    Vegetable frittata

Lovely little place to grab lunch on Brighton. Always busy here. Seems like a local favorite. Some seating inside but also lots of sidewalk seating. Great place to come solo too which is always a plus. My go to is the veggie omelet. It's perfect. It also comes with delicious bread. I also tried the Italian donuts in chocolate and lemon. Really delicious and lite tasting. Mushroom risotto is best I ever had and cannellini bean soup is so savory with hints of rosemary. For Christmas they had lots of panettone including boxes that would make great gifts. Service is so attentive and friendly. They made sure I had everything I needed and was happy. Sandwiches, breakfast, coffee, salad and wine. Italian upscale comfort. Steps away from Rodeo Drive but very laid back and casual. Street parking at the meters can be hard to find.

Had their ham and egg sandwich on their fresh croissant, wow! Heaven in your mouth. Their house aioli was so creamy and flavorful! Each bite was just wonderful. I love coming here. The entire team is just incredible. They are always so cherry and nice! Loved that we were able to enjoy our lattes and breakfast in their outside patio area.

    CARCIOFINI SALAD add chicken

I've never actually eaten at Ferrarini Cafe in person since I usually get delivery, but it's become one of my go-to spots. I always order the Carciofini Salad with chicken and it's really good and filling. It's rare that a salad actually satisfies me, but this one always does. I've also tried a few of their paninis, which are good, but nothing over the top, so I usually just stick to the salad. Overall, even just through delivery, it's consistently tasty and a solid option if you want something fresh and satisfying.

The coffee was okay -- probably a 4/5. The pastries were pretty average, just typical American-style bakery items, nothing really special. The tiramisu only comes in small plastic containers, which feels a bit unesthetic for a café bakery experience. There were a few tasty things, but overall the place felt overrated for us. Probably wouldn't come back again.

We came here and were pleasantly surprised by how flavorful everything was! I ordered the Cobb salad, and it was such a nice twist on the traditional version. The arugula base, crispy prosciutto, and light but flavorful dressing worked perfectly together -- and the blue cheese crumble might honestly be the best I've ever had. We also tried the burrata panini, and wow... it had the perfect balance of pesto, burrata, tomato, and prosciutto. It even came with a side of chips. I'm not usually a big sandwich person, but every single ingredient stood out on its own -- so you can imagine how amazing it was all together as a sandwich. The only tiny downside was the espresso -- super tasty but very small. A slightly larger pour would have been great. Other than that, everything was outstanding. Great flavors, great service, and an overall wonderful experience and this cute little cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely a spot worth stopping by, and I'll absolutely be back!

Not a very big place but jampacked with deliciousness. !

It does not take much effort to get here and enjoy it take advantage of the outside seating and the nice weather. Their coffees are amazing they're Panini's are amazing I've had several. And their pastries are amazing , everything is very convenient and extremely tasty prices are reasonable for what you get I've been there many times and I love it. ! The service is wonderful.

As a local, this is one of my favorite spots to grab lunch. I love their paninis, melon and prosciutto, and peronis But what really stands out to me is the service! They go above and beyond and I feel so well-treated even for lunch. And of course, the location is so lovely being across from a gorgeous historical building facade One tip though- I had recommended Ferrarini to my sister when she was in town and she used the QR code on the table to order. Her food did not come out and her and her daughter waited for an hour. Maybe the system wasn't working then? Anyway, I have never ordered via QR code and I would recommend ordering inside

Stepped into this Italian coffee shop and was instantly greeted with "Buongiorno." I knew I had arrived at the heart of Italy without the 14 hour flight and jetlag. Ordered an extra shot of espresso for my drink and could smell the rich freshly brewed aroma. Deli meat cutter, further proving its authenticity. Either it's fresh deli meat or the Italian mafia politely letting you know to stick around. Oh, and let's not forget the most crispy, buttery, decadent with a hint of chocolate, perhaps nutella I taste, croissants I have ever had. So perfect that I wondered if I could live here and eat these forever. What a great trip to this cafe.

