The only thing that prevents me from rating 5 stars is that I was a little surprised that the eggs, which came with toast and potatoes (I had a banana instead), did not come with coffee, for which they charged $3.50 (hey, even Starbucks with their outrageous pricing charges only $2.45 for a cup of plain old coffee). They always had unique and delicious food which brought us back there time and time again. The owner Junior, his wife Agnes, Bill and Roddy are putting out some seriously good food at Highlands Cafe. The menu has unique offerings just like Cuts and Catch. My wife had the turkey club which came with house made potato chips. I had the Porchetta sandwich with Swiss, mustard aioli, arugula and pickled vegetables. It usually comes with eggs in the sandwich but I wanted to sub out the eggs for the pickled veggies because I wanted that pork to shine and Junior was nice enough to accommodate the request. My wife loved her turkey club. To say I loved the Porchetta sandwich would be an understatement! It came on a toasted, seeded semolina roll that set the sandwich off! We both ate half our sandwiches before remembering to take pics. The place itself is small but cozy and doesn't feel cramped. The hospitality shown was next level. They just started serving dinner so we will try that out soon. Cant wait to try the other breakfast/brunch items. If you're familiar with the food stand at the Seafarer and liked the food, by all means take the hop, skip and the jump over to Highlands Cafe. You will not be disappointed!

So now my 44$ breakfast is cold and still hasn't been eaten this all started at 10 am it's now 11:51 am. It's a real shame as I have been going to the hungry hobo since I was in second grade and this will be the very last time I ever get a thing from them. Very disappointed in this place. I wish I could give it less than one star it should be in the negative.
