When I arrived at her gravesite, I was saddened to find that her marker was dirty and covered with dirt and grass. I asked one of the Rose Hills employees for assistance. He told me that someone had already been called to help, but after waiting 15-20 minutes, no one came. Because I didn't feel that he was being truthful, I took a picture of the truck as it drove away. A short time later, Alejandro came over and kindly asked if we needed assistance. Ironically, he was in the same truck that had previously been there. Despite the extreme heat, Alejandro took the time to help us with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. While it was disappointing that the first employee was unwilling to assist us, I want to publicly recognize and thank Alejandro for his outstanding customer service. Employees like him make a lasting difference. Job well done, Alejandro! Lastly, Happy Heavenly Birthday to Destiny Williams, Kim Branch, and my beloved Aunt Renee Antwine on this July 27th. They lie about what is included in your funeral package and try to squeeze any other extra dollar out of you. On more than one occasion, they have damaged my mother's headstone with their gardening machinery. Around the inner edges of the cemetery, along the walls it looks like a dump site with running stinking water running through. They regularly do not adhere to their own decoration and flower pick up schedule. Several times they have removed all the decorations ahead of schedule, with no regard to how much money people spend on their decorations. The least they could do is put a notice online to let people know if they are picking up ahead of schedule. If you complain, they will direct you to their booklet that says they are a private business and reserve the right to do whatever they want. Make sure you get every single detail in writing. Their contracts are intentionally misleading.

I bet if we would've inquired about purchasing property their tune would've probably changed. So sad esp since this is a Catholic Cemetery. I have never had to plan a funeral before but boy was I glad to work with Mortuary Aid Co, specifically with Yuri. Yuri was so kind, patient, and accomodating. She answered all of my family's questions and responded very quickly whenever we needed her help. Apart from Yuri's help, I have to say her staff was friendly, punctual, and executed the funeral flawlessly. Lastly, I was incredibly pleased with the casket choices they offered. They were beautiful and affordable. Overall their services were affordably priced and I highly recommend them. During such a difficult time, Yuri and her team made our process easy. Thank you, Yuri!

Your office would not answer the phone when the other facility that we decided to use attempted to call for transport and when your office FINALLY did answer the phone they were put on hold and then hung up on. My husband and uncle returned only to find the doors of your office locked, then they waited there until someone opened the door and answered the phone to coordinate the transport of my mother. You should be ashamed for the vengeful hoops that you made our family jump through to obtain my mothers body. Not only did you give false information in your spiteful reply to my review, you also made the worst time for our family all the much harder.
