Great job! I accidentally chunked the back of my Tesla Model S trunk into the garage door as the trunk was opening, not realizing that there wasn't enough clearance, leaving a deep gouge in the paint. In addition, I also had an old scrape on the front edge of the frunk hood from a piece of metal that flew up on the highway. Glen took about an hour to fix it, and it looks flawless now! He was recommended to me by the local Tesla service guys themselves when I showed them the paint damage, since he has done a lot of work directly for Tesla, and it really shows. He seems to be the go-to guy in the area for really expensive car touchup as well, like Lamborghinis. Glen himself is very courteous and affable. I scraped the bumper and fender of my baby, my red Tesla model S and the Tesla-recommended auto body shop wanted close to $1400 to fix it. I would also have to leave the car with the body shop for two full days which was a big problem for me. Then someone told me about Glen and the awesome work he does. Glen actually does contract work for the Tesla factory in Fremont and is very familiar with Tesla paints and paint process. The red color is particularly difficult because it is a three stage process and not easy to get right. I sent Glen photographs of the damage and he was very responsive. He gave me an estimate over email that was a third of what the body shop charges and he also made time to come over and fix it on the morning of Memorial Day, which was a huge time-saver for me. Glen is a thorough professional. He very carefully and methodically covered and prepped the area and then spent a good 3.5 hours fixing the issue. Let me start by saying that Juan Guiterrez at Finish Line Collision is the most honest man I have ever come across!! If you have little idea about what needs to be fixed in a car and the extent of damage and need a genuine quote this is the place to go! I had a parking accident with a pole with some scratches on the driver's side and a broken handle. I went to multiple places through yelp and got quotes ranging from 200 to 1650 dollars!! Juan took a look and told me that it was not as bad as it looked... most of it was paint from the pole. Once he cleaned up the damaged area with a chemical and popped the handle piece back, the damage didn't look like it ever happened. There some very minor scratches in the bottom for which he put some touch up paint..... all this free of charge!! Can you believe it... he felt he didn't do much even though he spent some time on my car.
