First time here and the wait for wings was super long. Granted they were busy but wow. 40 minutes! Flavors were ok. Curry and Jerk were the best of the 5 chosen. Dragon was my least favorite. Peanut butter was ok. Garlic Parmesan is the good ok stand by. If you order just the wings by count, that is all you get. No dip sauce, no celery or carrot sticks. The wings are big and meaty. Water freely provided but they give you a super sized shot glass to fill up from a self serve pitcher. Bottom line, it's new and has a gimmick, but it's not the "blow your mind" kind of place. This is based on just the food. We ordered online. We ended up getting the Jamaican rub, dragon, and peking wings when ordering the family pack. Came with veggie sticks and fries. So for starters, we ended up picking out the flavors we don't normally see at BWW & wingstop. The dragon was the first one I tried and it was too sweet for me. I kept dipping it into the ranch just to have some sort of tang. I think if I ordered this one, I'd order something along the saltier side like the salt and pepper with any of the sweeter wings sound good to me. The Jamaican rub at first wasn't that appealing but the more I ate, the more I actually liked it. It was more so along the sweeter side as well so here and there I'd catch myself dipping it in the ranch too. And last but not least the Peking wings. I actually didn't know what to expect because my boyfriend picked it and I had hyped myself up for Peking Duck styled wings but unfortunately it was similar to the barbecue pork ribs you'd find at Panda Express. According to my man, it's a better version of the orange chicken. With the sides we had the veggie sticks which were great, can't go wrong with them. And then we got fries, which in my opinion tasted like Jack in the box curly fries so I didn't care for them. I wish the dipping sauces had been as big as wingstops though. Honestly, the wings weren't bad but they weren't great either. We're definitely going to stick around and explore the menu. The flavors go more on the Asian side which is good if you like the different oriental flavors. This place has been open for two weeks now and still learning how to manage the time of their orders. It took 50 min for my parties food to arrive at the table. The line was extremely long hitting the entrance of the door. I ordered the family pack 20 wing meal with (korean kick, buffalo stampede, and lemon pepper). All flavors 10/10. I especially liked the korean kick because it was fried differently with potato flour!! (Secret to korean fried chicken) &the garlic noodles are 7/10 I'd still repurchase these noodles because the flavors were there. People complain about the dryness but it's only from the Parmesan. The fries are GREAT too! The sauces are good too. Not your basic sauce. Overall, despite the long wait I thought the wings are good. The service was good, only because if they made a mistake they'd apologize with sincerity since this place is so new. The manager helped a lot with incorrect orders which was awesome! This is our second and last visit. We walk in and there is no line and almost all the tables are open - so the place is not busy. I take the kids and we grab a table. My husband orders the food and we get our drinks right away. However, we didn't get our food for over an hour despite checking in with them twice. The first time we asked we were told that the food was almost done. The second time we asked, we were told that there was a new girl and she must have mixed something up. We watched as both several to go and done orders were taken and served - while we still had nothing but our drinks. My husband then tried to get a refund so we could just leave as one child had fallen asleep at the table and the other was close behind. He was told that there were no managers present and no one could help us. So they gave us a complimentary pitcher of beer. Then our food came and it was cold. After an hour wait and being told that our food was almost done, our food was COLD? That was it for me. Another table also had an issue with getting served cold food (one example of someone placing an order after us and being served first). No one gave an apology or simply came outright to say "sorry, we overlooked your order and are working on getting it out ASAP" I'm upset we had to wait so long, that no one acknowledged the wait, that our food came out cold, that we couldn't get a refund, and that no one even tried to apologize for the poor experience we had. read more

