Be it a youth sporting event or a work pizza party Fazeratti's Pizza always makes it work. They bend over backwards to give us the best pizza in a timely fashion and with a smile on their face. The staff were friendly and I loved the positive joking personality of them all. Smiles every we're. Very helpful with selection. I loved the open concept of the building plus's all the tv's make this a great place for game day's. The pizza came out slightly under cooked and the veggies under cooked due to being too thickly cut , but it did taste amazing. The service after delivery needs work I had to go up a few times to the counter to ask for things. My pet peeve as many know is a half empty glass of soda let alone a totally empty one multiple times. I'll be returning as I love the atmosphere. read more

Called for delivery to a local hotel as part of a group. We submitted 3 separate orders for pizza and salad. I ordered the small salad and a small pepperoni and sausage pizza which was about $25. Delivery was right on time. The small salad was fresh and enough for two generous portions. The small pizza actually can serve 3-4 people. The crust was a bit thick but cooked nicely through. Fazzerati's is the dive-y looking pizzeria in Napa's River Park Shopping Center. When I first moved to Napa, they were a dive, both inside&out. They were grungy, kind of dirty, and dimly lit. They were greasy&dusty. Fazzerati's is a popular hangout for local baseball teams, as well as community college students. In 2016, they got a much-needed interior upgrade. They've significantly cleaned up. While they still have a dive-y exterior, they are clean, bright&not as cramped. They've kept their menu the same, such as Troy's Special with its fresh red onions, the Big Faz, and their underrated The Gardener. It's a delicious vegetarian pizza with zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms&bell peppers. Fazzerati's is one of the few pizzerias with a salad bar, if you don't have the appetite for a large greasy pizza pie. It's not a huge salad bar like Sizzler, but has good variety for what it is. They have an open kitchen so you can watch the pizzas being freshly made. They have friendly, fast service, a pleasant, family-run, family-friendly pizzeria. read more

Fazerrati's hasn't let me down yet! Every year for my Husband's birthday we stay in Napa and last year, and this year we have ordered Fazerrati's for delivery. The pizza is always delicious. Ample toppings, crispy - yet fluffy crust, lots of cheese. This year we added garlic bread and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. I had an old family friendly pizza joint in my hometown, Fazzerrati's reminds of it, except they have way better pizza. This is family friendly spot, so if you want a quiet low key pizza dinner, get outta here. This place is great for lunch because they have pizza by the slice and an unlimited salad bar. Fazzerrati's really become more lively at dinner. They have tons of TV's on the walls, so you can watch any game on. I personally like getting the mini pizza, an unlimited salad, and a beer while I watch the game. They have a great crust and never skimp on the toppings. If you want to do take out, that's fine too! I order delivery all the time, the only downfall about this pizza is that because they are so loaded with toppings the pizza itself doesn't keep for more than a day or two. read more

So I was pretty bummed by the experience. I usually get pizza from Papa Joes but they were closed for some reason so I figured I would try here, as I couldn't remember why I didn't go here since I live essentially a mile away. Now I remember. So minor annoyance but like I said, I live a mile away and it still took about 50 minutes for them to deliver my food. :/ Their large is about 12 inches vs Papa's giant which is 16 I believe- for the exact same price. Ok maybe I'm paying for better quality? Nope. We got one of their specials which sounded great... but wasn't. It was chicken ranch and bacon... there was no sauce, the cheese fell off on every piece I lifted, and you could really only taste bacon. The chicken pieces were great sized but you could not taste it over the bacon (even when picked off the pizza and eaten alone-still bacon). So basically we ended up with bacon bread, for about $30. Three of us tried it, none of us finished it. We actually debated throwing it out vs saving the leftovers. Two of us voted toss but the BF decided he MIGHT eat it if he was desperate enough later... so yeah... not fans. We also got garlic bread half with cheese half without- both options were tasty. My issue is with the price- over $6 for an order which is not even half a loaf that you can get from Raley's grocery that you just heat up... for about $3... so my options are get it from Raley's for $3 for double the food but have to heat it myself or pay double for half the food but someone else to heat it. Meh. I did like the gal who took my order- very nice and friendly. read more

All I can say about Fazerrati's is WOW! They know how to make pizza!! We ordered Denise's favorite, Buffalo Chicken, and Ranch Chicken and each pizza was absolutely amazing! I was a first timer on trying Buffalo chicken pizza, but it's my new FAVORITE! I just ran to this restaurant normally eat i , but was in a hurry so i called to ask questions about if I could get the lunch special to go. The customer service was amazing I wish I would have gotten her name, but she asked what kind of pizza I was coming for since I had mentioned I was in a hurry so she could make sure it was being made and ready. Also from the minute I ordered she was very helpful and getting everything I wanted and my salad ready, bag prepped to go, what drink I wanted, ect .. We hadnt ate here for years, but decided to give them a try again. We ordered a pepperoni and a sausage, olive, and tomato. The pepperoni itself seemed as if it could have been cooked longer, but the crust was good. Didnt seem to have a whole lot of flavor to the pepperoni itself though. Our other pizza was really good and flavorful. For leftovers, we ended uo tossing the pepperoni as there was so much grease on the bottom it was not worth trying to eat again (I get pepperoni is an oily meat, but this was just beyond that). The other was fine. Will try again at a later time, maybe due to covid the werent able to get the normal pepperoni they have which made it less than expected? read more