    Gelato to go.

This cozy place was inspired by the caffes in Italy and adds its own California twist. Salads, sandwiches, and pastries are made fresh daily in their kitchen. Imported products from Italy can also be purchased. There is a grab & go section and beer & wine are also available. The dining area inside is small and there is a nice outdoor patio where you can people watch while enjoying your meal. The coffee is robust, muffins are always moist & tasty, pastries are buttery & flaky, and the Caesar salad with homemade croutons is my favorite lunch staple. The food is delicious, and the employees are friendly - happily delivering service with a smile.

    Iced chai
    Madeleine B.

I stopped by on a weekend. I got an iced chai latte and a frittata slice. It's in a convenient location if you're in Beverly Hills, but it's expensive and just ok. The latte was very very sweet with not much flavor besides sugar (they also sorta skimped out and didn't fill the whole cup- see the pic). It tasted more like a horchata than chai. And I say that when I like very sweet things. The frittata was fine, but nothing to write home about. The service was fine.

    Apple Strudel
    Marcos R.

The strudel and cake were both delicious and satisfying and not one was overly sweet and bland. Many people come here throughout the day and seating is limited. They heat up the pastries for you as well which is a plus in my book. They carry drink options as well as beers to satisfy a hot day. I'll definitely be back for some more indulgence soon!

The food has been great here, but today's to go order fell a little short. The sandwich I received had a spicy aioli, which I sadly could not handle, and the bread was a little hard (never been like that). It didn't seem fresh which was odd. The menu online says house made aioli, but did not list spice like other menu items did. Luckily I also got a salad. The carciofini salad was fresh, clean, and delicious. The lemon dressing left me wanting more creaminess, but if you want super healthy/clean then this is a sizable winner! . After spending $37, $18 was given away due to the spicy sauce on the sandwich. I called a couple hours later to confirm the Ingredients, but person who answered didn't seem too concerned so I can't say if I'll be back. Please update your website for food and allergy safety reasons.

    Prosciutto Panini
    Jasmine N.

Disappointed with the online ordering. I saw pictures of the paninis online and ordered it, and for customization you can add individual items for about $1 each. So I didn't add anything thinking these options were to add extra of certain things. There was even a checkbox to put the avocado on the side. Tell me that doesn't sound like there's avocado already in the panini?? When it arrived, it was straight up just a few slices of prosciutto between ciabatta bread. For about $9 that was absolutely not worth it. Also ordered a matcha chia pudding for almost $6 and they did not notify me that they did not have any.

The restaurant is very low-lit, intimate, and romantic, making it a great choice for a date night. I could also see it being a nice spot to visit with friends for cocktails or mocktails. They also have a wide variety of wines, which I really appreciated, especially when pairing wine with pasta. For our appetizer, we ordered the burrata, and it was definitely one of my favorite parts of the meal. The cheese was incredibly creamy and lightly salted, which I personally loved. It was served with roasted tomatoes and fresh bread, and the combination was simple but really well executed. We also ordered two pasta dishes, and both were delicious. The pasta was cooked really well--not overly al dente--and the sauces were rich, flavorful, and thick enough to coat the pasta beautifully. You could really taste the depth of flavor in each dish. We also tried the mussels, which was my first time having them. Personally, they weren't my favorite, mainly because of the texture. However, I think that's completely subjective, and someone with a different palate may really enjoy them. I wouldn't consider this a flaw in the restaurant so much as a personal preference. The service was another highlight. Everyone was very kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout the meal, which made the experience even better. My only real criticism would be the seating and tables. The tables were somewhat wobbly and had a few visible scratches, which felt slightly out of place compared with the otherwise beautiful and sophisticated atmosphere. The seating was also quite tight, especially with an appetizer and two pasta dishes on the table. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at Oster. The romantic ambiance, delicious pasta, creamy burrata, extensive wine selection, and excellent service made it a memorable dinner. The mussels weren't personally for me, but that's simply a matter of taste. Aside from the tight seating and slightly worn tables, I thought the restaurant was a wonderful spot for a romantic Italian dinner in LA.

