I had a very disappointing experience with Nevada Auto Center and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution. My boyfriend brought his work truck in for a diagnostic due to starting issues and other concerns. We were initially charged for the diagnostic, and then quoted approximately $1,900 for repairs. After leaving the vehicle with them, communication quickly became a major issue. Nearly a full week went by with no updates we had to call them ourselves just to find out what was going on. We were told they were waiting on a part from California and that it would arrive within a couple of days. However, several more days passed with no communication. Each time we followed up, we were given vague answers and repeated assurances that the truck would be "ready later that day or the next." This happened several times on separate occasions where we were told the truck would be ready, only for it not to be. In total, they had the truck for three weeks. This is not just an inconvenience this is our work truck, and the delay directly caused lost income. When the truck was finally picked up, on the very next day one of the original issue was still not resolved. It continued to have trouble starting one of the very issue it was brought in for. When we contacted them about this, instead of taking responsibility, and covering it under the repair warranty they claimed it was a separate problem and informed us it would be an additional charge of $400. Additionally, when we attempted to contact the owner directly to discuss and resolve this issue, our calls were ignored and not returned. This is unacceptable. The purpose of a diagnostic is to identify the issues with the vehicle. Charging nearly $2,000 and returning the truck with the same problem and then charging more for it shows either a lack of competence or a lack of integrity. Overall, the experience was marked by: Poor communication and lack of proactive updates Repeated missed timelines and false assurances Extended delays that caused financial loss Failure to properly diagnose and fix the original issue Additional charges for a problem that should have been addressed initially. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience warrants it. Based on our experience, I would not trust this shop with another vehicle, and I would not recommend it to others. read more

For the AC Groupon and immediately as I go in even over the phone, the lady at the front desk was very rude. I don't see how you can be so rude to your customers and nonchalant. Took my vehicle in 3 separate times. Every-time they said my car was ready it was a joke. I paid close to 3000 . I asked them to keep the drive it said take it on the freeway. Then my car was acting weird. They told me to get my own triple A because they did know how long it would be. So I was just supposed to sit in the hot sun. Absolutely no customer service. Then they want you to pay for your parts and service before they even start on your vehicle. I have never heard of paying before the service has been completed. May they need the money so that's why they do that. My car after 3 times came back again with the clanking sound and car just doesn't run properly. So unless you want to have a get your car fixed DO NOT GO HERE. Great shop on Jones and Badura. This place has my car purring like a cat. Don't trust no one with the safety of your vehicle for your family. I didn't even need everything they some me . First I pay 1787 tie rode etc. then 900 more for a axel. The car is 2 years old and I'm shock that it needed 2200 more of work. The really got to the problem and fixed it. It was still making the exact sounds I originally to it to Nevada Auto. Scam Artists, then they look at me crazy because I was unhappy. If I could save one person from getting screwed over then that's great. Customer service is poor at best. Was very happy with my trip here. I had recieved a inspection on warranty work at dealership and they stated my front brakes were due. So I brought it in here. They were very helpful and friendly. After the inspection they stated that they didn't see a issue and my brakes were good for some time. I guess the dealer wanted my money. I appreciate them being honest with me and letting me know. When my brakes are really needed I'll be back. They have great prices and value was great. They were super. Plus you can get your car detailed in the same place. How's that for one stop. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE . I left a review a month ago because I had an excellent experience when I got my oil changed, I came back to get an evap leak fixed in my car which is covered under my warranty and it has been NOTHING but a nightmare. Carlos is the BIGGEST liar! I dropped my car off to this place on Tuesday January 6th at about 4pm and was told by Carlos he would do the diagnostic testing on my car that evening which was NEVER done! I called to check the status of the submission of my warranty the next day on my lunch, at 12pm, the receptionist Carlws said she would have Carlos call me back. At my break at 130 pm I had not heard anything back so I called back and spoke to Carlos and he said he was JUST now starting to do the diagnostic testing on my car after having my car overnight and 5 and a half hours since the shop opened. On Thursday I found out my claim for my warranty was denied so I went back to the shop to pick up my car, when I got there Carlos was on the phone with my warranty and they advise him to resubmit my claim for my warranty and he ASSURED me he was submitting my warranty right then. I called the company my warranty was through later thuedsay evening and NOTHING had been resubmitted. I called carols again on my lunch Friday January 9th and he stated he was submitting the claim as we spoke. I called my warranty company around 245 Friday afternoon to see if they received a new claim and they had not. I called and spoke to Carlos AGAIN for him to tell me he was still working on resubmitting my claim. This company for my diagnostic testing fee but never submitted my claim for my car to be fixed. I have been babysitting my car and Carlos to do what he said he was going to do just for it to never be done! This place is a joke! If you neee anything other than a smog check or simple oil change, don't come here unless you want to constantly be lied to by Carlos! read more
