I would rate zero if possible. My wife and I pulled up to the drive through and gave our order clearly and loudly. The drive through person took our order and gave us our food. When I got home, none of our orders were correct and we didn't get half of our food. Why wife drove back to the location to get the order corrected, and the same person gave her extreme amounts of attitude and refused to get a manager to help. She also refused to provide her first name. So then I also drove to the location, and the same person called the police on me for asking for a full refund and a complimentary serving of our entire correct order for the inconvenience of driving back to the location twice. To boot, there was a psychotic person ordering in front of me that then threatened to kill me while trying to communicate with the store person. There was also a homeless crackhead person loitering in front that was yelling crazy things at everyone for no apparent reason. I ended up just leaving and deciding to write this review and calling corporate next week to demand a refund and a formal apology. read more
