Great spot for breakfast about 10 minutes from Kohler, in downtown Sheboygan. Do yourself a favor, if you're staying at The American Club come into town and enjoy fresh, hearty, fare for a variety of tastes. The Sunrise Sandwich has a couple of eggs on a fantastic, flaky biscuit with your choice of meat. My wife had the avocado toast, with a perfectly prepared poached egg served on the side .excellent smoothies and vegetable juices prepared fresh. Highly recommended! read more

Eggs Benedict with shaved ham and a side of greens with very mild and refreshing vinaigrette were a perfect combo. All parts of the dish complemented each other. First off I was going to order the eggs Benedict but it had cheese sauce instead of hollendaise which was the first red flag but after that they served it to me on a whole grain english muffin but when I cut into it expecting a runny yolk I was met with a yellow sludge of and egg yolk although the ham was fine and service was good I give it two stars. read more

Keywords here are homemade, local as they can find, in house roasted coffee are you getting the flavors?! My choice is the Tico! 2 eggs the way you like them, Tico rice and black beans so named a "costa rican extravaganza." We have some wonderful eateries in our hometown neighborhood but when we come visit your town we put this on the top of our list for flavorful and original and never fails to deliver. This farm to table restaurant/ speciality market is perfect for breakfast or lunch. They are not open for dinner usually. The food uses local sourced ingredients to create there lovely dishes. When there I had coffee and the eggs Benedict. Coffee was fresh tasting. I would of like to try one of there specialty juices but they are a little pricey and range from $5 to $7.50. Maybe next time I will splurge. The eggs Benedict was rich and hearty and came with a side of greens. The greens were nice as they offset the richness of the Benedict. What a surprise on the main drag of Sheboygan. Farm to table has been the rage for years still this place nails it. I have to say it was a little pricey compared to my expectations; however, the quality did warrant it. I had one of their burgers which was cooked to perfection with a salad side. My guest had the daily special that was a very interesting combination of roasted veggies with different greens. Service was quicker than expected because typically farm to table can be slower. More than the restaurant I LOVED the store right next to the restaurant. I had a meeting down the street and heard about the terrific locally made items and had to run back there. I purchased the frozen ground lamb that is made by their sister restaurant and it was worth every penny. I think it was over $12/# but the flavor profile was very unique. I have yet to try to frozen italian sausage so stay tuned....... read more

This is a great brunch/lunch spot in downtown Sheboygan. If you're staying at the American Club and need just a normal meal, this place is perfect! Its connected to Il Ritrovo through the market, and has a wide range of options for a sit-down lunch/brunch, or pastries/coffee you can take away. I love how fresh and clean their food is. You got to keep that in mind when visiting this amazing spot. Their chorizo is not like the chorizo you will find in a Mexican restaurant. We stopped in for lunch at 1pm on a Wednesday. There were 4 of us in the party and we waited about 20 minutes for a table. We were seated upstairs, last table near the waitress station. It seemed that they only had one server staffed for the approximately 15 tables(which were all full.) we waited at least 15 minutes after being seated before someone acknowledged us. The server took our drink order and we waited another 15 minutes for that. She then told us(after we had our minds made up) that the quiche was out. Then she left us for another 15 minutes so we could "re-decide" what we wanted. Finally, after 45 minutes she took our order. The food arrived about 25 minutes later and my Asian salad was very oily and completely under seasoned. Raw peanuts, no mandarin oranges and completely bland. I was so disappointed. Others at the table were underwhelmed with their food as well. They had the breakfast burrito, Benedict and walnut burger. If you can't adequately service, don't seat the table. This was a nice surprise. My girlfriend and I went out for brunch. Seated right away at the counter. I had the egg tacos, decent. She had the eggs Benedict, her verdict, decent. This place understood the assignment. Beverages were mad luxurious. I got the cold brew coffee with oat milk and the morning nectar juice (which we watched them press behind the counter) and they were both so fresh and crisp ya know? Okay, my first attempt at reviewing this place just disappeared from my screen so I'll shoulder on and do it again. The three of us had just got done being judges at a student math contest and we deserved something good to eat. We hadn't been to Field to Fork for a while; but we decided we deserved it, as it is a really good restaurant. We got there at 1230 hours and the place was jumping. We were facing a thirty minute wait. But a friendly and kind maître D told us we could sit at the three seats at the bar that were marked "reserved for staff". A cheerful wait person was on the spot. He answered all of our questions with a big smile. Alas, my favorite, the black bean burger is no longer on the menu; but our waiter, a self avowed meat and potato man suggested their new falafel burger was really good, so that's what I ordered. My wife ordered a quiche with tomato soup; and our friend ordered a healthy bowl. All of our food was outstanding. As we were sitting at the bar, we could watch the food preparation. The cooks worked like a well-oiled machine. I haven't eaten a burger since 1964; but they were putting out some very good looking burgers. In fact, everything that came out of the kitchen area looked really good. This restaurant has a lot of choices for vegetarians. There is a small grocery store in the adjoining space with wines and Italian style produce and food. If you are looking for a place where you can get a healthy and well prepared meal, it would behoove you to patronize this fine restaurant. What a nice breakfast! We sat outside and got an assortment of items. I landed on the omlette with homemade chorizo in it. It was delicious, with corn and scallions and it was HUGE. The crema on the side was delicious, although I passed on the hot sauce. The others got a rancher omlette with lots of meat, also huge, and chocolate chip pancakes. The pancakes were heavenly, tasted very much like cake and was loaded with chocolate chips. For both omelettes we substituted bread for a biscuit- that's a must! They had cold pressed coffee that was strong but not acidic, very tasty. The items are all field to fork, of course, which was very fun. The little store was cute and had some interesting stuff in it. We had a weird reception and service though, and I think it's because we walked in with masks. Pretty much no one was wearing them. But whatever. Also, there were a bullion wasps by our table the servers didn't really put in any effort to help out with. A little trap thing would have been nice. But the food was definitely five stars. read more

