This cleaners is probably the best cleaners I've ever gone to. Mr. Lee was a professional, and also took time to carry my item out to the car and assist with my door. I have to say more than my husband does today. That was not the main thing that impressed me. I had called around to several places that day to have an emergency press for my husband's suit and he was the only one that could get it in and out that day. Not only was it out that day but it was out within a couple of hours. Even though this cleaners is out of my way and when I say out of my way really out of my way. I will definitely continue to drop off my weekly dry cleaning to him from here on out. Professionalism and friendly customer service is short when it comes to dry cleaners today. I have been to several. And most of them have been extremely rude when you point out an issue with cleaning or questioning their job done. Even loss of items. And you have no standings in court. I hail from Pasadena California, and yes, I drive roughly 77 miles to get my dry cleaning done! Are there several dry cleaning places in Pasadena? Yes, but you don't get the smile, the; "How are you today Mr. Angelo" and have your clothes walked to your car by Mr. Lee and placed in your car, then he opens your car door for you as you get in! Are you kidding me? Yeah, I'd drive a hundred miles to have my dry cleaning done by Mr. Lee anytime! He's awesome, and whenever I try to compensate his outstanding service, he refuses, he only replies; "I'm the boss!" Does not deserve one star. Not an ethical place. I took my daughter's $ 3000.00 wedding dress in to be cleaned & boxed up. Mr Lee said he's the one that takes care of the dresses & said no problem to do. When I went to pick I asked if they had put safety pins in satin waistband , he asked another guy & said no , we don't lie. I asked him to open & yes there was & the other employee admitted. Then he was packing it up & laid the top(2pieces)on the filthy carpet. I had to ask him to blow it off with air. The whole time Mr Lee was giving attitude like really. I told him I was not happy with the whole process & lying. He gave me $10.00 off of $170.00. I did not holes in waist band , cause we might lend it or sell it. If this is how they run a business. I took my wedding dress here 10 yrs after an outdoor wedding. The dress was filthy (dirt, mildew and wine). i was not sure it could be saved but they did a great job getting it clean. Great job, great service. They even carried my clothes to the car. read more

Two words sum up this dry cleaner, "Customer Service." So many different types of establishments today take their customers for granted. Mr. Lee never does that. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. The first time I came to pick up my dry cleaning I did not realize he did not accept credit cards. I told him I would go get some cash and be back. He immediately told me not to bother; he would add it to my next order. He always welcomes me by my name and a kind hello. The fact he takes my cleaning to my car and hangs it up is something money cannot buy. The fact that I am fully capable of taking my own drying cleaning to my car does not matter to Mr. Lee. I go out of my way to come to this dry cleaners. The men that work here are so sweet. They remember my husband and I, they always walk us out to our car and carry our dry cleaning. I started going to Fire Mountain Cleaners after a bad expereince with another cleaning service in Oceanside. I don't know why I haven't always gone here! I will even go here over the cleaner on base. They are very friendly and will always have my cleaning done on time. I had my husbands white pants altered for his Marine uniform at a different cleaners and they were returned filthy and stained. They've been here forever. My mom came here when I was little. About thirty years ago. I've taken stuff a few times when I go to Traders next door. They are nice and help you to the car with your stuff. The only downside is they are expensive as ever. I took a few jackets of my girls and picked them up in a couple days. He is there early in the morning, late at night, I've even seen him there on Sundays (they weren't open but he was working). Yes, he always carries your cleaning to your car for you, and yes, when I forgot my checkbook, he said, "never mind, next time!" We moved farther from him over a year ago and I still take my things to him. They never small of "perc" the nasty dry cleaning fluid that sometimes pervades your clothes, when they come back to me.
