Reviews over the last year online among repair professionals and gear heads of FCP rank FCP, "just below Temu," according to one Reddit poster. It seems they ALWAYS have their shipping estimates wrong, usually misrepresent inventory numbers, pack their items quite poorly, and, according to many, have walked back their lifetime warranty on parts. This last thing should be the deal breaker for those of us looking not just for better prices but also for a warranty on parts. So if you want to support some greedy hedge fund squeezing the last blood from a zombie brand, go ahead. Be my guest. I won't make that mistake again. Not only do they sell genuine parts, but you'll also be able to order OE parts for less money. Shipping is quick too regardless if you're on the East or West Coast. I ordered a PDC module for my BMW because it kept getting a PDC error in iDrive. the part I received, when I plugged it in the camera stopped working. over 4-5 times I plugged the original and then the one I received from FCP euro every time the camera stopped working with the one from FCP , and worked again when I switched to the original module. long story short I returned it as defective. no refund issued, after reaching out I am pushed away with a generic 'check with your bank' today I received an email grilling me with questions of why it was defective, asking for proof, asking for my VIN etc. I will attach the screen shots of the conversations. read more

Updated Review! First Complaint: Order process shows billing and shipping address. Go to check out and the receipt shows the item being shipped to the billing address. Double checked to make sure the same error didn't happen when I reordered the front hood struts using a 2013 911 991.1. FCP reached out after I posted the bad reviews and made this right. They reached out to the warehouse the item was being shipped from and corrected the shipping address. They are also looking into it to see if there is a glitch in order process on the mobile app. Now, my reasoning behind the title of the review, is based on who answers the emails that day. When I ordered the original hood struts and the same billing/shipping error occurred, the representatives name was Jason and apparently there was nothing he could do. Second time around, same billing/shipping address error and Andrew the representative was able to go above and beyond to assist me in getting the parts shipped to the correct address. So it all depends on who's answering the emails that day and their willingness to assist customers. read more

I placed an order yesterday, August 12, 2025 I've been buying parts with this company for a couple of years now . I placed an order and realized that the order placed was for another car that I don't even own anymore. Literally within 2 to 3 minutes I canceled the order after realizing my mistake. However, I noticed something bizarre with my email saying the order had shipped.. I'm thinking how can this be since I literally just canceled the order. I kept getting these notices that the order has shipped.. I can't understand on earth how this is possible, even on the second day I'm still getting shipping notices. I called customer service explaining the situation that I bought the wrong thing and his response with I needed to prove that I canceled the order because he says he doesn't have any record of it. He says that in order to receive a refund, that I would not be refunded until the order is shipped back. I explained to him that I will never even see the order because it goes to my UPS access point., and why should I have to go through all of this when I literally cancel the order within three minutes max of ordering it to begin with. Where to start...First of all, radiator I've ordered arrived broken. One of three package was delivered to anonymous person. Two of three packages were delivered to me but useless because I do not have the other package. I have purchased engine mount kit , Volvo PCV breather system kit, fuel injector kit, ignition coil kit, and others. FCP Euro packaged all the kits into two different packaging so my kits are not kit anymore. FCP Euro told me to keep the broken radiator. Have been a loyal customer for decades with trusted parts to fix my cars. I trusted them and had great experience when my parts failed, they replaced them if I purchased it again from them. The refund was to my new purchase price and credit to my Visa. Just found out this time, they changed the policy in 2022: Replace with the old price and offer store credit rather. This company is trash....purchased a "complete brake kit" for my Porsche Boxster from them.....3 of 4 rotors showed up...when I called to notify them of the mistake they offered to send out the missing rear rotor and comp me an additional set of rear brake pads for my troubles since I had already spent money with my mechanic. After the rotor and pads showed up I again made another appt with my mechanic....this time they sent me the wrong pads...I wasted money again. They offered to refund the brake pads for my troubles after telling them I wasted $100's because of their issues delivering a product I purchased from their website. I'm currently waiting on a refund since I opted to just get a radiator locally (customer support was helpful in this regard. In April 2020 I was searching websites for a wheel hub assembly. Their automated system (where a car's year, make, and model are input to verify fitment of a part) yielded a positive result. To make doubly sure, I e-mailed, asking if the part in question would fit (provided VIN number and part serial number). Rep Gina Block replied '...I was able to confirm fitment based on VIN...' On this basis, I ordered the part. Install failed, mechanic found the part does not fit. Complaint to FCP resulted in no return label, and only store credit, and claimed fault was mine. After 12 days of argument, FCP finally sent a return label. After 2 more weeks, and threat of lawsuit, FCP finally refunded part cost. I then sued them for the $150 labor cost of failed install.
