Put in a delivery order at 17:13. Called at the expected delivery time 18:13 to check on the status. They said "any minute". At 19:00 called again to check. They said "almost their" and hung up on me. At 19:30 got a call from them saying "we're so sorry your food's late". They said they were super backed up and had some technical problems. If you place an online order call immediately after to check they received it because you won't get your food otherwise. read more

Food used to be great the first few times we ordered, but lately I'm not impressed. The delivery times are severely underestimated - I was quoted 60 minutes and waited an hour and 40. Our food was barely lukewarm. The calzone was mostly bread and scarcely stuffed with chewy chicken and mushy veggies. Our fisherman's platter was cold and everything in it was soggy. The cheese pizza was okay. We spent about $50 (including delivery and tip) for 3 people to eat and we were pretty disappointed. read more

I can't believe it's taken me over 2 years to review this place! Fiorentina's is, without a doubt, the best pizza place in the area - not just in Fall River - better pizza than Brick in New Bedford for sure. The food is delicious. Favorites include the Chicken Caesar Salad (the dressing is incredible - you have to try it to understand, it's not that cloying Caesar with the gritty quality - it's fresh and lemony and creamy - absolutely delightful - and the chicken at this place is delicious), Spinach Wrap, Cheese Lasagne, and every type of pizza we've tried. They are quick, friendly, and remember you after a few visits. This place has a great neighborhood feel but I'd recommend trying it even if you're outside the delivery area. Worth every penny. They also do catering sizes - I ordered a large pan of lasagne for a party one time and it was a huge hit. read more

Could not be any more rude. Would not recommend to anyone .Terrible service. Called back to cancel order and was told i could not get a refund. So it looks like they robed me for 30 dollars. Asked to speak to a manager and was told no. I asked to who i was speaking to they told me no. I really don't know how there in business with customer service like that. read more

I am so disappointed. We ordered almost 50 dollars worth of food tonight and I could have done better by going to the store, buying the stuff and making it. First off I ordered Veal Cacciatore which cost extra for the Veal it was about 3 oz of Veal, the marinara sauce was bland and the pasta I chose was cheese ravioli which tasted like it was simply frozen ravioli. I also got a side of chicken parm as I wanted to try it, it was so over cooked, it was black in color, and tasted burnt. My husband ordered a Meatball parm sub, not even full meat balls, they were half small meatballs, and same complaint about no flavor with the sauce. The French fries he ordered were bacon cheese fries, and had that fake processed cheese sauce on i, for 8 dollars it was a very small portion. This is the second time we have tried them, I like to give a couple chances before I review , first time was also a big disappointment. I would not recommend them for good Italian food. Oh and also looking at the website, if I had ordered online the price difference was about 7 dollars, so calling on the phone, cost me more!! read more

I have ordered 4 times from this place and I have given up. The first time was absolutely amazing, but the customer service is just horrid. The quality of the food is always on par but they will not own up to their mistakes. Tonight I ordered 2 large pizzas (both speciality) and they delivered me calzones. I called back and politely explained the situation and they refused to replace the food or offer compensation. They claimed " well that's not what is on the ticket" it is not my problem that they can't place an order correctly. Never once was calzone even mentioned. I even asked to bring the calzones back in exchange for that I wanted and they refused. The guy on the phone claimed the owner would call me back but obviously never did. This is the 3rd negative experience and I have given up on this location. Sad because the food is great! read more

Not that many great italian restaurants that deliver to swansea, but I suggest avoiding this place. Calzone blows, all dough no filling and steak and cheese is chewy steak and cheap bread. I am giving this place a 2 because the food I did try was good, however this was my first and last time ordering from here. I ordered a medium cheese pizza a grilled chicken Caesar salad garlic bread and bbq chicken wings they forgot to send my salad. When I called they said the driver will bring it when he comes back an hr later I call back and the guy said he completely forgot to tell the driver and he left with other orders already. I live maybe 6 minutes from the location and I requested for him not to charge my card period for the salad and he was very polite and said he will let his manager to know so they can go ahead and take it off the bill. The people are pleasant but I don't recommend ordering from here or will I repeat this mistake again. read more

