I've been coming here for years. Once about every 3 weeks, it has always been quick and easy and great service. The past 2 times I have come in, my food takes 25 minutes to get to me. It comes with no breadsticks when I ask for breadsticks specifically. The tables aren't clean and the chairs weren't even put down today! In the middle of lunch rush hour! Friday nights were for the wives, but Saturday nights at Fazoli's was always for the girlfriends... Ahem, sorry. The music here always makes me feel like I'm in the middle of a mafia movie. Fazoli's is an "Italian fast food" restaurant, although their food is a bit higher quality than the average fast food joint. Similar to Italian you'd make at home (excepting you were Mario Batali or had passed-down recipes), it may not be "real Italian" but the food is hot, tasty, and quick. You order at the counter, fetch your own drink from the fountain, then the staff waits on you after that. Now and then the Breadstick Fairies (at least, that's what I call them) will come around to your table and bring you fresh, garlicky breadsticks, refresh your drink, and clear away any empty dishes. Speaking of breadsticks, the buttery, garlicky little darlings are - dare I say - better than Olive Garden's! I would say the food is too, but I've rarely been impressed with the OG anyway. It's quite a bit cheaper at Fazoli's too. So yeah, it's on the upper side of fast food, but the price is good, the food is good, and they make you comfortable. I'm happy to recommend it. I think this Fazoli's is great. They've gone through a lot of face lifts over the years, but I think their current menu and dining format is winner. You place you order at the counter, they give you a number and bring your order out. They have real silverware and you don't have to clean your table or leave a tip. The cost is kept down, and the nasty parts of fast food eating are left out. The service is always friendly and fast. The food is fine, it's what you'd make at home for the most part unless you're an Italian Chef. Good, not remarkable. But it's fast and they have specials all the time, some of which are real winners. At Lunch they have their pick 2 for 3.99, and it includes lasagna, spaghetti, pizza, ravioli and something else. The breadsticks are free, all you can eat, and you can add a drink for $1.00, making for a fast, filling, tasty, cheap lunch. So five stars - not Boca best place to eat dinner ever five stars, but a does what it's meant to do and does it very well five stars. read more

Ashley was working up front and was very helpful, she was very knowledgeable about the menu items, and was able to help us chose some very tasteful foods. I don't recommend their drive-thru. They have handed me cold, not-fully-cooked pizza and extremely tiny slices that weren't worth the $2 I spent. Eating in is better, especially since you can ensure your food is up to par before you drive away. read more

There were several dirty tables we chose to sit at the one that was the least filthy. The floors were also a mess. When we got our food we noticed the plates were dirty. The forks were also dirty. Hard to find a Fazoli's where I come from. Happened upon this one and it did not disappoint. Food was hot. Burnt myself a bit on the plate, but I'm okay with that. Just means my food was hot as it should be. Flavor was great and of course...the breadsticks. I truly believe they have the best. Had others, Olive Garden and such... I wish I could give less than Zero stars. It is a shame that I even have to think that, but this is what happens when you walk on into a place that is not cared for. Walking in, the cashier was loud and over the top as though she was just working ever so hard. I ordered the fettuccine and a Caesar salad. My salad was limp and it was brought out without being covered. I took it back (after wondering if I should try it) and told the girl " this salad has seen better days". She laughed as though it was a joke. While waiting for her to come back with another salad, I watched one of the people in back grab a breadstick right from the window and eat it as though he was getting paid for it. This place doesn't care about their employees nevertheless their customers. It's a horrific place to work. They don't appreciate anything anyone does. They use you up til there's nothing left then send ya to the curb. I personally didn't work there but my wife did for 11mths and she worked 70-80 hrs a week, no one even thanked her. stopped in for lunch today and as I approached the counter, two female employees were complaint about customers wanting bread sticks. should have known. daughter got the spicy ziti. it was a little too spicy for her so she went to the counter and asked for a side cup of maranara and the female employee told it would be fifty cents. so I went to the counter and the girl immediately said I will have to wait. ok, no problem. she finally approached me and said what can I do for you? I witnessed very unprofessional management today... I asked someone his name and it was Mike. He was so rude and mean to the woman of color manager. Stuff like that shouldn't happen at all and definitely shouldn't be done in front of customers. She seemed to be the only one working. I felt awful for her. My family stoped up there for lunch and there was a lady manager cleaning up the dinning room and she had no gloves on and when she was done she walked right up started taking orders and did not wash her hands then she started to grabing people's plates with things going on in the world with the flue and Corno that be a quick way to make alot of people sick read more

