It was a terrible experience and I will not be coming here ever again. Since the moment I walked in, everything felt very rushed. I came in for a pedicure and Kathy was the one to service me. First off, she cut my cuticle to the point where it didn't stop bleeding. Usually this wouldn't be a big deal to me because salons use a gel/liquid to put on the cut and it stops the bleeding. She did not do anything to stop it. And to top it all off, she still proceeded to put GEL on my toe and just wiped the blood around it with a paper towel. Which obviously did not stop the bleeding. Not once did she apologize or even acknowledge what she had done. The pedicure itself was very disappointing, my French tip looks awful. I felt like she was rushing to get me out of the chair. After the service was done, I used the restroom and when I came out she was nowhere to be found. She knew she messed up. Terrible terrible experience overall !!

One of my friends recommended me to a nail tech here, Bryant. I had come here around three weeks ago and I really liked it. He catered to every one of my nail needs and was very patient. I came back here again and surprisingly, compared to other places, in the three weeks not one of my nails had been lifted. Bryant had yet again executed my nails perfectly and I definitely recommend this place and asking for Bryant to anyone who is looking for somewhere to get their nails done. (He speaks Spanish very exceptional as well)

This salon started in a small, tight shop and grew into a bigger, newer, clean, brighter, I-like-coming-here kinda place. Staff is always friendly and normally run on time though it gets pretty busy at times, especially during the holidays (like most salons). They have a combination of long time and new technicians. I like to use Lannie, Bella and Cindy. They take their time, don't rush and do a good job. They clean up before and after each client. They also offer waxing services. Parking is usually not a problem as I normally find a spot right away. Prices are reasonable.

I love this nail salon. It's quite a drive from where I live but since this salon was recommended by a friend... and tried it. It didn't disappoint. It's worth the drive. The place has a nice vibe and clean. It's pretty busy... better make an appointment before going there. Walk in is ok too... since they have lots of stations and nail techs. My go to nail tech is Bryant. He is amazing. The quality of his work speaks for itself. Highly recommended! Check this place out!

A little disappointed with my service tonight. I came in at 6pm sharp. I know it's Friday and crazy busy, but if you don't think you complete my service it would be nice to know so I could try another salon. I waited 30 minutes to be seated in a chair. I told the girl in the front I wanted a mani pedi. I have like 6 nails on my hand bc I do my own gel x and I wanted to treat myself for my birthday weekend. Anyway I only got my toes done and no one came to do my hands the whole time. My toes came out nice but the poor lady doing them was dozing off and seemed very tired. I ended up leaving without my hands done. And the girl that took me in asked if I want to reschedule for tomorrow. No babe, I'll do them myself. This place is okay and nice if you want your nails done cheap. But I will not be giving them my service any longer. read more

Complete Lack of Respect for Customers' Date of Visit: January 15, 2026 I am beyond disappointed with my experience here. I specifically made an appointment for 11:30 AM with Angel because I value her work, but it's clear this salon doesn't value their clients. I arrived early at 11:00 AM to check in and confirm my 11:30 AM slot. I even went next door to kill time so I wouldn't be in the way. When I returned exactly at 11:30, they sat me at a station and told me to pick out colors. I assumed Angel was getting ready for me. Instead, I sat there for 20 minutes waiting. Only then was I told that Angel was still with another client. They had the nerve to ask if I wanted someone else. I explicitly said no--the entire reason I booked an appointment was to see Angel. The response? A dismissive, "Well, she's still helping someone else." To make matters worse: * Zero Accountability: Angel walked right past me while this was happening and didn't even acknowledge me or offer a simple apology for running late. * Poor Management: This entire interaction happened right in front of the owner, who sat there and said absolutely nothing. No apology, no attempt to make it right, nothing. Don't bother making an appointment here. They will treat you like an inconvenience rather than a scheduled guest. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually understands what a "booking" means. read more

I visited this place on Friday 5/23 I checked in at 520pm and told the lady at the front desk that I was there for two pedicures. People kept coming in after us and they were getting seated right away. By 615pm I was already annoyed and went to go ask the lady at the desk why the wait was so long and she responded they had appointments, and I told her that she should of told me about the wait when I initially checked it. I asked her how much longer and she told me 15 mins!!! So she wanted me to wait a whole hour before getting waited on. That's insane - I will definitely not be returning. I had been here once before and had a completely different experience. But honestly I don't recommend this place unless you make an appointment- they shouldn't advertise walk ins welcome if they are going to have you wait a long time. And it's cash only. Best experience ever! I went in for manicure specifically stiletto nails that fit my personality and I was not disappointed!! Mindy was my nail tech and she was absolutely amazing! Seeing her get so excited to do my nails made me feel so happy. She kept reassuring me to trust the process and the end product was simply so beautiful. Did gel pedicure and full set acrylic nails. Girst was a walk in and was attended in 5 min super busy by the way. Customer service amazing Ching for pedicure was soft gentle and took her time i love it. For my full set they did not have my color but she did everything possible to make it the color i wanted. Even if you make an appointment you still end up waiting 30-45 minutes. And the only cash rule is crazy nowadays, trying to make a quick buck charging you to use their atm. read more

