Took my 2008 BMW in for shocks and a gasket leak on Monday. Original estimate $3600 - more than book value of vehicle but I authorized repairs. Promised completion Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday. On Thursday afternoon I'm told the car needs an additional $3500 in repairs. I was furious. Was told I needed to replace spark plugs and coils on all cylinders, a new water pump and steering shaft (none of which were contained on original inspection report and estimate. I finally agreed to steering shaft replacement as I was told the car was not drivable in current state although there has never been a problem with steering and it was working fine when car arrived at the dealership. I finally got the car back a week after originally promised. I made a complaint and received a notification that the General Manager wanted me to call to resolve the issue. I called and he was out of the office. Its been two weeks and to call-back from the GM. 1. Their estimate practices are completely disreputable. 2. Multiple completion dates missed with no status updates from dealership 3. Stock response fro GM seeking to resolve problem is meaningless with no follow-through. read more

I had a good car sales experience with Thomas Berges over at Ferman BMW. Here is what happened. Toms' approach to the car purchase process was EDUCATIONAL and this was incredibly helpful. He helped me to research the cars, reviewed the matrix in a Carfax history report to know what to look for (number of owners, mileage, branded (salvaged) titles, number of previous accidents the car had been in even with a clean title, value ranges of used and new cars of specific models on the market). Things to know, things to avoid or at least know about for choice. He helped me to understand who had owned the vehicles and if they were used for personal vs commercial use like a Taxi. All kinds of things to avoid that could be wrong with a car. Overall it was a very educational experience and clear and to the point. He searched the entire car market from within the dealership to the outside sources for cars he had access to help me find cars that met my stringent criteria. When I was out shopping at other places he texted me and offered to answer questions about the cars history via text or phone, even when the car was at another dealership, which helped me to reduce the risk of buying a lemon. He explained how some smaller dealers would buy cars with clean titles that were wrecked from the auction and then fix them up and sell them, and how we could usually see this in the Carfax history. We looked at vehicle inventory from many sources, car value ranges, good prices, fake car prices, dealer fees and customer ratings on cars to get a feel for the whole market! For me as an analytic buyer, it made me much more educated on the cars I was looking to purchase and the ones to avoid. I enjoyed peeling back the layers on the cars value and history, and really felt good about the final car I ended up purchasing with the ability to make an educated decision. Even if you are not looking for a BMW (which I wasn't .... I was looking for a Toyota!!) he had access to the bigger inventory and it was a great experience. No sales pressure at all, just reports, numbers, details, resources and follow-up over a weeks time. I think that is how it should always be! Thanks Tom! If you decide to buy a car with Ferman, I would definitely call and make sure Gary is there before you stop in. He goes the extra mile by following up after you buy the car to make sure you're happy. I had an issue with a light coming on right after I bought my car and he made sure I was taken care of with service right away. Also, their service department only makes it worth owning a BMW. Service Department Review: I believe a lot can be learned about a business when things go wrong, the pressure is on, etc. I was so impressed with Brian, the Service Manager, today, that I felt compelled to write a review. We are in a messy situation with BMW of North America regarding an erroneous airbag deployment on my son's 2001 BMW. We had a loaner car from Ferman for a ridiculous amount of time, which was involved in a minor accident itself. In addition, there was mis-communication between us, BMWNA and Ferman. In the midst of it all, Brian took the time to actually listen and respond appropriately and fairly. He has treated us with exceptional dignity in a situation that has been a pain-in-the-ass for his company on an old car (nothing to gain for them). I'm a repeat customer with Ferman BMW, went there 12-28-2020 to trade in my 2013 328i I purchased with them new in 2013. Decided on a 2017 340i. David Mangano/sales advisor and I went over the numbers and the Carfax report, this car had a minor accident, I said oh no. He said it won't affect the value of the car. I took him at his word and proceeded with the purchase. After driving the car a couple days I decided the sport seats were not comfortable for my bad back. Went back to Ferman BMW 1-2-2021 at 10am, explained to David the situation and asked if I could switch cars, he said yes but we've closed out the year and we will have to consider the 2017 340i a trade in and charge another set of "junk fees" the $299 registration fee and $999 dealer fee. This would put me upside down and I'm not happy about that. I don't understand why they can't just switch me into a different car when their competitors have this policy Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel and Carmax both offer 5-7 days money back guarantee. Not to mention I was basically lied to about the accident not affecting the value of the car. I've gone on 3 websites and put in the VIN number for the 2017 340i and all of them ask if your car has ever been in an accident and they adjust down on the value since it has. If I could give the service department half a star I would!!! I brought my 2011 X5 in for an oil change in January simple enough. By March there was almost no oil left in the motor so the only explanation I have is that I paid for an oil change that NEVER happened. This all came to my attention when I brought my BMW back for a diagnostic check due to the computer shutting down one of my cylinders in the engine. Not only did they quote me an absurd cost for the changing of the 6 spark plugs and to change one of the ignition coils but again no mention of the oil other than to report a "leak". Fortunately for me I took my BMW to a good mechanic who not only put it on the lift but showed me everything they were trying to squeeze me for. Not to mention the low oil and lack of explanation on where the heck it went! So the "leak" which I saw first hand was a loose oil drain plug and due to the dealerships negligence with my oil change they caused my oil timing solenoid to fail again not an inexpensive item to fix. I have since attempted to reach out to their service manager who after multiple attempts returned my call. During the call he tried to talk circles and avoid any actual culpability for their service department. He did say that he would review the diagnostic report and follow up with me. Well here I sit a week later and no call. The only conclusion I can come to is that they found their mistake which almost cost me an engine in my car and the dealership is avoiding making it right!!! So if you need service for your BMW go anywhere else if you value your vehicle. Even if your car comes to a screeching halt in front of their dealership call AAA or some towing company and GO TO A DIFFERENT SHOP!!! Because in the end there will be a list of overpriced "fixes" to your car, you might not get the service you paid for completed, and they don't stand behind their work!!! read more

