We've called multiple phone numbers listed for the funeral home. On one occasion, a man answered, but he was very unprofessional and seemed unwilling or unable to provide basic information. It felt like he didn't want to help, and getting answers was unnecessarily difficult. The funeral home may want to have someone better trained or more knowledgeable handling phone calls, as first impressions and communication are incredibly important during such a sensitive time. We've also left several voicemails and were told by other staff members that someone would call us back, but we never received a single return call. It's especially unfortunate because we wanted to use this funeral home since the cemetery is in Monrovia, making it a convenient option for our family. However, due to the lack of communication and poor customer service, we've decided to look elsewhere. I hope this feedback encourages improvements so that other families receive the support, professionalism, and timely communication they deserve during such a difficult time.

Over my 50+ years in ministry, I've personally interacted with dozens (100s?) of funeral professionals, and I've seen my share of bad ones, but NOT at Greene. Having worked in the industry during my early college years, it wouldn't take me 10 minutes to discover unprofessional or fraudulent practices.