Honestly, it worked out perfectly because they had AC and it was HOT in Beverly Hills that day lol. The inside of the restaurant was actually really beautiful too! Everyone in our group enjoyed everything we ordered, from the appetizers all the way to dessert. HIGHLIGHT of our lunch: my husband and I surprised my mother-in-law with a bouquet of pink roses, so we asked the hostess if they could keep it in their cooler room until the end of lunch. After dessert, they brought the flowers out for us and my mother-in-law was so surprised and happy It honestly made the whole celebration feel extra special. If it's not during Dine LA, I would likely not come back. Little did we know there was a very obvious explanation for not being full for a Sunday dinner despite the gorgeous patio being perfect for romantic dates. Overall 4 stars: 5 stars for ambiance 4 stars for service 3 stars for food Got the: 1. Toscana (7/10): - This salad was wilted by the time it got to us and not crispy anymore, so we suspect it's been sitting out for a while. - Would've been a 9/10 If it was served fresh 2. Pappardelle Al Tartufo Bianco (+$20 to add lobster pieces) 7/10: - the pasta (9/10) was good, and the doneness was perfect for fresh pasta. - Unfortunately the lobster (4/10) left a lot to be desired. The lobster meat was severely overcooked to the point of being almost rubbery and there were several small shells in the pasta dish. - The waiter must've noticed the pile of shells I made because he whisked away the plate the second I finished so I wasn't able to take a picture. 3. Filet di Manzo (5/10): - the filet was over cooked, which is starting to seem like an overarching theme. We ordered medium RARE and received medium WELL. - This would ordinarily be sent back to the kitchen in any reputable steakhouse, but we gave them a break for not being a steakhouse - the sauce was on the bitter side and this dish was paired with broccoli rabe instead of the advertised spinach so the dish was not balanced at all, just overwhelmingly bitter. Unfortunately this was the worst dish of the night. 4. Il Branzino (7.5/10): - the Branzino fish was not dry but also not moist. I'd say it's pretty typical for Italian cooking, just not flavorful either. It needs a tasty sauce to really add some depth - instead of the advertised zucchini, it came with spinach - It was soft enough for the palate of my grandparents 5. Panna Cotta (9.5/10): - wow, I can't believe the best dishes of the night were the desserts! - Panna cotta was very well balanced with the fruits. Without the fruits and fruit syrup topping, the vanilla bean panna cotta would've be too rich - did not come with the advertised candied rose petals, but this dessert was so well executed that it didn't matter 6. Tiramisu (9/10): - light and fluffy, it was executed well with chocolate shavings on top - a little bitter from the coffee (they advertise that the lady fingers were "lightly dipped in espresso" which my taste buds find hard to believe) but they did have a berry compote on the side to balance it out. - Personally I wish it was not served with berry compote as I believe the advertised mascarpone may been a better pairing Parking: valet only but there's street parking down the street and all around if you're willing to walk up to a block

