We showed up early around 11:30 so everything was fresh and hot. I got a hibachi plate, nice and spicy. The food is very good, you can eat well here without feeling heavy. It's not greasy like other buffets. The fried fish is perfect, there's cold shrimp, baked fish, an excellent salad bar with strange little pink deserts that taste like clouds. My family and I visited here for dinner this past weekend. We didn't have high expectations whatsoever, considering it's a buffet, but decided to go for it. The waitresses were quick to bring drinks. The food could've been a lot better. Food courts in the mall have far better Chinese than this place. Lastly, and it was a total bummer that the ice cream machine was broken. I went in not expecting much however I was really pleasantly surprised with the quality of many of the American-Chinese food dishes as the beef and chicken dishes plus the mushrooms and other veggie dishes were cooked extremely well for a buffet. Honestly you can't beat the volume of food at a $12 price point for dinner. I like their hibachi bar a lot. The guy always does a good job flavoring my noodle. Some of the station is useless to me...such as the American cuisine section...but it's easy enough just to skip them since there are enough other choices to fill me up. Waiting staff are attentive. They refill the drinks quickly and empty plates never sat on my table more than couple minutes after I eat my food. Only thing I don't like is the size of their booth. Seems to be very tight. The food here ranged from decent to good, but the service really left something to be desired. They do not have enough waitstaff, so we waited probably 30min for our drinks. The waiter took our drink order twice, and still got it wrong. We also had to inquire about forks and straws, as none were provided. I don't blame the waiter though, it was incredibly busy and, like I mentioned, they need to hire more waitstaff. The poor guy was busting his butt, so he got a nice tip regardless. The name is a little deceiving but it is a Chinese buffet with a few American dishes, The place is a little discombobulated and cut up weird but service is friendly. Hot tea is served in a pot with normal mugs, not Chinese tea cups but is hot and adequately strong. All of the dishes are pretty typical of a buffet and are hot and frequently replenished. The hibachi station has a lot to choose from and is a normal grill as opposed to the type where the guy cooks with what looks like pool cues. The ice cream machine after is a nice touch. read more

I've been there twice. There is a wide variety of foods. The prices are very cheap for a buffet and the food choices are what you would see at more expensive buffets donuts great for the area. The waitress' were quick even during dinner when it was very busy. Plates cleaned off tables fast and the waitress kept making my son laugh when he was being a little fussy. I mean they have Chinese food , Japanese habachi and sushi , lots of seafood , Italian food. Dinner def. has much more options for food and desserts. What's also cool is they have buffet Togo so you get a Togo carton fill with whatever you want and they weigh it for the price but you can put whatever you want as much as you want into it. The only negative I would say is there dessert selections are limited. What they have taste good but just not a lot of dessert variety. $8 for lunch $12 for dinner heck you can't go wrong. read more

I've tried this place 3-4 times, always via delivery. The food always arrives hot still, it is a good portion for the price and packaged well. However- I have bonidea why I keep trying this place, the food is mediocre at best. Fried rice looks more like Spanish rice but with no flavor, yellow rice with a few onions and a few chunks of pork. General tso claims to be spicy but is actually sweet, crab Rangoon also very bland, lo mein- same, under seasoned. Just wanted to give a little advice, As I said in my review I LOVE this place but be really careful on when you decide to go. If it's dead, They're not bringing out as much fresh food as they would on a busy night. I always check the parking lot before I make my decision on if I'm eating here or not. Our soda order finally arrived with all of our sodas flat because their CO2 was empty. Bill arrived with $2 charge per soda. They clearly do not have enough waitstaff to keep up with the tables. An older Festiva review says they only have white rice. They have fixed that. The chicken dishes are OK but they have small, stringy pieces of chicken. They frequently ran out of food. A few of us went to their mongolian grille and was pleased with the food. The sushi was good but had no labels to know what you were eating. Some decent variety...your usual fried rice, white rice, 8-9 different chicken assortments, crab Rangoon's, spring and egg rolls, and some "American" food options for people (or kids) who don't like the Chinese options, they have a hibachi station (which I didn't try..I just didn't have the patience to stand in the line) and a sushi station. The sushi wasn't my favorite (but it's buffet sushi so...). I really only went because my husband is a fan of buffets and wanted to try it so I went to give it a fair shot.