To be blatantly honest I was not overly impressed with my experience at Field to Fork. The restaurant itself is very cool! It has a welcoming ambiance and I felt very comfortable there. Our waiter was also very knowledgeable and friendly during my visit. Unfortunately this is where my highlights end. I read great things on Yelp about the brunch at Field to Fork so I went in with high hopes. From what I understand every ingredient used in the kitchen is locally sourced. This is awesome! I love it when restaurants use local ingredients. I can only speak from my experience, however, I feel that whoever made my meal didn't do justice to such high quality local ingredients. I had the French toast with a side of bacon. The French toast itself was soggy on the outside and tasted very much like plain bread on the inside. I was a little let down by this and assumed my bacon would make up for it. Unfortunately it didn't. When it arrived at my table it seemed that it was significantly overdone to the extent that most of the flavor had been cooked out of it. I asked and was told that the bacon is made crispy. I have very mixed feelings about my experience here. I really like the concept and it is such a nice space to enjoy a meal in. I can only assume that I came on an off day for brunch. I will have to come back and try something else to see if my experience improves. read more

The services was top notch, food was so delicious and fresh. We received our food fairly quickly and it really 'Wowed' us. The food was fresh, hot, the waiter was very nice and professional. First time in Wisconsin and was looking for something unique and delicious. Field to Fork was surely it. Came with my boyfriend at a weird lunchtime. Knew the place must be good because it was pretty busy, even at a non-peak time on a weekday. I came with my boyfriend and we were sat right by the juice bar. We got to salivate over all the delicious-looking desserts. Lots of people ordered the gelato (looked amazing, but I didn't have any) and pastries. Service was good, only complaint I have is that if you sit at the bar it is pretty loud and may be hot as you are directly in front of the stoves. The food did NOT disappoint. I had the Grilled Cheese, and had the ham removed as I am a vegetarian. It was one of the best I've ever had. The bread was not too grainy and had the perfect crunch. I ordered a soup too, the corn chowder, and there was plenty of corn and cream to go around! It also had a bit of a kick to it, but wasn't too too spicy for me (I can't take like any heat). Each entrée comes with two slices of melon and an orange slice too, which is nice. My boyfriend had the biscuits and gravy...which was only one biscuit covered in gravy (?) but he said it was the best he's ever had! If you live in the area, or if you are from out of town like me, try this spot for breakfast or lunch. Love coming here when I'm in Sheboygan. They have some of the best brunch food in my opinion. The inside of the restaurant is well decorated and their menu has a lot of good options on it, which is why they're always packed. Service has been slow every time I've been there but they do seem to have a lot of tables to wait. I've tried a few different items on the menu from oatmeal to hollandaise eggs to bakery items and they've all been great! read more
