    Lemon cherry twist minus grenadine!
    Kira D.

Ya know what?!?! It's not too shabby! I only had their lemon cherry twist minus the grenadine and a side of the brussel sprouts, so I can't really truly rate their food items, but the brussel sprouts were solid! The lemon cherry twist was ok if you're into bubbly drinks, but let's just say I wasn't impressed with it. I was there for their Wednesday night music bingo, and the vibe was very lively. The DJ was highly energetic and did a great job spinning all the songs for bingo! There are 4 rounds of bingo and you get to win a little bit of money for each round if you get BINGO! First round: $5, second round:$10, 3rd round:$15, 4th round:$25 Really cool to see Fibber Magees coming up with this fun music bingo event to not only get customers in the door, but also try to give back to their customers as well! Bravo!

The food is always outstanding & fresh. Never had a bad dish here. Love the beer/drink selection. The staff is always super nice and helpful in their recommendations. Very chill vibe here, plays great tunes. Live music is always a good time! Also bonus points because it's a Seattle Seahawk friendly place!

We've been coming here for 22 years service is still great under new management. Incredible ambiance. However I must say that some of the menu items have changed for the worse. One specific item is the fish & chips. What a change in the fish. Smaller portions thinner meat and heavier breading. So disappointing. Please don't change anything else!

This pub and restaurant combo is really great. I took my 16 yo and we had a hard time picking what to have on the menu. Everything sounded delicious. I ordered hot tea and it came in a teapot! The food was incredible (Irish Poutine and Fish n Chips). The staff was very friendly and attentive. We look forward to returning. Maybe on a night when they have live music

Fibber Magees is a really solid local Chandler hang out. The atmosphere is truly Irish pub vibe-- cozy, warm, welcoming. I especially love the little library look in the back. The service is usually pretty good; no real complaints here! The food is also pretty good! The Caesar Salad is surprisingly awesome-- seems like they make the dressing fresh (tastes like real anchovy in there!) and the chicken is well-seasoned and delicious. The wings were quite good; I prefer the BBQ to their buffalo sauce. They have a killer happy hour 7 days a week and live music some nights which is sweet. Lots of draft beers and also tons of these beer "duos" like Guiness + cider-- that's pretty unique. Overall I quite like this place and think it deserves a better rating than it currently has! I live down the road and frequent here every so often and it's always quite good. It's worth checking out!

Over the years, I've visited this location a handful of times both for St Paddy's Day and for a pint/grub. There has never been a bad experience and always love the selection of items for drinks, food, and even dessert! Love the ability to swap out for an Impossible Patty on their burger menus and I longingly await the addition of a vegetarian cottage pie one day as that would be splendid and make this the perfect pub. Hint hint nudge nudge. My most recent visits for both the watch party of the Euro Finals and the Copa America Finals. This location is spacious with lots of televisions and screens to watch. My friend and I enjoyed so much that we plan to start coming for more matches as this is her home pub. I live farther out, but the drive is worth it! When you have service as friendly as they are with a banging menu, it would be rude not to! Check out this amazing pub and maybe I'll see you at the next match watch party!

I was invited by friends to Fibber Magees for their Tuesday trivia night. The vibe holds true to their Irish pub. Very casual dinning with a bar area and TVs displaying sport games. They have food specials for each day of the week, which is nice. Our server was friendly and the food came out relatively quickly. I went ahead and ordered their Fibber's chicken and upgraded the fries to their Parmesan garlic. Tasted great! It was a great place for trivia that night.

I came here for taco Tuesday. I got one of each which was beef, shrimp and fish. They were fantastic. The Guinness is poured properly here. I highly recommend this Irish bar. It was packed for trivia night.

My husband and I love it here. The food is always so good. We've had their burgers and they're always great. Husband loved the fried fish and it was huge. I like the braised beef.

Ask the Community - Fibber Magees

We are planning to come on Tuesday March 17th with my family for dinner and celebrate St. Patrick day. So do I need to make a reservation? Will you have a live music?

Hello! We host a Paddy's day celebration at Fibbers every year! We are family friendly until 6pm, then we are 21+ only. We do not accept reservations - we close down our parking lot and do require an entry fee just so that you're aware :) There is…

    Are kids allowed?

Yes, kids are most definitely allowed. But, they do have live music that starts between 7-8pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

What kind of music do they usually play?

On Thursday nights it's kind of all over the spectrum. A lot of times it will be bands or individuals playing cover songs, often done in a slightly different style. It can range from Bob Dylan to very modern covers. Sometimes it is music the…

Is there a smoking patio and do they serve food/drinks on it?

Yes there is and yes! ☺️

Do they have a small dance floor and do people ever dance there when there's a band?

No actual dance floor, but they have had bands that inspire people to dance.

