I call them back because it had almost been an hour the response was "were just waiting for our delivery driver" after that phone call I wait almost another 20 minutes before I get a phonecall at 8:26 telling me that they are outside. none of this bothered me too much UNTIL I open my pizza and take the first slice out and it is not warm and my drink was not cold. if I call and they do decide to replace the food I would have to wait for that so ill just have to eat this. read more

Super disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a large Buffalo calzone special which came with a free small cheese pizza. I ordered my food online and the website stated that the calzone was $14 and some change but then decided to notify me after I payed that it was an additional $8 after I already paid. My boyfriend and I ended up both getting sick from the calzone and we couldn't stop throwing up for the last 2 days. I called the next day to explain that we couldn't enjoy the calzone and the man I spoke with said that he would take down my name and number and a manager should be calling me back. 3 days went by and I never got a call back so I decided to call in which I spoke to a woman that was very rude. I explained to her the situation and she basically told me that it was my fault for my stomach not accepting the food and asked if I was sick with a stomach bug since my boyfriend and I were both throwing up. To which I told her no I am not sick and she went ahead and stated that no one else complained about the calzone so she can not give me a full credit. I explained to her that basically I just wasted $40 and she said she could only give me a $10 credit but it can only be used for a small cheese pizza. I went ahead and elaborated that just because no other customers complained doesn't mean my order didn't matter but she honestly showed no sympathy for someone who is a business owner. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with her arguing back and forth instead of doing the correct thing but instead wanted to make her point valid and made me feel as if I wasn't allowed to give my opinion on the whole situation as a customer. The $10 credit was honestly a slap in the face and went to show that she clearly doesn't care about her customers. This was the same lady who was working one day when I came in to pick up an order and I grabbed a small drink in to which I noticed it was expired and she asked why I didn't want it??? read more

My first time here the place could have more lighting I swore they were closed I also lived very close and never recognized it because of this :( However I ordered the steak bomb and it made up for everything. There was nothing bland about this sub when you bite into the sub there is no fatty strands or grissel which means alot to me. Good food. Overpriced. Not consistent with pick up time frames (25 minute wait turns into 45). Paid $38 for a large calzone and small pizza and was questioned for my ID and told that the calzone doesn't come with a tiny little marinara dipping sauce, this is extra! A jar of marinara is a buck at the grocery store. Been here a few times today you lost me over a ridiculous surcharge for an item that every other pizza shop I have ever been to considers a standard included with a calzone. read more

I've eaten at Faucis before and it has been a good experience but tonight was not so good. I had gone on the website to check that they delivered to Peabody which it says it does. About 5 minutes of placing my order on the phone I get a call back from a very rude woman saying that that is too far to deliver and she would only do it if I paid in cash. First of all my card info has already gone through and secondly if the website says you deliver there then that means you should. If it was out of the delivery zone then I wouldn't have ordered. Even so I was going to give the driver a good tip because it's not their fault and they are driving a little farther than normal to bring me my food! The guy gets here about when they said he would and hand me my food and asks me to sign the delivery slip...no spot for tip. He then angrily said "no gratuity?" And I said "where do I put it on the slip?" Apparently they only take cash tips and the rude woman on the phone did not tell me. He then stormed off slamming the complex door very loudly (it's late also) and yelling that "no tip and I wasted gas to get here." If he had just waited for a second I was going to run to get my boyfriend's wallet for some cash. NEVER ordering from here again. Ok so I have ordered from Fauci's for years and have never really encountered an issue but this last order was just what broke the camels back...I ordered a small buffalo chicken calzone, and 4 other items totaling aprox $75 and asked for some Blue cheese dressing for the buffalo chicken calzone only to my surprise I had to pay for the dressing. Now mind you I have ordered this on other occasions and never have been charged additionally for the dressing. I don't jhave a problem paying for extra dressing but to have to pay for even one dressing after spending $75 blows my mind..all I was told from the counter girl was that "I don't make the policies" never offered to ask anyone else and pretty much had the attitude take it or leave it..so I paid for it only because I was having a party but I will never ever go back!!!!! Only ordered from here twice and both times my order arrived wrong. First time I ordered the appetizer platter and didn't receive the fried pickles.