Careful going here if you want anything on the side. I come here all the time and always have a great experience but I am never coming back as long as they keep hiring mean teenagers with an attitude. The new manger kelly has really turned this place around I come his about once a week with my family and each time this place gets better and better. We game in right after school and the place was clean and the employees were very sweet and eager to help. The new gm Kelly is always seen helping and working hard. I went here today around 1:45, thinking the lunch rush would be dying down, but when I tried to order I was told it would be a 35 minute wait to receive my one meal. I was shocked because it usually takes like 3 minutes. She told me they just changed from being a corporate owned store to a franchise and a lot of employees quit, so they are short staffed. There were some unpleasant aspects of our visit, such as numerous cleanliness issues and some problems with the staff. There were multiple tables that hadn't been cleared, which looked very dirty and unappetizing. The floor was full of trash too and no one had bothered to look in on the bathroom for awhile. I needed to let them know that the paper towel dispenser was empty. The chairs were old and several had holes in the plastic covering. As for the service, the food arrived promptly but some items were cool and seemed less fresh. The cashier was drinking and eating as we approached the counter. After several staff members came and cleared the tables, they didn't wash the tabletops or clean up the quite full dirty dish area. To top it all off, they forgot to give us a specialty drink and had to had to be reminded about it (though the manager apologized and upsized the Italian ice to a large). Overall, the staff was very disengaged and did less than the bare minimum for a good customer experience, like regular cleaning and checking on customers to spot issues. read more

Entered into the drive-thru line at 7:31, got food and left line at 8:00. We waited 30 minutes. I would NEVER have waited this long in a drive-thru lane BUT it was the only thing I was craving and we had already driven 20 minutes to get to the restaurant. After finally getting to the speaker, there was no "sorry for your wait". We get to the window- mind you after waiting for a HALF HOUR- and once again, no "sorry for your wait". My boyfriend wanted to add a drink to his order because he had gotten so thirsty from waiting in line. To me- the employee should have given him a complimentary drink considering our wait- but it didn't even cross her mind- she added the drink and gave us our food. I have had many places give free drinks and coupons when we have waited only 10-15 minutes in line! I understand that places get extremely busy- but simple customer service practices go a long way. This rating is for Sarah not Fazoli.... July 21st 2018 it was about 8 pm and we walked in to find Sarah working the front all by herself. There was one boy working the kitchen but he left her because his shift was over. Sarah was left to run the whole place by herself she should get a huge promotion and a raise. She had our food to our family (party of 7) in a timely manner and she had a smile on her face the whole time. I can not believe a store would leave her in this position... it is completely unacceptable... but Sarah did her job and everyone else's job she went above and beyond what I would of ever done... shame on you Fazoli for putting Sarah in this position. This restaurant was my favorite when I was younger. I loved eating the breadsticks and the atmosphere was beautiful! Every year it was a tradition of mine to order Fazoli's for my birthday. However, all of that has changed. One of my friends worked there for a short time and described to me the atrocity that is this restaurant. Starting from walking in, the people who greet you at the cash registers are stowing away their food, taken from the kitchen, as you approach. Most of the time, you aren't even lucky enough to have someone waiting at the cash register. Some customers stand there for 5-10 minutes before an employee wanders out. After ordering, customers go to the seating area with their table number. The tables are rickety and most are left uncleared and filthy. The salt and pepper shakers seem to not have been cleaned in years. The chairs have gashes in them and look to be falling apart. After waiting for an unexpectedly long time despite it being "FAST, fresh and Italian", the food is cold. The Parmesan and red pepper shakers are also dirty, however full. My employee friend noted that the inside of the shakers' lids are coated with rust. The food is also incredibly bland, not living up to its appealing looks. There are specks of dirt on what should be clean plates and silverware. The self-serve drink area, companied with napkins and straws, is also dirty. The drink machines, according to my employee friend, tend to break. Once a long time ago, there were employees who would come out with bread to refill your breadsticks. When I went, they did not come out at all. My employee friend stated that they rarely if ever come out. After completing our meal, we took our plates and sat them by the trash can, which was overflowing with plates. The trash can looked filthy as well, as my friend can vouch for. My friend has told me that the management is horrible. The manager yells at her staff, cursing and verbally abusing them. Coworkers are usually talking in the kitchen, messing around, and not doing their jobs. The employee stated that all employees were allowed to eat whatever food they wanted. Food is prepared in unclean conditions, and no one said anything about washing hands during the employee's short work experience there. The working conditions are putrid in the kitchen. The employee stated their disgust by acknowledging the unmopped floors, unclean prep tables, and unclean hands. The sink for washing hands was molded shut, looking as if it had not been used in years. Moving to the restrooms, the employee discussed filthy floors, not sanitized door handles, and disgusting toilets. The employee sanitized one trash can lid and found that her towel looked absolutely appalling once done. The bottom of the trash cans, once the trash bag was removed, smelled appalling and did not look clean. For feminine hygiene product disposal, there was no bag inserted in the small receptacle to protect sanitation. To conclude, this restaurant needs to undergo a serious overhaul. No one should go here, for it is absolutely disgusting. I have witnessed garbage trucks cleaner than this establishment. read more

Service and food were both wonderful, atmosphere is relaxed and quiet. The general manager was helpful and very nice. Won't visit this location. Some of their high school students have a class trip to Kings Island for their math class. There is an assignment with this trip. Manager will not let these kids off of work to attend. So these kids will have an incomplete assignment in this class. Some kids that could be affecting their grades and grade point average. read more
