Fazoli's has always been a favorite in our household! What prompted me to write this review was my most recent visit through the drive-thru. I arrived kind of close to closing time, and yes, I felt bad about that but nothing was going to curve my cravings! The gentleman working the drive-thru was very kind, made sure my order was correct, and didn't give me any attitude, which I anticipated since I had shown up so late. The food itself was delicious! Probably the best late-night meal we've ever had from our local Fazoli's. I can't say I've personally had a bad experience at this location, and will be returning! read more

Everything was Perfect - Our server, Christi, was the Best! Food was Great, Place was Clean, Service was Fast and Professional!

OK so I ordered the five dollar lunch special lady that took my order she was very sweet nice, only received two breadsticks on my to go order so I wanted to more so I had to pay an additional dollar for two more breadsticks the manager rang me up Sterling and I gave her a five dollar bill and $.25 I was disappointed when she could not count my change back because she didn't put the $.25 into the register as part of my payments how are you part of the management team and you can't count change I don't understand read more

Bread sticks are the star here, followed closely by the value. It's a cheap meal with standard pasta a bit too sweet sauce and lots of cheese. I would recommend eating in just to get the bread sticks as they are really nice read more

Food is good, breadsticks are amazing, and staff is great! I've been coming to this Fazoli's for years but unfortunately it seems to look more and more empty the more I come which breaks my heart. Breadsticks and pasta were so hot they burned my hands and pasta tin could have easily caused 3rd degree burns!! I know they say they make everything fresh to order, but if every order is that hot, they're gonna get sued!!! Pasta was inedible for at least 15min due to temp!! read more

It's been a little over a year since I've been to this location. I decided today to get my lunch there. Big mistake. The spaghetti with meat sauce was tasteless and dry. Had driven off when I checked my bag for the bread sticks and had to return to the restaurant because they were not there. By the time I got home it was just instinct that I grabbed the bag from the bottom; which was completely wet and had I grabbed the bag from the top all of my food would have ended up on the ground because the bag had split open. read more

I came here with my husband and baby for Lunch. We have been coming to this Fazoli's for years. Donna B took our order at the front. I have never been so disrespected. She was so rude. I have ordered the Ultimate Sampler every time the past 20+ times I've been here. I do not eat pork, so I always ask for no meatball and sub marinara sauce. Donna was VERY offended by me ordering this. She told me "it was not allowed" with an evil look and terrible tone. I couldn't even order anything else because my jaw dropped. I was speechless. She continued in such an insulting way about what else I wanted done and her boss would never allow this. Do not work in customer service if you are going to treat your customers this way. The cashier who took our order did not take it properly. One part of the order was marinara sauce with penne but instead she took the order as meat sauce with penne. When the order was sent back the cashier comes back to our tables and is telling the person who sent it back to order next time with the marinara sauce. She was rude in the manner she was communicating about the error. The facial expression, the manner and tone of voice that the register person was communicating at the table was insulting. She did not take the order properly, does not want to take responsibility for her error and then she comes back to blame the customer for her error. She was also rude in her tone of voice and facial expression when she first came to the tables and stated it is going to take a long time for your party because it is a large order. She could of very easily said that at the time of the transaction at the register. But instead was staging a environment of a bad experience from the beginning by coming to our tables and stating that. read more

This place is better then Olive Garden. For the money you get a lot of god food. All you can eat bread sticks that melt in your mouth. I would definitely recommend this place for families who want good food on a budget. Portions are good size. And they have a lunch special you can not beat. read more

The food isn't bad if you can put up with being treated like garbage. I've been to this location four times. The first time I had a male manager who was incredibly polite and everything was great. Two times I've been there when a woman with frizzy hair was working the drive thru and she was THE most unpleasant person I've ever had to deal with. Ever. She was rude and before I could even finish saying my order she was barking questions at me like a drill sergeant. How about giving me a second to finish? The food has always been fine so I keep going back hoping for a better experience. Well tonight the service was so bad, my family and I have decided we will never go back. The woman on the drive thru was rude, rude, rude. I thought it might be frizzy hair again but it was a new drill sergeant who was obviously trained well by the pit bull before her. I went to Fazoli's, to try something different as I work at a restaurant nearby and it was recommended to me. When I pulled up to order, I needed time to look over the menu since I hadn't eaten here before. I asked a couple of questions and got very short responses with a mixture of random noises because the speaker obviously needs replaced. It took about 4 times for me to understand what the person on the other end was saying. I was looking for a possible suggestion so I could get the order over with but that didn't happen. When I pulled up to the window my total was more than what I expected. I then realized that while asking questions there were items ordered that I didn't want, but because of the random noises and the non enthusiastic employee who was quick to respond, there was some confusion. The person who I was speaking to the entire time was wearing a shirt that said " management team " so I just left because I was already annoyed. On a separate note, the food tasted fine. So ill give them that. Hopefully when I give them another try ( which I will ) they will use better customer service.... read more

I love the food at fazoli's. I have never been disappointed with that. They are not very busy during the day, in fact there were a few employees and a manager just hanging out in the dinning area when I walked in. That was not so bother some. I sat down and ate my meal and before I left decided to go to the bathroom. That is where my experience turned. They were disgusting. I couldn' t even bare the thought of sitting down. Very fast and friendly, laikyn was our cashier in drive thru and she was awesome. Food was great,Best breadsticks ever.

I ordered chicken fett and the food was so salty , it could not be digested. I called the manager Andrew and informed him that the cooks should not place all the salt on their food due to people may have medical conditions that could make them become very ill. The service was ok, but they need to take more time and prepare their food. If you order their food you may want to tell the not to put so much salt in the food. read more

We love Fazolis but probablly will not go back until they learn not to spray disinfecting cleaner right next to you beside the table while your eating. Then the fumes were fumigating in the air as your eating and then you start tasting the cleaner in Your mouth. Yukk very bad businesshave allergies and people have asthma.please think of others. We have eaten here a lot over the last 10 years. I have two kids - teenagers now. They like spaghetti. It's fast and cheap. It's also not a fast-food burger joint. :) I like the Sampler Platters - I used to get the classic sampler (spaghetti, fettucini alfredo and lasagna) but now they have an Italian Sampler (spagetti, lasagna marinara and bowtie with chicken, alfredo and broccoli) that I like. You can also pick your own pasta - I like the penne - and then add your sauce. The bread sticks are decent. The salads are decent. Also,if you eat at the restaurant, they now serve their food on real plates and there is non-plastic silverware. I like that it is green and it makes the experience a bit nicer. Did I say it was inexpensive? Once both the kids are gone to college (only 3.5 years, no I am not counting), I probably won't ever eat here again. But it's a great fast food alternative if you have kids. read more

We had a last minute birthday party for my daughter there with 22 people. Kathi, the manager, set aside an area with birthday tablecloths, party hats, a sign and small stuffed dog, which she loved. She made sure we got our order in correctly with an $86 meal for all 22--cheaper than prior parties we've had, even at home--waitress kept the bread sticks coming, we were checked on and helped with the party continuously. We've eaten there before and thought it was good, but this was well above and beyond expectations. read more