My server was taking my order all good while also flirting with my boyfriend, it was all fine and i didn't really mind. in the middle of taking my boyfriends order, this other girl that works there asked my server what music should they play and my server which her name is aliyah completely LEFT us mid ordering and stayed with the other girl for 5 minutes just talking about what music they should play, we tried getting her attention but she did pay us any mind until a few minute later. Best wings in the area. I get Cali and Louisiana every time and they always come out crispy and delicious. But... A few things need to be addressed. I'm not calling for a boycott or for people to be fired because I understand that everyone hAs a bad day from time to time. I would however like for a few things to be brought to light that could help this establishment in the future. 1.) Quality of product. A few times now I've received cold fries with my combo order. The staff promptly returns them to the kitchen and in exchange for fresh fries. But it's kind of a bummer that the entire exchange has to happen. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry that just shows a lack of attention to detail by the kitchen staff. 2.) Customer service. I get everyone has a bad day but a young kid by the name of George (I think that was his name) was working the cash register when I came in one night. I asked if they had the .70¢ deal going on and didn't respond. He just looked at the wall behind me where the sign advertised the deal. Okay well then I'll take ten cali. "Oh we actually don't have anymore boneless." Okay I'll get them bone in. You would have thought that I asked him to run a marathon. 3.) Professionalism. You're a wing place. You had to have know Super Bowl Sunday was going to be crazy. There was zero communication between employees. They had tickets everywhere with no organization. They skipped over orders left and right. An example of this was if someone order 10 dragon wings as part of a 60 wing order wit other flavors. But when then 10 dragon wings came up they gave it to someone who had just ordered only 10 dragon wings. This messed up the kitchen and bumped orders around. We were order 191 but they were serving up order 249 at one point before we got ours. Thank god for Richard. He was an all star and that place would have burned down if it wasn't for him. Wing Stop was never all that to me honestly, it just satisfied me for a short period. I've never been to Buffalo Wild Wings either. From all the feed back I received- it's also not all that. But for me it's not all about the wings, it's also about the: dipping sauces, fries, and also the drinks. One thing I love about Fire Wings is that they have trial peaks. If an item is limited offered and sells great, they'll eventually add it to the menu within a certain timespan for a season or more. At Wing-stop they did it for the Louisiana rub, and at Fire Wings, they did it for the Fusion flavor. I like Fire Wings our of Wing-stop more because not only are the wings better in taste, but also the selection of fries and also drinks. I have a bigger selection to choose from, and it taste better. I'd suggest trying the Thai Chili with the plane fries with a pink lemonade. read more

Decided to eat here for lunch with a coworker. Place was clean and set up like a sports bar inside. I give it 2 stars for the service, food and lack of drink options. First when we were ordering, they told us their soda machine was down and weren't offering any combo meals. Then after ordering and paying, while waiting for our food, we were told their beer tap was down as well, and we could go to the register for a refund. The staff wasn't that friendly when they delivered the food, or when I asked for additional condiments, ignored my first request even though she looked at me directly in the eye and acknowledged me. So when I asked a second time, I received attitude. Lastly, the amount of oil sitting at the bottom of our wing platters and in the garlic fries was gross. Ermahgerd, this page is awesome. I've tried the Korean Kick (slow heat, might be too sweet for some, but I love sweet wings), Mango Habanero (more up front heat than the Korean Kick, that continues to build), Saigon Street (could have been a little spicier, but great flavor), and original Buffalo (what you'd expect, medium to low heat). The garlic fries are a bit too oily, though, so I won't get those again. The Fairfield location also has a bar area with beer on tap and televisions set up to watch games. When this place first opened I was excited to try them out. I had to retire their competition due to the sloppiness of the sub par food. I have been eating at Fire Wings for several months from time to time but after today I will have to retire them as I did with their competition. The last few times I notice the chicken was drenched in their butter seasoning but today took the cake! This chicken had to be drained when I got home. Thank God I had some Hi-Lipase and Liver cleanse to help my poor digestive system. This place has gone down hill as the food is OVER KILL with how much butter they use! We got a 20 piece with 3 different flavors (they threw in an extra wing to give us an even amount of all flavors ). I loved all the flavors but the Korean were soooo good. Everything was hot and fresh and they didn't skimp on the sauce. It was cool their menu had more than just wings as well. I also noticed they had a bar area which makes it a cool hang out spot.