There are other locations but this I think was the first one and since it was the one I frequented it's the one I will miss. I have so many fond memories of this restaurant. I came here as a little girl with my family because it was casual enough for a well mannered child but fancy enough to please the adults. One time I decided to get into shape. Every time someone asked me out for lunch or dinner I said I wanted to go to Il Fornaio. I would order a bowl of the vegetable soup or vegetarian soup of the day and the Regina Salad. The salad did wild arugula, couscous, avocado, red onions, capers, raisins, and lemon oil dressing. It was a fabulous and filling meal that also kept me skinny. I could honestly eat it every day and never get bored. During Covid I came here and we ate outside on the sidewalk. We enjoyed watching the pedestrian scene and "staying safe" while being able to eat out again. I really missed going out and I felt comfortable here which was important during Covid time. Every Halloween Il Fornaio would have 1/2 price pizza. My family made a tradition to order it. I LOVED this tradition and I'm going to miss it this Halloween. Their pizza was delicious. One time I came here with a boyfriend because they had a cooking class in the back. They had a huge entertainment room in the back of the restaurant. I wish I had a chance to have a special event here to rent it out. We had so much fun as we watched the chef talk about how to prepare each dish and what was even better is that we got to taste it in the end. We ate seabass with golden raisins, baked pasta with eggplant, and a cannoli for dessert. They even had a party souvenir which was an Il Fornaio plate to hang on the wall. Last time I came here was on the Fourth of July last year. It was also dine-la and they had the best deal of any of the dine-la restaurants. Not all the dine-la deals are good but this one truly was one of the best in terms of value for money. It was a three course meal with the most delicious fish entree. Who doesn't love a good deal? We had a fabulous time! Lastly, in recent years they added a happy hour menu to the restaurant and it was fabulous. I did another review on that so I'll keep it short here but the food and drinks were just wonderful. I will miss the friendly waiters who have been there forever. They don't make them like that anymore. Arrivederci to a true "classic"!

Unfortunately, my experience landed more in the "it was fine" category than memorable fine dining. The evening started promisingly with cocktails and beautifully presented small bites. The bread service was elaborate and visually impressive, and several of the smaller bites were interesting. The truffle pizza certainly looked luxurious--and they weren't shy with the truffles--but even that didn't deliver the knockout flavor I expected. It was good. Just...good. The ingredients seemed high quality, the plating was sophisticated, and the experience had all the elements of upscale dining. It simply didn't translate into food that excited me. And when you're dining at a restaurant with Spago's reputation, "just okay" feels more disappointing than it would somewhere else. Service and atmosphere were polished, but ultimately I'm reviewing the entire experience relative to the expectations and price point. I'm glad I finally experienced Spago for myself, but would I rush back? Probably not. There are too many exceptional restaurants where I've left genuinely excited about what I just ate.

This restaurant was truly exceptional, from the food to the service. Everything felt thoughtful,…read morefresh, and authentic. Even how simple it looked but clean. I highly recommend starting with the bread, it was incredibly light, flavorful, and honestly some of the best I've had. The pasta was just as impressive. We had bread, pasta, and pizza, and I was amazed that I didn't leave feeling overly full or heavy. Everything was so light and fresh that it genuinely felt like I had been transported to Italy. I was so impressed that I actually asked what type of flour they use, as I learned they import it from Italy. The braised dish was absolutely to die for, beautifully seasoned, tender and paired with incredibly ripe and flavorful tomatoes. And the cheesecake was the perfect way to finish the meal. It was light, creamy, and delicious without being overly sweet. The service was also wonderful and added to the overall experience. I will definitely be coming back. My only criticism is the valet situation. The valet is located in an alley and is a considerable walking distance from the restaurant rather than directly in front of it. This was particularly difficult for my uncle, who uses a cane. I had to drop him off at the restaurant and then walk back to pick him up after dinner because the distance was simply too much for him. I would strongly encourage the restaurant to consider a more accessible drop-off and valet arrangement for elderly guests and anyone with mobility challenges. Aside from the valet accessibility issue, this was a fantastic dining experience. The food, service, and quality were outstanding, and I'm already looking forward to returning.

Can't wait to go back already!!! Such a nice, modern…read morecontemporary atmosphere. The fun surprise for us was that the restaurant has 3 levels and the top floor is a rooftop bar. Park in the parking garage next door to avoid having to look for street parking and absolutely make a reservation! We went during that week and they were still busy. Our waiter was amazing, no nice and helpful. He explained the entire menu to us in detail. Everything sounded so good so it was hard to choose. To start we got the arancini. Portion comes with 3 and it was amazing. It's fried, but it wasn't too greasy. It was cheesy and yummy. One of my favorites was the fig pizza with prosciutto. They dough was thin and it was sourdough. For dessert, we tried the tiramisu and I finished every last bite. Literally everything was so good!
