Tried to order a family meal which used to be called the pasta duo. The "Manager" said that the combination that I wanted to use wasn't available. They have a new pasta bake called the pasta duo but I wasn't referring to that. I hesitated and asked if the menu had changed in the last year and he said that it had not. At no point in the conversation did it seem like the manager was attempting to be friendly or try to figure out what the confusion was. I simply went over to Miller Lane to order there which was met with no issues. This place seriously needs to work on how they manage their store. I went in to order because the drive through line was ten cars deep. I waited five minutes for someone to pay attention to me and then waited 15 minutes for my order. When I came out the drive through was empty. That's a horrible way to do business. We stopped in there looking for a quick bite to eat before a show at The Rose. I realize that it is not intended to be fine Italian cuisine, but I certainly explore better than what we receive. First, it was over 20 minutes from the time we ordered until we received our food. That is a very long time for Fazoli's. My wife had ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with a slice of pizza. I ordered the baked chicken parmigiana. Problem one, they brought her the chicken fettuccini Alfredo, which it turns out we did pay for. And to make matters worse, the chicken was extremely under cooked. Then she took a bite of the pizza and it was cold. Not even warm, but cold. The spaghetti that came with my chicken parmigiana was awful. It was maybe cooked halfway. Some of it even had a crunch to it. The bottom line was that it was awful. We didn't take the time to complain because they took so long to get us our food that we ran out of time. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because the bread sticks were great as always. Staying at a hotel a few miles away, saw this on the way in and haven't been to rhis concept before, figured I would give it a try.. was not disappointed. Was about 1130 today, they had several customers eating, about 6 or so in line.. I was impressed with the menu and the options... I got the the Ultimate Spaghetti for 7.99.. I subbed out the spaghetti for penne.. it has meatballs, mushrooms, bacon, hmm a couple more things I can't remember.. Came with a couple bread stix and I got a soda for $10.. I really was impressed with the quality and the portion.. I am.in town for 6 weeks, I will be back to this location. The cashier was a young dude, glasses, seemed like he was new... very helpful and patient.. there were 3 older women in front of me that seemed a bit confused with the menu, he answered their questions, took his time and did a great job. By far the best fazolis around! The service is always great and super friendly. They remember us when we go in there because we are there so often. Please don't let this sway my review, I'm not a fanboy :) Had the ultimate sampler. Came out hot and super tasty. They come around often and bring out fresh breadsticks. It had been awhile since I'd been inside, but we frequent this location's drive-thru often. After eating in last week, I was happily surprised! Wanted something different tonight so went to have pasta. The guy who took our order was a total jerk. My wife was asking what different dishes consist of and the guy was its all just pasta and sauce. Wife asked about a chocolate pie they had and he said you don't want that its to expensive. I think that would be my choice. The restaurant was filthy. The floors had stuff all over them and the sides of all the tables was gross. It had been a while since I had been to this particular Fazoli's, but they're pretty much all the same. Most everything is good here, but I'm a particular fan of the meat lasagna and the submarinos sandwiches. Not exactly a classy place, but they have good food for good prices. They also brought back the free unlimited breadsticks (I don't see how they could have ever stopped and still survived). Hardly ever have a wait, and you don't have to wait long for the food. There's something wrong with a place when you find yourself wishing you had gone to the Olive Garden. Given that this place is somewhat similarly priced for different type of food I'd rather go there and have waiter service. Its not terrible food, but its just not good. I agree with the masses on this one. Fazoli's is good when you want your Italian food fix in a hurry. I like it, it's good . . . not awesome, but it meets a need for sure. The people are nice and the dining room is clean. You can't ask for more in fast food Italian. read more

The only complaint I had was I had too much food to finish. I had the chicken with mushroom fettuccine Alfredo and added broccoli to it. Came with a breadstick. The mushrooms were great, noodles cooked perfectly. read more

My wife and I had a bad experience at this location a couple of years ago and hadn't been back. Recently, she was on her way home from work and decided to give them another try. We both opted for spaghetti w/meat sauce at the drive-thru. Well, the spaghetti was all there, but there was no more than a couple of tablespoons of sauce spread thinly over the top of the spaghetti. That notwithstanding, the Fazoli's taste wasn't there, either, although we had only a very small sample of sauce to judge from. She paid almost $20.00 for 2 plates of dry spaghetti and a couple of bread sticks. This was your last chance, Fazoli's; we will never spend another penny for your slop. read more

I've been to this location multiple times and it's been a great experience every time. Today my husband and I ate here and everything was delicious. Upon getting my food we noticed his food did not come out at the same time (it was a personal pizza and we figured it probably just took longer to prepare) after about 5-6 minutes after my food came out I inquired about the pizza and the manager was very apologetic and said it must have been over looked on the receipt. Which I totally understood, I mean we're all human, right? This manager went above and beyond to offer us a free dessert. We had the cheesecake and it was delicious and highly appreciated. Excellent value. About the best food you'll find for the price, especially when you consider the free breadsticks. Unfortunately I have to knock a star off because the cashier was more interested in her friends/family visiting than she was in doing her job, thus the line was a bit slow. We arrived at 10:30 pm when the restaurant closes at 11pm. The workers inside were clearly already cleaning up, which is fine. As we were getting out of a car in heat for some breadsticks and pasta a worker came out and said the dining room was closed for plumbing. As we were leaving we saw the workers laughing and highfiving, clearly celebrating not having to serve us. I am very disappointed in the lack of breadsticks in my life. read more

Went in for lunch with two clients. Lately I have been on the Fazolis kick and have been to a couple of them in the area. There is never a long wait, the food is always amazing and I noticed that they just replaced there ceiling in the past month. Its nice to see them keeping up on those things, the old ceiling looked kind of shabby and obviously made an impression.
