Stopped in at this cute little place on our way home. Great food and friendly quick service.

Focaccia Tower for the win!! Pesto is so fresh..

Wanted a nice quiet spot to have a drink and an app.. everyone is so friendly and the food is great!

Our first time there and it was great. We enjoyed a glass of wine and and then had the Margherita Pizza with meatballs. The crust was the perfect balance with the toppings-fresh mozzarella, parmigiana and fresh basil.

Sausage Pizza--the hot sausage was good and not overly spicy for my wimpy crew.

Its a good pie and service is okay... I like my pie well done and piping hot, but they cannot hit the mark.

Pizza was so mid. Nothing special. Papa John's would of been better. The ranch was good but yet you have to pay 1$. Would not to again.

I go there on Friday and the soup is the best. No kosher food except plain pizza but the soup is the best on Friday

Took me awhile to find out about Frankie's Chicago beef. Soo glad I did!…read more It's a small place in city walk. Three or four tables and some bar seating. Order at the counter as you watch the cook prepare food. The menu is Chicago beef sandwich's , Chicago dogs, polish sausages with pizza and pizza puffs. Fries and tots are available too The cold drinks are in reach in coolers. Adult beverages are available I have had the beef sandwich and Chicago dog and fries. All were excellent! I chose hot gardenearia on my Chicago beef which was super extreme hot for me. Be careful w that. I also got the sando half dipped. It was juicy and delicious. The dog and fries were fire too. Big Vienna hotdog on poppy seed bun. They run it through the garden! Tomatoes green relish sport peppers and more real deal. The are wonderful served pipping hot and crispy they are are slightly thicker shoe string fries. My partner had a gyro which was excellent as well. I'll be back for tavern pizza and polish sausage soon and will update my review. All and all you can't go wrong at Frankie's Chicago beef

I don't care for their pizza but the Italian beef is a must try! Mozz sticks is good too! Service is fine. Ran like a true small mom and pop spot. Very refreshing on a hot day. My son got a sprite. I enjoyed the crab cake sandwich, but my favorite were the sweet potato fries with this honey chipotle dipping sauce. Yummmmmmmm. I would come back for those alone! Hubs enjoyed blackened grouper sandwich with pasta salad. Son enjoyed burger but said it was overcooked. No biggie. Ask for Izzy. Get the sweet potato fries and the blueberry marg.

Looking for a fresh seafood restaurant with wild-caught shrimp and raw oysters near the beach?…read more Surprisingly, not this place. The name 'Turtle Shack' does not carry any significance. We did have clam chowder minus the clams and bits of potato normally found in most every clam chowder. It was essentially a milky broth. The fish sandwich was good. Our choice of Mahi was a nice-sized portion-control piece that had no doubt been purchased and delivered frozen, but to be fair was cooked to our liking. And it came with a large serving of crisp tasty fresh fries. The french dip sandwich was also pretty good. Plenty of shaved meat and a nice pineapple slaw side was more than enough to satisfy us. No complaints unless you thought clam chowder actually oughta have clam and potato in it, or if you were planning to enjoy fresh FL seafood at the 'Turtle Shack'. Instead, enjoy the burgers and the wings and the portion-control fish sandwich and the french dip and ignore the mis-leading name out front.
