My mom and I came in on a gloomy rainy day. the spa was bright and clean, and everyone was super friendly and inviting. We both got a fill and a pedi. Mindy did my pedicure and she was very careful and detailed. Sophia did my fill, and she drew cute flowers on my nails. I didn't really have any inspiration in mind, so I let her do her own thing. Horrible place. I walked in for a gel mani and pedicure, both already on my current nails. I had one chipped middle finger on a manicure that was less than two weeks old. They upsold me to a builder gel to avoid further chipping. I asked for a white tip -- it's such a common style lately, I didn't think it would be an issue. Instead, I ended up with crooked, thick nails stuck to my skin, cuts under my nail beds, and my natural nails completely ruined. When I expressed how much it hurt and how uneven and sloppy they were, she just kept insisting she would fix it -- but every "fix" made it worse. When I said something again, she pretended not to understand and called her coworkers over, talking in another language. I didn't care what they said; I just wanted what I paid for. I feel ridiculous that I walked out crying, but I was in pain and frustrated that I couldn't even trust them to stop. How do they get away with this? It's not a cheap service either! read more

I went in to get a pedicure, and everything was going okay until she started to clean up the skin on the side of my toes. She cut so much on my left foot that I was bleeding, I kept bleeding so she kept putting things onto it to stop it such as a cotton ball and even some type of ointment. She kept going over it instead of leaving it alone. I was so over it by then I didn't end up doing the French design I originally wanted because I wanted to leave. I gave her my card to pay and she had asked me if I wanted to leave a tip in cash or card? Even after she cut me I still tipped. Baffled. She's off Wed and Sun, but she is so thorough and detailed. My feet never felt so washed, clean and sculpted in so long. And, she's great at flowers. Also, today, I had the pleasure of having Nancy give me a manicure. I just do clear because my hands are constantly in water. But she was just as detailed and my fingers are CLEAN. It was busy at the time I went, and they manage to get me a spot to do my pedicure, it took around 45 minutes to get my pedicure done. The ladies here are nice and friendly. Because she is so talented in her work, she always leaves my nails exactly like the inspo photos I show her. Aside from that though, she is super GENTLE. Came here for the first time to get a gel manicure. The nail technician I got was Holly. I was so hesitant to try a new place because I'm a bit on the picky side with high expectations when it comes to my nails. Well let me just say, they did not disappoint! Holly took the time to make sure she delivered the kind of quality work I was looking for. She did an AMAZING job with my mani. Cut and shaped my nails exactly the way I wanted them. Took the time to meticulously give me the best manicure possible before she applied the gel color. I chose tiffany blue and it came out perfect! The entire time I was there I felt soo relaxed and in great hands. I didn't even have to constantly check to make sure my nails were being done right..that's how great of a job she did from the get go! My wonderful experience ended with a lovely hand massage with some delicious smelling lotion :) The cost for my gel manicure was $20 and yes the manicure was actually included. one of the nails tech suggested Gel manicure and this was what I received. She cut thru my skin and it bled and as you can see, this is not worth the pay. Also, her gel polish was old and the quality was badso she had to borrow her coworkers new white polish. I got gel& regular manicures at many other nails salon before and this was the first time I receive no hands location application. This tech did a very bad job. However, The other tech name Ngoc that did my eyebrows wax did an excellent job. If you want your brows done, I suggest you ask for Ngoc. In addition, after when I got my nails&waxing done, I asked for a discount because the nails tech made my skin bled, she took $2.00 off of the $22.00 for gel manicure and she said usually theres a $1.00 charge for card payment but she wont charge me the $1.00 card fees this time, she said that she gave me $3.00 off, she did not even apologize for the bleeding but instead she decided to give me $3.00 off. I rather receive a sincere apology and professional customer service rather than the $3.00 off. read more

If I can leave ZERO stars I would. I came here to get my acrylic nails removed and instead got them lifted, not filed down or soaked in acetone like other nail techs usually do. I am no Nail tech but I know this is not the proper way to remove nails without damaging your natural nail. If I knew I was going to get this service I could've lifted them myself at home. I don't like leaving bad reviews, and the workers were so nice and attentive, but my gel nails chipped 2 days after getting them done :( I came in on Tuesday and on Thursday evening I had my first chip. By Friday evening, 2 other nails had chipped (toenails too! Which generally last much longer!) Besides that, the ladies were nice, and the foot massage was great, but it really shouldn't be chipping right away and I don't even know if I have time to come back soon. It's a pretty big hassle, and even though the chips are small, they are going to get worse much quicker now that it's already started. :( read more
