Their Detroit-style pizzas have a delicious crust which perfectly compliments their toppings. My favorite pizza being their mushroom pizza! I'm glad I finally got to enjoy their pizzas fresh at the restaurant. Their pizza was as good as the first time I had it (even better since it was fresh), but I got to experience their great service! All the staff was super friendly, and we felt at home. Love Croccante and will continue to be back!

I ordered a bowl of the soup which was like a minestrone and very good. For our entrees we ordered the Rigatoni and the Penne con Pollo. Both dishes came out pretty quick. Both dishes were cooked perfect, tender pasta and delicious sauces. We were to full to order dessert. The place is really nice inside with a really nice decor. Our waitress was really good and right there whenever we needed something. I wish I could remember her name. My bad. I'll definitely be back.

Forge is a nice casual place to grab a bite in Napa. I would not hesitate to return in the future.

I've been here a few times and it's a nice place. They definitely have the TV thing covered and a good salad bar. People seem to think the crust is bland, but that's my favorite part. I usually order a slice or a couple of slices for myself and my family. One thing I've consistently noticed is that the slices are already sitting out and then put back into the oven to essentially warm them up. Because of this, the quality and cooking are never consistent. I've received slices that were burnt, undercooked, or simply didn't have enough sauce or cheese. It's frustrating when you're paying for something and never know what kind of quality you're going to get. My biggest issue, however, is the customer service and organization. The older gentleman, who I believe may be the owner, has always provided me with great service. Unfortunately, the younger employees have been a completely different experience. They often seem distracted, unorganized, and unprepared to work. I've never been there when there were more than 1 to 2 customers, so it's not like they're dealing with a huge rush or being overwhelmed by a busy restaurant. Today was the final straw for me. I called to place an order, and the young man on the phone wasn't really listening. He even stepped away from the phone for a moment, and when he came back, he hadn't gotten my order the first time I gave it to him. I sent my boyfriend to pick up the order about eight minutes later, only to be told that they had no order under my name and didn't have my pizza order at all. At that point, my boyfriend simply ordered the slice I had wanted pepperoni with pineapple and even then, the pineapple wasn't put on the pizza. I understand this is a pizza place and mistakes happen, but after multiple visits with inconsistent food quality and now another issue with an order, I feel like something needs to change. The staff needs better training, organization, and attention to detail. If you're going to work somewhere, you should at least be prepared to listen to customers and get their order. I really hope management takes a look at what's going on because the older gentleman has always been great, and I do believe this place could be much better with the right staff.