Also, charged for insurance for things that we did not request in the lease agreement. WORST USED CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER, and I've been buying cars for more than 40 years. If you are looking for a good used BMW, don't look at Ferman BMW. If you ignore this review, at least have it inspected at another BMW dealership. On 8/31/22, I purchased a 2016 528I BMW with 65,259 miles on it. Just 3 days later on 9/3/22. I notified the dealership that the car was making a noise especially as I accelerated to higher speeds. It made that noise the day I drove it off the lot, but it got worse. I didn't notice it the day I test drove the car on 8/27 for 15 minutes. It was raining, the windshield wipers were on, the radio was on, my wife was in the backseat, the three of us were talking, and we were at low speeds. The noise is so loud now that it's hard to have a conversation. To make it worse, the car developed an oil leak. I take the car in, the used car manager, Brian Crosatto, informs me that the wheel bearing is bad and needs to be replaced. It will cost over $1000, but the GM agreed to pay half as a measure of good will. This was an undisclosed problem with the car so I asked for it to be fixed at no charge. As for the oil leak, he lies and tells me it's common for 5 Series BMW's to leak oil over night. That was the moment I knew Brian was less than honest (a liar). I wait a total of 2 1/2 hours, when Brian tells me to take it or leave it. I said no, the wheel bearing was an issue that wasn't disclosed. It didn't develop in the 3 days and less than 200 miles I drove the car. When I asked, even if I agreed to pay half, you are not going to address the oil Brian said "that's right". I walked out. As with any used car, I bought it AS IS, which means I don't have a legal leg to stand on. I was hoping Ferman would do the right thing and fix the car, but they won't. Instead, they want to come up with a "collective" solution. I just wanted my car fixed. Shame on me for taking the word of my sales person "if you have any problems just give is a call and we will take care of it". She forgot to mention "at a price". I didn't drive the car for a few weeks or a month. Just a couple of days. It's just bad business. BMW is a great brand. Just buy it at another BMW dealership, and not Ferman BMW. read more

I was assisted the whole way through by Marcos Villas-Boas, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. If you search the Internet for reviews on Ferman BMW, you'll see that they get "5 stars" on dealer-sponsored sites like cars.com, etc., but on independent sites like Yelp, they get a LOT of bad-to-mediocre reviews. So my recommendation is to THOROUGHLY review these guys before stepping foot into this dealer. Be prepared. I honestly think that the sales and service people are trained to be rude and condescending. There are only 3 BMW dealers in the Bay Area, so maybe they just assume that they'll sell BMWs due to lack of competition (??). I've had several experiences with them over the last 2-3 years and they've never been positive. The two salespeople I dealt with were, in my opinion, arrogant and seemed forgetful of the fact that customers help pay their bills. This better-than-thou attitude seems to be shared by both the sales and service side. Have never bought from them (and likely never will), and when my vehicles need servicing, I take them to Reeves, because I'm seriously afraid that the police will be called when I start yelling at the "service techs". read more

