We love the food. The service. The simple menu which every dish is spectacular! The wine list is extensive. Please ask to meet Fernando who coons your dishes. My favorite the corvina.

    Beef Empanadas

The food was excellent, for appetizers we had the empanadas, for dinner, I had the Lamb chops and my husband had the Sirloin and Corvina. Lamb was cooked to perfection also the Sirloin. We had a great service , it was the day after Valentine and there were only 5 tables. The restaurant is beautiful and they used to have live music on Saturday, but not since COVID . We had the Tres Leches but that's the only disappointment of the night, it was dry.

Highly recommend the Corvina "Signature Fish", white filet Ecuadorian fish dipped in egg wash finished in a lemon butter and wine sauce.

We love Cava. I go to Cava all the time, normally in Kyle, but I've now come to this location about…read more4X now. Consistency is the only issue that I experience when I come here. Twice it's been great, twice it's been meh but definitely not bad. Portions are fine, the sauce distribution or remembering to put sauce on the side is inconsistent. Twice I did not ask for it on the side, and it was drowning in sauce and not enjoyable. The service though? Every time the staff is so nice. Even if I'm coming to pick up - they're kind, say hello and have a great day, and I appreciate the experience from start to end each time. The restaurant is very clean, plenty of areas to sit even when it is busy during lunch, I love the soda brand they use (local and uses real cane sugar), and their juices are delicious every time! I will continue to bet on Cava and enjoy it each time in TS Sugar Land!

Kelly was incredible…read more This was my first time ever going into a Cava restaurant and to be quite honest, I never even knew what it was when I would see it passing by. I need nothing about the menu nothing about what they're offerings were or anything. One employee was extremely crass and impatient with me and it rubbed me the wrong way. She wouldn't listen to what I wanted or what I pointed at and just expected me to go down the line quickly. As someone who has never even seen this establishment ever before, her character was certainly a repellent for me ever coming back again. However, Kelly was a doll. She was patient and soft spoken and really set in the moment despite my stone face. She softened me up after the experience with her co-worker and I appreciate her for making sure I got exactly what I needed. Thank you so much Kelly! So what did I order? I ordered the steak + harissa for myself and a custom salad for my mom with the basic components starting with the greens and greens bowl. Mine: Steak + Harissa Steak, Crazy Feta, red pepper hummus, tomato + onion, cucumber, feta, slaw, brown rice, greens, harissa vinaigrette I didn't deviate from what the original pairings were except for I took off the feta due to my lactose intolerance. This bowl was incredible. Omg. I was not expecting the combination of flavors. It was citrusy and rich and smooth and hearty all-in-one. What a wonderful recipe. Absolutely going to order this bowl again. Delish! 10/10 And their lemonade?? OMG. So bright and sweet but not overpowering. I don't know what they put in this lemonade but it is certainly tasty. 10/10 (My mom also loved her bowl) The inside of the restaurant was clean and bright and there were so many people coming in and out and even dining in. Since I could not stay that day, I want to have a quick lunch date here and actually dine in. I'm super familiar with this area after living there for over a decade in Sugar Land but we do have a location here in Missouri City so I want to visit there too!

It is on the lighter side and I wish there was more protein but for the amount of sides it's pretty decent. There's a lot of options and I usually do the family meals or one entree and 3 sides. Kabobs 3/5 On the lightly seasoned side. A bit chewy but we always pick it cause we are big meat eaters. Very little on the meats. Lamb shank 5/5 Also lightly seasoned but the lamb is so tender and falls right off the bone. Hummus 5/5 Love the different options they have. Pita 1/5 Dry as a brick. Lentil soup 5/5 Sweet and hearty. Guac 5/5 Pretty good guac

This was my third time I have given this location a try and this time was so bad I had to write about it. I ordered a Chicken Shawarma and the entire sandwich tasted like fish of all things! I wouldn't be surprised if today being a Friday is their Fish and rice day. So to me this means they have no problem throwing together a "chicken " shawarma sandwich using rice from the fish. How else could the whole sandwich taste infused with it. I paid over 15 dollars to have my stomach turned. Three strikes and you're out Fadi's in Sugar Land. I will NEVER eat there again!!!

We snarfed a couple Alamo plates with a plethora of goodies, brown rice, shredded kale, TX blend of shredded cheeses, cherry tomatoes, black beans, diced red onion, tortilla chips, roasted pieces of chicken thigh and a killer chipotle-lime vinaigrette and a squeeze of lime....came with a slice of sourdough.....amazing. The girls both got Meditteranean protein plates, white basmati rice, roasted pieces of chicken thigh, mozzarella-tomato salad, warm chickpeas, roasted broccolini, hummus, tzatziki spicy harissa, yum. Our granddaughter got her own plate, a bento box wit' grilled brussel sprouts, grilled cauliflower, brown rice and grilled chicken which she kept trying to feed to grandma. The Kids meal was half price. We shared three cookies between 3 adults and 2 grandbabies, one L&G cookie, a brownie and one rosemary shortbread cookie. Everybody got to taste my berry smoothie. Everything we tried was very good. We'll be back for more of these "healthy" goodies.

The waiter provided us with great recs and was very attentive despite the large group he was also taking care of. The shrimp toast is very indulgent, it's quite buttery but it tastes nice. B.B. Italia... what happened?…read more I used to frequent BB back when it was one of the "nice" restaurants in Sugar Land. It still looks nice inside, but the food and service are MILES below what this place used to be, while the prices are still just as ridiculous. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT get seafood here. The fried calamari used to be one of my favorite things on the menu. This time, it was like eating rubber bands. Tough as nails, insultingly small, cold, and fishy. I don't know how something can be overcooked, cold, and suspicious tasting all at the same time, but somehow they achieved it. The lobster bisque was even worse. It came out this weird deep red color, almost like marinara sauce pretending to be soup. I was highly skeptical, but I tried it anyway. MISTAKE. It tasted super seafoody in the bad way, and then there was this strange artificial sweetness that made the whole thing even more offensive. Who asked for sweet lobster marinara soup? Absolutely no one. The lasagna was probably the only thing that was close to decent. It tasted almost like I remembered, but even that felt like a tired version of what BB used to serve. Not terrible, but not what it once was. Service was equally bad. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. Our server clearly did not want to be there, and the whole experience felt awkward and uncomfortable. At a quick service restaurant, I could let some of this slide. At BB prices? Absolutely not. I've had better food and service at quick service restaurants. I'm honestly not sure what happened here. BB Italia still has the look of an upscale Sugar Land restaurant, but the food and service are nowhere near the level they are charging for. This used to be a place I really liked. Now it feels like another restaurant coasting on its old reputation while serving food that should have never left the kitchen.
