Thank you, Yelpers, for another great find! I needed to recommend a place to meet up with a friend driving down from SF, and she only wanted tea or coffee. I knew, however, I would need something to eat, so Fina's Cafe seemed like a good choice for both of us. Let me tell you, Fina's was a fantastic choice! JC -- the cheerful guy everyone is raving about, is actually the shop owner's son, and she is lucky to have him working there! I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich made with egg whites and chives on an English muffin, and both my friend and I had our teas. The shop is small, but cozy, with a couple comfy couches up front and a few tables inside and out. You won't regret stopping by. Just go! read more

I love that this cute little cafe is so close by. Ive gone in for breakfast a few times now and have been happy with my selections thus far especially the chorizo breakfast burrito. Yum! Fina's employee informed us that Fina makes the burritos herself so I was glad I wasnt getting some premade frozen food. The bo ordered a cafe mocha which he thought was a little strong. Some of her prices are a tad high. Bottle of orange juice was $2.50. But other than that I really enjoy coming here. Fina is very friendly and remembers us each time we come in. read more

If you blink you'll miss it. This place is a hidden gem! I'm from the East Bay but work here on this side, I needed to buy breakfast in a pinch early AM for 8 co-workers and this place saved me! Fina's is great, so much that even my co workers that live here we're blown away how they never heard of Fina's and most importantly never tried. I always order a bunch of croissant sandwiches which are ALWAYS on point! Don't even get me started on their breakfast burritos..DROOL! If you live on this side go show some support to this amazing place. Or if your looking for a good "hangover" cure without having to go out and show your face cause lets face it..no one wants to when you had a heavy night of boozing.. Went to Fina's for the first time yesterday. There was a new employee there. He was still getting used to the ropes, but was kind, helpful, and fun. First time at Fina's and happy to report that it was a very good experience. The server was very nice and the interior space they have set up is very comfortable. The coffee and espresso were excellent, the breakfast burritos were very fresh and tasty, and the pasteries were great as well. Thought I would try this little cafe again as it is very convenient at the less busy end of Laurel. I was definitely more impressed this time as the young girl behind the counter was very friendly and made my cappuccino perfect. The service was warm and inviting versus the robotic service at the national franchises. I will be back as the young girl seemed to make everyone smile as they got their coffee and something to eat. This cafe really has that neighborhood feel. Glad I decided to give this cafe another try! read more

I always like supporting local business over the big Starbucks/Peets. And I was so happy to find Fina's. It is a perfect place to sit and have a cappuccino while reading a book or doing some work. Fina and the others who work there are always so friendly and sweet. I have had several of the breakfast sandwiches and they are all delicious. I feel like I stopped at a friends house for a coffee. This place serves a latte like I want it: from a genuinely friendly barista, in a ceramic mug, hot and with a generous portion of frothy milk. Just OK. Stopped in for breakfast and coffee. The breakfast burrito was heated in microwave rather than made fresh which was kind of disappointing. Coffee was good.