I am extremely disappointed with how your dealership has treated me and my vehicle. I am a certified pre-owned BMW customer and I expect to be treated like one. Being told that I have a New York attitude, that I am trouble and being treated as a non-customer is unacceptable by all BMW standards. Is it true that you do not give BMW loaner cars to those that have not purchased a vehicle from your dealership? Not only is the dealership gorgeous and clean and filled with some of the most beautiful BMWs on the planet, but they are genuinely nice and helpful and appreciate each and every customer. I had the most amazing experience when I purchased my new 435 in late July. Everyone at the dealership made me feel at home. I am forever a fan of the product and the people at Ferman. My sister will be next when she comes to buy her convertible 4 series. Marcos Villas is the best sales person. He was helpful and made me and my sister feel welcome and at home. I apologize for the length of this, but STAY AWAY!!!! After buying three cars from a Ferman dealership in the last 12 months, one of them a new car, I will never bother a Ferman dealer with my business since it obviously isn't worth their time. We bought a 2007 BMW 335i from Ferman BMW of Palm Harbor on February 27, 2016 to replace a Mazda damaged in an auto accident. Full disclosure up front: we bought it "as is". While our sales guy Gary and service rep Mike were wonderful, we have had nothing but a horrible experience since we drove it off the lot. Four hours and approximately 65 miles after we drove the car off the lot we got an engine overheat light (red) on and the car went into limp mode. At this point, all we had managed to do was go to dinner with family. We sat and let it cool off and slowly resumed home. The engine overheat light came on again (yellow) about 3 miles from home. Again, we let it sit for a minute. After calling our sales guy the next morning, he suggested it might be a sensor issue and to do a key reset. If that didn't work then bring it in to the service department. Well that did not work and the engine overheat light (red) came back on. We made an appointment and took it to the service department on March 4th after only driving it twice. We were told Karl Alvarez, the pre-owned manager, was aware and would be involved. On March 10th, our service rep called and told us that the water pump line had a leak that caused damage to the thermostat and lowered the PSI in the water tank to the extent that it cracked the tank. The line, thermostat and tank needed to be replaced to the tune of $1600. I reminded the rep that this occurred only 4 hours after we bought the car. He said not to worry, the next time he called would be to tell us the car was repaired and ready to go. On Monday, March 14th, our service rep called back and said the best the manager, Mr. Alvarez, would do is cover 50%. So four hours after buying a car, it has a significant issue that should have been caught on a pressure test of the cooling system and now they want us to pay for the repairs? That level of damage did not occur in 4 hours. The service rep gave me the direct line of Mr. Alvarez and I called him at 2:40 pm that same day, Monday. I called and left a message on Tuesday morning at 10:05 as well. At the end of the day, I called the main line and was told Mr. Alvarez was out Tuesday, but that he had been in Monday and would be in Wednesday, March 16th. I called Wednesday morning at 8:25, again getting voice mail and leaving a message. I informed Mr. Alvarez that I would be in around 1:00 to resolve the matter. I still never received any phone call back. I arrived at the dealership a little after 1:00. I asked to speak to the General Manager since Mr. Alvarez did not deem it important enough to call me back. The GM was not in and would be back Thursday and Mr. Alvarez came out. I asked why he did not return my calls. He said he was out Tuesday. I asked if he was in Monday, yes he was, but he never got the voicemail. Right here, there is a point of failure. 1) Mr. Alvarez did not check his voicemails before leaving for the day on Monday, March 14th, or he left prior to 2:40. If he had, he would have received mine. 2) He should have delegated any outstanding issues to who ever was covering his position on his day off. At the very least a courtesy call back by the receptionist would be in order. If no one is there to stand in for Mr. Alvarez on any days off, then that is a single point of failure that should be remedied. 3) He did not check his voicemails from Wednesday morning by 1:00, at least he denied receiving it. Ignoring a customer's calls or not checking voicemail in a timely manner is poor service. After hearing his excuses over the missed phone calls, I asked him why he sold my husband and I a faulty car and then wanted us to pay for repairs when the issue should have been caught during an inspection. He became belligerent and rude. He said the issue was not missed on inspection. I told him that amount of damage does not occur in four hours, so either the inspection was not performed or was deficient. After he proceeded to tell me that he didn't have to do anything for us, we bought it "as is", I ended our conversation and told him I'd be speaking with the GM. Apparently they purchased the car from Gainesville according to Mr. Alvarez and I am willing to bet they assumed whomever in Gainesville conducted an adequate inspection. Obviously, a thorough inspection was not done. Shame on us, we will never ever buy a car "as is" again, even if we believe the dealer to be reputable. I recognize that we bought a used car "as is" and that used cars are expected to have issues. However, no one expects the car they bought four hours earlier to have a serious issue, especially not from such a reputable dealer. I'm appalled that Mr. Alvarez was so arrogant and acted like he was doing us a favor. read more

