    I've purchased a personal vehicle here in the past and quite a few with my business partners over the past few years and have developed a solid business relationship with this dealership and have had zero issues. In fact it's been phenomenal Until now I traded in my car for another. Less than 3 weeks the AC goes out. It's Florida summer which means it's 100° and likely raining rather often. They did absolutely nothing to correct this. "Hey out of good faith we will cover half" Half?! I haven't even made the first payment and essential functions (the AC) WILL ONLY BLOW HOT AIR AND NOT WORK. They came back with a $2100 bill and said we can make it $800. It's been over 2 weeks still no updates even after communicating to them to order the part after begging and pleading at the obvious unfairness of the situation. Very sh*t situation but I couldn't continue my day to day business and personal life with no air in a Florida summer. I follow up..the response is IDK. Essentially I got fu**ed over 1000% and they don't care or have ANY urgency whatsoever Karl if you or your management see this I genuinely hope you're pressed to prioritize compassion and do the right thing for your dealerships reputation and Me, the customer. I'd hate to watch this on a consumer report within the month...over a simple and obvious error on your dealership's part. This is not a negative or malicious review..just indisputable facts Update edit: took the car to Mercedes. The Cabin filter was extremely dirty. No freon in the AC system. AC Clutch was melted. Missing inner bracket cooler. AC line leaking. Really questionable pre-sale conditioning.

    Never bring your car to Ferman BMW Palm Harbor for maintenance or service. They will try and rip you off or clueless about diagnosing the real mechanical issue. They were adamant that my 2022 228i needed a throttle body, turbo and charge pipes cleaned unfortunately out of warranty for $8650 without tax. Once fixed, they'd need to re-evaluate. I bought the car new at Ferman BMW Palm Harbor & always maintained it at the dealership on time per the service schedule! I took my car to a trusted family euro mechanic and the Ferman BMW Palm Harbor service department misdiagnosed the issue. The repairs were only $1353. See my proof with pictures. Surprised?! Not!! This type of repair should have never happened - 2022 65K miles. BMW cars are cheap junk now manufactured out of the USA. Pretty much everything is plastic and lower grade parts. I will never will go back or buy another BMW again!

    It is worth pointing out that they make you sign a document when purchasing a car that you will not post anything negative about them online which is probably why you don't see more negative reviews on here. They ask that you give them an opportunity to resolve any issues, but after 3 months, they are still not solving any of mine. They live up to the stereotype & reputation that car dealerships have, so kudos to them on that regard. Using the term dirtbags is giving them this them too much credit. I worked with Gary Mack as the salesperson and Karl Alvarez, Asst GM. Finding the car I had been searching for I called, negotiated, and put a deposit on the car on a Friday letting them know I would be driving over 2.5 hours to pick it up in the morning. When I got there, I could barely get out of my car before they were trying to take my license plate off; I hadn't even seen the car I was purchasing and it felt like I was a typical dealer game of trying to "trap" me there. They suggested my car was in detail and would pull it out so I could at least see that it existed. They pulled the car up to the front in the shade near the front door. As it was a brand new car, I assumed there wouldn't be any issues. Looking back, I should have realized something wasn't right. Filled with excitement about getting my dream M3, I was overwhelmed that I would soon own it. I spend three hours filling out paperwork at which no point did they feel the need to put the car back into detailing. When I got home, I was able to look at the car in my garage light to realize there were stains on the seats and a scratch in the carbon fiber roof. I immediately let them know to understand how we could resolve this. It was clear they were not interested in taking my concerns seriously and told me to get it detailed, but they shouldn't have to pay for a full detail as it was a brand new car. They guided me to bring it to a BMW dealership near me who stated scratch was too deep to polish out and recommended a place that specializes in this type repair. After getting a quote for the roof I shared it with Karl, the Asst GM who laughed and stated he would not be paying to fix it, refused to give any other suggestions to resolve, and eventually hung up on me. I contacted another BMW dealer that I get it serviced at who also confirmed it was too deep for them to fix. After a couple weeks of Karl's games, I was finally able to get this to Bob Murray, the GM, who asked I bring it to his friend another dealership to get yet another quote. After spending more time and mileage driving around and getting a quote that was not significantly different than the first. I have now shared this quote with Ferman to understand the next steps, but everyone is suddenly MIA. No response to email, voicemail, or text. Regarding the stains on the seats, there is 0 interest in resolving that. In getting the second quote, the group let me know that in the past they have seen some people layer a little bit of oil on carbon fiber to hide scratches and park vehicles in shady places. Not stating this was something Ferman BMW did, just thought it is worth mentioning for others to be aware of. The car itself is amazing and my fiancé loves hers, however dealing with this group will ensure I am not a repeat BMW customer.

    Bought a BMW X5 online e to have delivered. All of the pictures looked good. Even told vehicle looks like new. Received the vehicle the Dashboard the Leather was pulling away from the front exposing the foam and cloth from underneath the Leather all the way across dash. The leather was also cracked in several places. The leather was also completely coming unglued from the dash itself causing it to be loose. Have no response from my complaint. Would not have bought vehicle if knew of this in advance. Absolute none of the pictures or details of the vehicle for sale showed this.

I passed Valerie Bell, who has often been our superbly wonderful service rep, on my way in to get a cup of coffee. She was warm and personable and insured that a rather ancient "free oil change/tire rotation" was honored (which had been the reason I came in on ladies day, just in case it COLDN'T be honored, however 'free' was even better! I enjoyed watching the tech work on my Honda fit as though it were his own Automobile and was super pleased that I was in and out of there with my servicing complete and a full report of things to take care of in the near future and the order in which to do those things most economically thanks to Josh. My early morning /evening driving is deteriorating, so I questioned why I would ever think about a 7 AM appointment in the future however today's experience made me realize I will definitely consider how very quick and cheerfully I could start my day AND drive out with my FIT being in shape shape (and Clean!!! with pollen, even though my husband had it washed mid-February I was embarrassed, bringing it in looking so 'tired'. They said it was our back up camera that needed to be replaced for $1800. The only problem was, we never had those alerts before we took it in. (It was the braking system, lane keeping assist, auto high beam, road departure mitigation system, adaptive cruise control, and collision mitigation system.) I think they are milking us for money.

    The problem started when I tried to call and rent a car for 2 days. After 24 hours had passed and…read moreno one called me back I rented the car through their online system and prepaid. Go in to pick up the car and it took over 45 minutes because they had the reservation printed out but could no figure out their computer. Please keep in mind I have already printed out my insurance and had my car ready for the security deposit. They proceeded to take a long time to call my insurance to verify deductibles. In the meantime they ran out of the Chevy Aveo or similar I had purchased. They let me know they were going to have to 'upgrade' me to a full size at no charge since the online system was giving them issues, yet they still had the reservation so I was confused. The 'upgrade' to the full size turned out to be an '03 Bonneville with purple tint. I take it as a trooper and later discover the car's alignment is way off and pulls off to the right, the interior lights do not work and the mirrors on the shades were gutted out. I called ahead and let them know the problem and let me know they can speak to the manager to see if she can do anything for when I drop it off. When I drop it off the manager would not discount it any more because 'They already gave me a deal giving me the full size at the economy price of $27.95 a day'. Some how them not managing what cars came in and out turned out to be my fault. The manager did not care about the issues and let me know she would put it in the shop but cosmetics like being able to see in the car at night were not a concern. In the end they refunded me an extra $10. This to me was not a good enough fix to all the liniency I showed and tried to deal with. I would highly recommend NOT going or wasting your time with this rental company.