After thinking I found a salon that held up to service standards, I was very disappointed about my visit on 10/24. I called in asking for a gel manicure and pedicure and specifically asked for Sonia. I arrive and informed the front lady of my appointment with Sonia. There was about a 10 minute wait time, understandable. I get directed to the spa chair where they start on my pedicure first, then the manicurist arrives and it's not Sonia. I let her know I asked for Sonia so she calls the front lady over and I explained I called earlier and requested a manicure with Sonia. She then says she told me Sonia no longer works there and I let her know I was never informed of such over the phone. She then tries to save herself by saying she thought I said my name was Sonia. I was rightfully annoyed because I was expecting to be serviced by a tech I was comfortable with. I even waited about a month since the last time I called I was informed Sonia was on vacation. I agree to the service since I'm already there. The tech over filed three of my nails to the point that they are sensitive. I asked for square shape and she insisted twice that round shape was better. This is a service a customer is paying for so we are to expect what we ask for. My pedicure was good and the lady was nice. I am ready to pay and I don't mention a tip and honestly was not planning on giving one. The front desk lady then asks if I have cash for tip or if I will include it with my payment. The audacity, like read the room. It is greedy and inconsiderate to expect customers to tip after a situation like this. I tip each worker since it's not necessarily their fault they have poor management and communication. Businesses need to remember it's an option to tip. No idea as to why Sonia is no longer with them but she was really friendly and helpful. read more

Changed prices after I had already confirmed amount. Pushy on leaving more and more tip every time. Lie about being cash only, that have a credit card machine they pull out when they change the price and people don't have enough cash. Happened to me and others while there. This place is a scam!! read more

I usually come in to get a gel pedicure and i'm always ALWAYS asked what package i wanted and Diana didn't. she just wet my feet, massaged and painted my nails REGULAR polish when i had given her a GEL COLOR FROM THE COLOR BUCKET. I got short black and white acrylics for my graduation a few months ago :) I'd never gotten acrylics before and I didn't want any but my mom really wanted me to get some so we went here. I was nervous at first but they made it easy and I was comfortable the whole time. I also liked the sound of the water flowing in the background, it was really relaxing. I've been coming here for years. Today I did not have a sitter and took my 1yr. The employees kept on staring at me and my son in his stroller. I'm not sure if it's not kid friendly but they only came up to me and said it will be over an hour wait. I have my own business and allow all my girls to bring their kids since I know how tuff it is finding a sitter. Never will I be coming here or recommending my clients to come here for nails. read more

Okay I really love this place it's nice and most of the workers do a good job however they don't manage their time well. Case in point today I had an appointment at 4:30 I just walked out 5:09 and still didn't get serviced. I understand a few minutes even 15 but over 30 minutes for an "appointment" super sad. I have to change nail salons after 10 years. It's the inconsistency for me. If you can't honor appointments then please don't make them just take walk-ins that know they have to wait for an hour. read more

Earlier this week I had my sugaring appointment. I arrive to the Brea location and I get the text to respond that Im there. I respond and Im waiting patiently for someone to open the door. Im looking at the window and am noticing there are no hours posted for Sunday (the day I went). Hard to see but then I notice all the lights are off. Weird?? I look back at my texts and see that I booked for the Santa Ana location and not the Brea location. THEN I call the Santa Ana location and Lesly picks up. I told her I was at the wrong location and asked if she would still take me if I came right now and she said yes. My original appointment was at 12pm and she said she can squeeze me in at 1245pm. THEN I drove to the Santa Ana location. Thank goodness she said 1245pm because I got there at 1230 driving around looking for parking. I had never been in that area before. ***The door is unlocked and I go in and I am greeted by Lesly. She told me where to go and to prep myself. Now, I will say the room I was in had a weird smell. Not a nasty smell but like an old building smell. Lesly gets to sugaring me and honestly the pain level was 2-3/10. Also, Lesly is so cool. Professional and flexible. It really felt like a friend was servicing me. We talked about the world cup, Love Island, and others things I can't remember because I took too long to write this review! I was out of there within 15 minutes. She also recommended me a coffee shop as I asked her what was good in that area. This location is really out of the way but honestly I would probably come here again just because of the service!

I can't believe this new place hasn't received any reviews yet! I was told by a friend about this new location. This has got to be the cleanest and nicest looking salon in Santa Ana! Everything is brand new! They also carry the higher end brands like OPI and have powder dips. I just ended up getting a full set French tips with OPI. Very friendly place. read more