Don't go to this dealership!!!! They lie, deceive, don't follow-up and are incompetent! Early 2018, Ferman BMW replaced a valve cover on my BMW Z4. A few months later, I got a notice from BMW Headquarters stating that there was a recall on my BMW. The symptoms sounded a lot like what happened when I needed the valve cover replaced. The recall letter said my car could start "on fire" if the recalled part was not replaced (faulty PCV Valve heater part). I called Ferman and talked to Jamie Annese (service advisor) and asked if the BMW recalled faulty valve heater part could have caused the need for my valve cover replacement. She asked the service department (Kyle?) and called back and said yes they thought it could have and they (Kyle?) would file the paper work with BMW headquarters to try and get the cost of the valve cover repair refunded to me ($1300). I called Jamie several times over a few month period and she said they hadn't heard anything from BMW headquarters yet. Finally after several months, she said they would "re-file" the paper work with BMW headquarters and ask again for my refund. In addition, over the same period of time while waiting for the refund, I called Jamie several times and asked if the BMW recalled part had been replaced in my Z4 when they did the valve cover replacement. She did not return my call with an answer. Totally frustrated, after about 5 months of phone tag, December 2018, I called Jamie and left a msg that I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau and report the dealership for being non-responsive to my refund and to the question as to whether the recalled part had been replaced in my car. That same day, I got a call from Jamie's assistant saying the recalled part was not replaced in my Z4 when the did the valve cover replacement and I should bring my car in to replace the recalled part. Unbelievable. I typed up all the dates and conversations I had with Jamie (mentioned above) and I dropped off my Z4 12/18/18 to Ferman BMW to get the faulty PCV Valve Heater recalled part replaced. Paul Scaglione (service manager) called me after a few days and said he glanced at my typed summary of details (stated above) and the faulty BMW recalled part didn't cause the need for my valve cover replacement. He said if I thought it did, I would need to write to BMW headquarters asking for a refund. I explained Jamie at Ferman told me Ferman Service Department already wrote the letter to BMW Headquarters. He said Ferman didn't do that. He was arrogant, ignorant and disrespectful. When I picked my Z4 up on 12/21/18 after the recalled part had been replaced (they had my car for 4 days), I spoke to Paul Scaglione and Jamie Annese together and asked for a copy of the letter Jamie said was sent to BMW Headquarters asking for my refund. Jamie turned to Paul and said that Kyle was suppose to write the letter to BMW Headquarters. Paul said he'd check on the letter and get back to me. I said I'd like a copy sent to my email address. It's over a month now and Paul Scaglione has never called me with an update. They are liars and incompetent. Stay away. read more