I was mostly disappointed in this place. The salad bar is literally the smallest salad bar I've ever seen. There are not many items to choose from and not many dressings either. The price I thought was high for a salad bar with no variety. I skipped it. They also said they didn't have sweetener for the iced tea. Weird! All restaurants I go to have had at least one type of sweetener. So I also skipped the tea. I ordered a mini pizza. It was okay. Not the worst I've had but not the best either. The good part was there were many TV's so you could watch from anywhere you sat. Unfortunately not enough good to bring me back. We used to come here back in the day when we played softball in Napa. Had the pizza back then. This time, I was looking for wings. They had them. I asked if they were good? One of the guys kept saying, "yeah, they're pretty good." He said that a couple times. It's advertised as a 1 pound serving of buffalo style wings-approximately eight wings. These wings were average. Probably frozen wings baked in an oven, with sauce. Sauce was not incredibly hot. Meat did not fall off the bones. I had to work at it. Anyway, I'll give them three stars for effort. "Amici's cousin, Fazerrati" It cracks me up in today's society how defensive and nasty people get with local restaurants when you say anything honest that is negative. Don't need cyber bullying to get good reviews. If you like a restaurant, then that's great. Again, not all people like all restaurants. My experience with Fazerrati's was that it is overpriced, ok pizza. I'm not much into decor. It is a grungy place but many places that are grungy put out great food. I've been there twice. I ordered the supreme for clients who wanted to go there; and we were really disappointed. First of all $26 for a small place in Napa for a large pizza is ridiculous. I think good Pizza in general is becoming harder to find outside of the big cities. Either they are too pretentious with ingredients or too expensive. The cheapest pizza is a large cheese pizza for $15. The sauce was bland. It just didn't have any flavor. The crust was kind of greasy with all the meat and again, it just wasn't that good of a pizza. And for the price it should be at least really good. The meat was ok; fresher than some, not as fresh as others. I bought a special calzone and heated it up at home because I knew I wouldn't have time to cook and it was just ok. Again, not real flavorful. Not bad but not good. The crust was good though. The beer is cheap and cold. It's a great bargain. They also have an all you can eat salad bar for I think $8. I have tried this place twice and I'm not going back their again. It is kind of grungy but I've been to dives in Japan town and new york that were ghetto's but for great food it doesnt' matter. This just isnt' great food. Overpriced ok pizza. Disappointing. Friday night, time for a cheat day and eat whatever I want. I search for pizza places on Yelp and eventually came across Fazerrati's which I recognized as "oh the divey lookin place next to Fresh & Easy"! They had a pretty good Yelp Check-In offer so I thought I'd give it a shot. Girl who answered the phone for my pick-up order was nice and it was ready in about 15 minutes, still hot when I got there. I also packed up a salad to go from their nice salad bar. We got half Fazerati's Supreme and half Pesto Chicken (I added on onion), both were not the best pizza I've ever had but then again living in North Beach SF and Berkeley have spoiled me in regards to pizza so I'll round up to 4-stars because as far as take-out pizzas in Napa or places to bring a large group for eat-in, this place is the best. There was a time that this was a great place to go for pizza and a good salad bar. Tonight's visit anything but! I ordered a mini-pizza, salad bar and a beer. I was surprised to see the difference in the salad bar. The bowl of lettuce held nothing but iceberg lettuce. Where's the red cabbage or lettuce blend? The toppings were seriously limited, as well. No cheese, no carrots, no olives, and just huge croutons for "dry" toppings. What happened to the sunflower seeds?? Apparently the only option for the salad bar is All You Can Eat for $6.95! How much iceberg lettuce can one person eat? That's price is outrageous for what they're providing in the salad bar!! There are supposedly three different crust styles you can get, but the cashier didn't ask my preference and I forgot to say, so I was served thick crust. Yuck! Way too much bread! I prefer to sit in a booth when possible, but every single booth looked as though the mad slasher had paid a visit! I found one seat that wasn't all cut up and taped up. Yay! I went to sit down and the seat was all collapsed! I literally fell into a hole!! The place is dirty and completely run down! Come ON, Fazerrati's! Take some of the money you're saving on salad bar toppings and fix the damn place! I will not be going back anytime soon! I can find better elsewhere and not feel ripped off and dirty when I leave!
