10/28/2022 pulled into parking lot at 512p was sat at a table and no one cane to take our order until 531p... I ask the young lady who sat us where eas our server and she said she was the only waitress and they were changing shifts Chloe finally came over and took our order we order or food and til at 552p we had bit gotten our drink and we ordered everything at one time... I had aye my happy hour catfish tacos and it was literally one nugget on the taco.. and hardly no cabbage... and then the people that sat after us got their drinks before us.. our drinks came at 555p..... I ordered more tacos at the time the drinks got to the table food got to table at 605p my bff got chicken tenders and fries. Tenders weren't seasoned or cooked all the way. I come here too often and tonight there are reserved seats at the bar. I have never literally I never seen this here. Also what I don't like is that since I come here at any given time or day the rules change. I sit at the bar often and I have never seen a reserved sign. For clarity, there are 3 open spots as I type this. To make it worse, the bartender didn't even see if he could offer a drink while we waited since the spots were "reserved" or anything. This place is slowly losing its place. It's doing too much. Then when asked, they said that you can reserve the bar on busy days. The perk of the bar is that it's first come first serve. Newer spot on the south side. Bottomless mimosas om Saturdays for $10 til noon can't beat it and only $20 after that. Everything was cooked perfectly, highly recommend the steak and eggs, or chops and eggs. Kei was our server she was on point. Attentive and kept the mimosas coming. While waiting on my table, I was sitting outside, drinking my morning coffee and instead of running the person in need away. This place is on a busy street parking is scarce. The server I had was very inattentive. This place is small. I was going to order the French toast but i noticed it was kinda burnt on everyone else's plate. And plates that were getting picked up it as still on there they didn't eat it. I ordered chicken and waffles. It was 1 start. The chicken had no flavor/ seasoning and the waffle was okay. Words exchanged inside turned intro a fight outside at that point it was check please. This place is very nice, the staff is great - we were fortunate to have Ariel as our server- she was awesome, engaging and took very good care of us. The food is delicious!! We had Catfish and grits and OMG....the presentation and taste were amazing. The manager came by to make sure all was well with us. I had bottomless mimosas and they were very tasty. A DJ arrived around 12:30 pm and the music was nice; not overwhelmingly loud and was very enjoyable. We arrived at 11am but around noon, there was a security guard on duty and he actually checked bags which did give us a sense of security. This place has the best food and customer service. We came for brunch and the food was fire! Not to mention unlimited mimosas for only $10! The manager and operations manager came to introduce themselves to make sure we were having a good time. The chef also stopped by just to make sure the food was cooked to perfection. Me and my friend visit Fin and Feathers Riverdale yesterday and boy we had a time last night! Our waitress Teyanna was AMAZING and friendly! We never wanted for anything she was on point the whole time and keep everything refilled!! Also, she was engaging in convo and made us feel so welcoming! Awful! had a reservation for my brothers birthday. it was 7 people the food came out over a period of 2 hours 1 plate at a time. they brought the wrong entree to our table 3 times. we wanted to leave and was told we couldn't cancel any food orders because management wasn't available to cancel food orders so we ended up waiting an additional 40 minute for them to bring "THE WRONG" food again.