The Worst.......... Called to verify if they had a 2009 BMW 335i coupe with Scott and told them we were quite a ways away. We called back to re-confirm, yes they had 3 of them, and the actual address so two hours later we arrive at the dealership only to find out that car does not exist. We spoke with the Sales Manager, Carl, who advised us that we had talked to a satellite office just looking at a screen and should have called the dealership, we thought we were. He pawned us off to John to do an inventory search which meant hopping into the golf cart and driving around the lot looking for a comparable car, UNBELIEVABLE............... When asked to be compensated at least for gas Carl, who did not even have the decency to come see us face/face said he did not have the authority and could not locate the GM. Really???? This is the first time that I have ever used yelp, I purchased a used jeep from Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor on September 30. 2016. And that is where my story begins and the problem starts. This is not the first jeep I purchased used from the Ferman brand name. In 1998 I purchased a used jeep from then Ferman Jeep in Pasco county on Us, 19. At that time I was totally satisfied, but I am saddened to have to write this review but I feel it's necessary. I was totally satisfied back in 1998 with Ferman Jeep in Pasco county as they fixed a couple of minor problems that I had with the jeep. All within a thirty day period, I was a loyal and satisfied customer. The Ferman brand name stood behind the product. Fast forward to the recent purchase of my 2012 Jeep Wrangler, I spent $ 25,000,00 for this used Jeep. I did my home work, inspected the car crawled under the jeep. Iam a back yard mechanic working on all my cars all of my life. The jeep is a cream puff, it's not the problem. The problem is simply Ferman's negative attitude and poor customer service. Simply stated the minor problem with the JEEP that I missed when examining the Jeep prior to purchase is the passenger side electric door lock switch, is malfunctioning. I only had the jeep for five days before finding this problem. Not a big deal. I called the salesman who sold me the jeep , who was explained my minor problem, the salesman told me he called his boss the sales manager and was told by him that they Ferman BMW were not going to replace this $10.00 door switch, or standby by their word to correct this for me .The jeep car was "as Is". I freaked out, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I love this jeep Iam not a wiener it's only a 10 minute fix , I went on u tube and looked up how to replace the switch, It's so simple. But it's the dam principle of this. I also called the the service manager a Mr. Bennett. I spoke with, him on the 11th of October. He said he would look into the problem and possibly try to correct it. As of the writing of this blog I haven't received a call back from anyone. I notice that Mr. Pete Ferman, responds to each one of these articles Blogs. Well let me tell you first hand, you had a good name, I was a loyal customer coming back to your brand for the second time. But because of the poor treatment and bad attitude from the people you have working for you I will never return. I will not let you or any of service people touch my jeep now. I will fix it myself. I hope you talk to your employees to impress upon them what customer service means, they saved a few dollars for Ferman. I spent $25,000.00 for this jeep so was this bad decision made by your staff worth $10.00 for not fixing my door switch. Up here in Springhill there is a car dealer who ends his commercial by saying "you be the Judge" so take the time and judge this for yourself. I live in spring hill and drove all the way down to Palm Harbor to deal with your brand name, because of my prior positive experience , I think you must agree I made a major mistake. 1 star is doing these ppl a favor. Yelp needs lower ratings. This place has 50 reviews and more than half are negative. That should tell you enough! My mistake was not checking yelp before I went to this place. I took my car in because my check engine light came on after a month of driving with a new engine. I was told that my O2 sensors needed to be replaced which is understandable. They gave me a loaner in the meantime but I let them know that my schedule is very tight because I am in the process of moving so I may be late coming back. They kept texting me to bring the loaner back and it got to the point where they said they will contact the sheriffs department if I didn't bring it in after I took it in the day before and the rep from the transportation desk told me that I can keep it for another day. I take the car in and tried to pay with a money order and they said they don't accept money orders (which is odd). So I came in the next day and paid. The service rep (Nicholas Hawk) assures me that I will have no problems for a while. I literally drove down the street and my check engine light pops right back up. I take my car back to the dealership completely disappointed and they tell me that it's going to take a few hours to figure out the problem and someone will drop me home. No loaner this time. I don't get contacted by anyone with any updates and it came to the point where I had to call corporate and even email the GM (Bob Murray). Corporate said the only thing I can do is file a complaint or get in contact with the GM. It's going on 5 days now since I've emailed the GM with no response. Every morning I have to call them for an update and I expressed my frustration because I am without a vehicle and I lost my job because of this situation. Nicholas keeps telling me the car will be ready "today or tomorrow" for three days now. I also expressed my concerns about a message that kept coming up in my car before my old engine went bad and I was told "it's not a big deal". The last time I was told that it cost me over 6k. These ppl are not trying to help you at all. You're just another number to them. I even got in contact with the service manager once and he was absolutely no help because nothing has changed. You threaten me with contacting the sheriffs department about your loaner, get it back and you didn't even do your job?!? Sounds fair to me. And I say that with complete sarcasm. I do not recommend going to this place to anyone. Even for buying a car. Sometimes I'll be in the showroom looking at cars and no one will even approach me to help at all. Don't try calling them either!! No one has picked up the phone in the service department since I've been calling and they DO NOT respond to voicemails. I dread going to this place due to the HORRIBLE customer service. read more