Called for delivery today, quoted 45 minutes to an hour, no problem. Called after an hour & ten, said ours was on next delivery, called 40 minutes later said our food wasn't even made yet. TERRIBLE service, if you're slammed stop offering delivery. We would have picked it up instead of writing this bad review. They have very good pizza. And some really unique special toppings. We got the "scampi pie"which is basically shrimp scampi on a white sauce pizza. I liked it. We also got the gerildina as a calzone. It was very big. But the topping to bread ratio was off. Sooo much bread. Overall it was a cheap price for pizza superior to a chain. Having been a former regular, my family ordered chicken wings for takeout. Once we picked them up and got home, we received burnt buffalo wings that lacked buffalo sauce. I immediately contacted the restaurant to let them know and the man who answered the phone rudely told me that I ordered them well done. I then corrected him and told him that I have never ordered anything well done from them and I believe he got my order mistaken with someone else. He replied, "I'm sorry you don't like your wings, I just took your order, what the f*** you want me to do about them, then he hung up." WORST take out experience EVER!! Tried this place last night with a friend. Pretty much a take out place with a few tables. Still we ate in. Looking at the pizza options only- so many great "recipes"... I wanted to try them all. My friend chose the margarita pizza and although typically boring/common, this pizza was delish. I know all their other stuff has to be on point. We called in an order and was quoted an hr. We called back after an hr and they said the driver was in his way. Almost 40 minutes later he showed up. When we opened the bag we were missing an item. We called and was told it was left in drivers car he would be right back with it. 45 min later nothing. We called and asked to speak to the manager. We have ordered from here for over a year. All we seem to do is provide feedback for how to improve mediocre food. The meat sauce is as thick as concrete. We have stated it needs to be a bit more loose with a little more marinara in it multiple times. Tonight our struggle was getting staff to get our pizza order right. Our on the phone order taker could not care less about our satisfaction on the phone. They simply wanted to take the next call. Although I found the food to be overall good, the value for the price I paid and amount of time that I waited was not great. The online ordering was confusing and the customer service was average. After I ordered I waited more than an hour and a half to receive my order. The food was still hot, which was good, but the packaging was a bit messy. Their online delivery system failed early in the day but they did not disable it so they kept taking in orders on their website. 1.5hrs into the wait and we finally called to inquire and they tell us about the problem. I moved to this area about two years ago and I'm kicking myself for not coming here sooner. The crust on the pizza is the real deal. This is not the areas typical Greek style pizza. We ordered the caprese salad. The romaine was fresh and lightly tossed on olive oil. It was served with sliced tomatoes, basil, mozzarella and I think an Italian dressing. Oh! And a delicious roll that was similar to artisan bread. So very good. I didn't even end up using any of the salad dressing. Next up was the medium shrimp scampi pizza. Perfect size for two. The crust is melt in your mouth goodness. This was a great pizza. I can't wait to go back and try their steak mafioso sandwich and their north end sandwich. I think I've found my new favorite local pizza place. No more driving to New Bedford or Providence for me! :) read more

Was a regular & have always ordered online but last night after waiting 90 minutes for my delivery I called (which I've never done before) & was told they are very busy & if it wasn't there soon call back & I'll get a discount. After another 30 minutes food showed up ice cold so I called back to say it took 2 hours & food was cold & they also forgot my soda. The person who answered argued it was my fault due to how my address was printed out on the slip even thou I explained I logged in online & it says that every time they deliver & that i've seen that same driver 5x's a month for the last 5yrs he continued to argue it's my fault. Absolutely no loyalty!!! Will never order there again & will tell everyone who will listen not to order there also!!! I've never been treated with such disrespect!!! Their pizza is great, they could sell it in any major city. I order online, never had a delivery problem and I am a frequent flyer. Horrible. We've tried twice, won't go for a third strike. The first time, I ordered pizza for delivery-it was cold and the sauce is very acidic. The second time, we ordered a chourico plate which was over cooked and tough and a fisherman platter which everything was thickly covered with Italian bread crumbs and the scallops tasted like mushy skate meat.