The name refers to U.S. Patent 139, granted to Rudolf Gustav Hass for the Hass avocado, and the establishment was founded by Tim Hass, the inventor's great grandson. I enjoyed the blonde more, but that's simply due to I've moved away from IPAs in general. During our visit they had 5 beers on tap made by Patent 139, and other guest taps as well. The story of the owner is interesting with his ties to Ballast Point and the Hass avocado. We sat in the bar area. Bartender was friendly and attentive. There's a sitting area at the front with couches, and past the bar is large wooden picnic tables, next time I would opt to sit outside on the patio.

This is actually a food truck, which is parked on the side of the Tipsy Catcus, which is a really cool brewery I also checked out while I was waiting for my order. This is a really chill brewery, and not a huge spot. Maybe 8 to 10 high top tables with bar seating, and a mostly open floor plan. They have a small patio too, with what looks like about another tables but because I visited at night, nobody was outside. They also seem to be extremely dog friendly as they had one table with a really chill cocker spaniel completely laid out on his side in the middle of the floor. I'm not sure how many taps they had in total, but definitely more than 40 I would say. I'm not a big beer drinker, so I ordered a cider. The cider I was served was on tap and really tasty. And it definitely hit the spot of terms of price point. One thing to note, while I was talking to the owner/manager of the tipsy cactus (shout to him because he was really cool), he told me that Friday night and Saturday nights are usually popping so I wouldn't expect to be first in line on any of those nights. It also looks like they rotate food trucks on different nights, so don't assume that the cheesesteak truck is going to be here every night. I would check the tipsy cactus website, or Instagram page to be sure. I'll definitely be looking forward to checking this place out again in the future, especially if I'm hitting one of the food trucks parked outside.

Unfortunately, that's about where the positives end. If you're coming for the food or the service, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. We came in as a party of five a little after 9:00 PM and were told the kitchen closed at 10:00 PM. No problemo, we were ready to order right away. Instead, our server didn't return to take our order until around 9:20PM, despite nearby tables continuing to receive service. That was the first sign things weren't going well. I ordered the carne asada nachos specifically because the menu advertised them with queso instead of shredded cheese. I even mentioned to my group that was the reason I was ordering them. I also added a side of sweet potato waffle fries. About 25 minutes after we had already placed our order, the server came back and asked if I'd like a different meat. Like of course I don't want a different meat that's why I ordered carne asada. The server didn't say that they were out of carne asada, but I read between the lines and opted for ground beef cause really the queso is what makes the nachos. Also, I couldn't help wondering why it took 25 minutes to find that out. Then the food arrived. My nachos immediately looked different than expected. Instead of queso, they were covered with shredded cheese. Nothing was mentioned about being out of queso. I notice there was none. When I asked about it, the server casually said, "Oh yeah, we're out of queso too." Wait...what? So the restaurant was out of both the carne asada and the queso. The two main ingredients that made me order the dish in the first place. No one cared to mentioned either of those things when taking my order OR when coming back and asking if I wanted a different meat didn't also mention they were out of queso. Had I known, I would have ordered something completely different from the start. To the server's credit, she did let me order something else. Sucks for the kitchen because they were already closed. I ended up getting the sliders, but they were just as underwhelming as everything else. The food overall tasted like frozen products that had simply been reheated. Nothing tasted fresh, especially considering the prices. The biggest issue wasn't just the mediocre food, it was the lack of communication and straight lie when placing my food in front of me. If items are unavailable, tell customers before they order or at least when placing their food down, not after they've waited half an hour and not saying anything at all. Between the disappointing service, poor communication, and unforgettable food for all the wrong reasons, this place completely lost my trust. I'd honestly rather spend half the money at IHOP, where the food is more consistent and I'd know what to expect.

My fiancé and I arrived a little earlier than the rest of our group and were immediately helped by our server. She was incredibly attentive and checked on us often without ever making us feel rushed. Everyone ordered something different, but I made sure to try a little bit from everybody's plate. Maybe I was just especially hungry, but when my Fire Starter burger came out, I thought it looked absolutely beautiful. My fiancé got the wings with a side of fries, my mother got the Birria Quesadilla, and my sister ordered the fish and chips. The burger tasted just as good as it looked, and everything else I tried was great as well. It was the kind of meal where everyone at the table was happy with what they ordered. There are also plenty of TVs throughout the dining area for anyone interested in watching something while they eat, which fits the pub atmosphere really well. And the service really stood out to me. When we were leaving, our server noticed us from across the dining room and called out goodbye and that she hoped to see us again. That little interaction genuinely made me feel like she meant it rather than it just being something she had to say. We ordered the Torro de Mariscos to share, a seafood tower consisting of shrimp ceviche, cooked shrimp, octopus, squid, aguachile, avocado, cucumber, red onion, topped with a tomato sauce. I had a similar dish last time I was in San Carlos deep sea fishing and this was right there on flavor and freshness!
