I was really excited to try this place because it seemed like cava and chipotle had a baby but not sure I would go back any time soon. The food was flavorful and the bang for your buck isn't bad even though a little on the expensive side but I had an odd encounter with one of the staff. She put the wrong sauce on my bowl at the end and I tried to politely correct her and she kept pouring more. There's also not a lot of signage explaining what exactly is in the dips/sauces so might be helpful to add that for faster viewing during busy times. read more

It's good, I've been here twice. 2 different experiences. First trip, good, BUT DONT CHIPOTLE ME!! Don't put 6freaking leaves of spinach in Bowl and then take one out because it looked too like too much. Ball was good, but portions were extremely small even when I asked for double meat.. I'm super impressed with the food quality and flavors. I had a carnitas burrito and traded rice for cauliflower. The burrito was too big to pick up but that allowed me to open it up, taste each component individually then scoop it together. It was a winner! Some of the best food/value we've had. My wife and I each had build your own bowls and they loaded them. The team was all super friendly and the prices are a steal. No Diet Coke :(, but the tea and lemonade was awesome. I thought brisket was super tender and my wife enjoyed the shawarma. The only thing that was interesting was that we got a kimchi brisket burrito for 12.99 to go, but had we built it ourselves it would have been 11.99. While 12.99 still feels like a great price, it felt like it should have been a dollar cheaper? Either way, great food, great service, great concept, and we will happily be back. read more

Relatively new place. Heard about it on FOX 10 Morning News and decided to try it out. We went with the build your own chicken bowls. Lots of choices to make it your choice and they were very good. The servers knew what was mild verses spicy and what each one was. We had one vegan order for a Falafel Peta. We asked how to make it vegan and the server asked the chef and he referred to the laminated cards and said to exclude the Cole slaw and one of the sauses. The chef was very helpful. We ordered pink lemonade which was made in house and was very good. We took our order to go but the seating looked very nice. Not elaborate but nice. And there is patio seating also. You can choose several predefined combinations of proteins and add ons or create your own. I had a brisket kimchi bowl which had rice, beans, sweet potatoes, roasted corn, Cole slaw, kimchi and a tangy bbq sauce. Very unusual combination but very tasty. Our second visit was not as impressive as our first. Staff seems to have become a bit complacent. I think there were a few more "corporate" folks overseeing the operations on our initial visit. Tables were not cleaned. Meat in my Chicken Shwarma Pita was not warm. My wife's salmon bowl had a long hair embedded in the rice. Cleanliness of the metal trays that they prepare your food on seems haphazard. We had to request that they not prepare my wife's meal on one that came off the "clean" stack with several spots of old food & sauces still attached. Note that some of the items (handhelds) are laying directly on the tray when you receive it, so dirty trays are a health code violation in my opinion. Feta Cowboy has lots of potential but their attention to details appears to be fading. read more

This is a pricey chipotle like establishment it's a bar where you kind of talk your meats with veggies and etc. My daughter and I went for lunch and we could not believe how busy it was, but we were able to get in walked through the line, sit down and get our food all that good stuff although the meat was really really good, but the rice was very undercooked, and I couldn't believe that everybody was sitting around just choking it down. And am I don't want to say something?