Just got a 428i from Ferman BMW. I have had it almost 2 months and it will be in the shop 3 times. Sales dept was pretty good. Service and parts not so good. Had to have a $1,000 spoiler installed twice. When installing it the second time. It is needed to use alcohol to strip any dirt or waxes off before installation. This car has been waxed 3 times in the first month to build up a thick coat for the Florida sun. Now there is no wax on the trunk of the car. and some fine scratches where they re-installed the spoiler. They also replaced the rear tire and left a nice scratch on the rocker panel by the tire replaced. I was told the car was washes but it was not clean inside. I used to detail cars at Lexus over 15 years ago and the standards there were way higher. I have to take it back in but I am afraid very time I do i will have more damage to a $50k car. read more

I am posting this and this review because of how happy I am with this dealership. Just wanted to post my great transaction and experience Amanda and I had buying a used car from salesman Kenny Russell. We came on the lot to just take a look, still not sure what we wanted in a car and Kenny was patient, helpful and offered us a lot of specific choices as we test drove and looked at a number of cars. We had concerns because of a steep driveway, and kenny was nice enough to drive the car we were thinking about and give it a test run with the driveway and garage. We spent half the day going over details and eventually we bought the right car with his help and we couldn't have been happier with the process. Review for the Service Dept: showed up for my appointment and was helped immediately by Mike. No waiting. Victor was my service advisor - SUPER nice, professional, and service oriented. Mike hooked me up with a perfect brand new 2015 BMW loaner since I bought my BMW with Ferman. Both treated me great. They couldn't replicate a noise I was hearing so even offered to ride with me around town with the shop foreman to see if we could hear it, who was also very pleasant and helpful (Kyle?). Everything went smoothly and all my car problems now fixed. Also washed and vacuumed my car before I picked it up. And my maintenance plan covered all costs. Not bad! read more

Visited this dealership on a recent car search I was doing for my parents. Their internet department is spot on and will make sure to keep in regular contact with you to try and make a deal. It's also the only BMW dealer in the Tampa area that is open on Sundays. We did have a bit of a wait for that very reason when we showed up on a recent Sunday to test drive a couple of cars. If one of their competitors hadn't beat the price on the car we were looking for they would have earned our business. read more

I just bought the most beautiful car at Ferman BMW. Since I saw the car just as it came in and it wasn't ready for sale, they kept the car for a week going over it, making sure ever was perfect. Then even changed the tires and gave me four new tires because, even though the tires on the car were good, they were old, and they didn't want to sell me a car with old tires!!! Brought my car there this morning for an oil change and tire rotation. Car was fine when I brought it in. Left there, it was pouring rain and traffic was horrendous. Had a 50 minute drive home. 10 minutes from home and was able to finally go 50 mph and the steering wheel started shaking. Called my "service advisor", got his voicemail, left a message and over two hours later still no return call. Called back and finally was able to talk to a person, made another appointment. My service advisor finally called back and told me I would have to pay for a tire balance, but he would give me a discount. I don't think I should have to pay for a repair that was not a problem before the service. Will not return there. read more

I purchased a 2016 328i series here (second purchase) and was supposed to get a year of sirrus XM radio. They didn't honor this and I ended up paying myself. I went to dealership several times and even called BMW customer care but they said it was a dealer issue. Also spoke to their "genius" several times who said it was fixed but sirrus said I was not paid for a year but only through the contract I already had on my 2013 BMW. I had a great sales experience when I bought a new BMW 2 years ago. Calvin did a TREMENDOUS job showing me how everything in the new car functions (I am not very tech savvy). However, I have to say the service department is DISGUSTING. I was recently in and I asked the rep a basic question about the oil change and his reply was, "How would I know, I dont own a BMW I just work here". Appalling. Go get a job at Mcdonalds with that attitude. The atmosphere is always tense and I have yet to find a down to earth friendly rep that works in the service department. Of course they also try to get you to do as many services as possible because they get a commission. They really dont act like they care about the customer. My last visit I asked for a loaner and they did give me one but they said "why do you need a loaner for an oil change? The oil change is just 90 minutes." I said, well because my time is valuable, thank you. So they gave me a loaner and after 3 hours, yes 3 hours; they said you may come pick your car up. I arrive and it was not even washed! Are you kidding me? I said well how much longer for the wash? She said well it will be another 30 minutes. I said, I really dont have time for that so Ill just take it unwashed. I would say go elsehwere but Palm Harbor BMW is just as lacking. Maybe St. Pete is better, who knows? Maybe buy a KIA, you would get better customer service. read more
