After trapping the raccoon, they also reset the trap and added a temporary barrier on the crawlspace to see if there were other raccoons - after several days without the barrier being disturbed they sealed up the crawlspace with better barriers, and on my request took away the trap. Overall a great experience - solid communications, clear pricing, and the folks doing the work showed up on time and were willing to explain things clearly. When I called them out on quitting, they said it was a language barrier. Really? The owner had no problem selling himself to me and setting up my program. I bought 8 rat traps for $40 and caught 4 rats the next day. I've caught a total of 7 rats and found where they were getting under my house. I filled the holes and the rats are gone, all for $50.
