I mostly buy poke in this place. The food is fine but portion size is not consistent. Service definitely could be better. When I buy food to go in any place except for supermarkets servers always put utensils and napkins in a bag. However servers here sometimes don't bother to put those in a to go bag. I'm finally writing a review for Firewings after going so many times lol. Seriously the best wings in town and probably best I've ever had. You can't go wrong with any of the flavors!! I love basic flavors and sometimes I don't feel like getting my hands dirty so I will order plain wings ( you can also get plain breaded but I prefer no breading ) then I'll ask for buffalo sauce on the side. My other favorites are the peanut butter, thai chili and garlic Parmesan. It just really depends on what you like. I love how the wings are so crunchy and delicious. It holds its flavors very well. I know that in the beginning they only served beer and wine and was in the middle of getting their liquor license so not sure if they have gotten that. I done like poke and this location carries it. I also love that they carry pineapple dole whip ice cream. I don't have to go to Hawaii or Disney to get it anymore lol. They also have an upstairs area with tables as well. She was extremely on top of things, even checking up on us twice throughout our dine in. For people who don't drink soda, they have free water by the soda machine. Ordered the 20 piece family pack, which was at a very reasonable price compared to the other wing places. Dragon flavor was bold with soy sauce and green scallions on it, garlic parmesan had too much parmesan(lol) and not enough garlic, and peanut butter was surprisely delicious. Even though each flavor took a little getting used to, they were delicious. The family packs come with a side of seasoned fries, veggie dips and soda. This is my new wing place, y'all. They always mess up my simple orders. Rude service and long wait times. The last time I went there they messed up on my order for the last time and they offered to re-cook it but by the time they brought it back to me all of my other food was going home cold! I was in awe with their extensive menu because there are a variety of wing flavors to pick from: spice level, rubs, etc. The venue itself has a decently modern vibe to it and the bathroom appliances are updated. We got the family pack for 4, which included fries, a side dish and veggie sticks. For our side dish we chose the mac & cheese, which I would NOT recommend -- it was watered down and tasted more like filtered water than the cheese itself. Half garlic Parmesan and half lemon pepper with a medium drink. I got the garlic fries (paid $1 more) instead of the regular fries. And I am very disappointed with the quality of the food. My fries were hard. I ate that in the car on my way home. The garlic Parmesan didn't taste the way I'm use to. The lemon pepper was actually better than the other location. The garlic noodles was the biggest disappointment. No flavor. Two of my friends that tried it wasn't impressed either. I'm embarrassed for raving about this place. I'll give it some more time and I'll try it again in a couple of months. read more

Wow! What a great variety of rubs and sauces for these tasty wings. There is plenty of of meat on each wing and everything was so fresh! The wings had an overall good flavor. I got peanut butter, original buffalo and garlic Parmesan. The only issue I had was that the chicken bones itself were so brittle. Overall: 3.5 I came here with a group of 9 people. It can be hard to find seating for a group this large. A majority of the tables on the first floor could probably seat 4 to 5 people tops. Because 6 of us wanted boneless wings we went with the 60 pack family order. With this order you get 2 large sides, a Large fries and 6 flavors. The flavors we ordered were Peanut Butter, Teriyaki, Mango Habinero, Original BBQ, Garlic Parmesian and Fire Wing. The flavors were pretty good, I wouldn't say great. The Garlic Parmesian and Original BBQ were probably my favorite. The two sides that they provided us were mac and cheese and garlic noodles. The water station was on the first floor which made it inconvenient to keep going up and down the stairs to refill my water cup every time. Overall it was a pretty chill place. I love Fire Wings, and this particular location is my favorite Fire Wings restaurant in the Sacramento area. Their food is consistently good - the wings are evenly coated with a generous level of sauce/seasoning. With the pandemic, they've recently started doing their business "at the door" so that customers are not inside the restaurant. This location is fortunate to have two entries with a large outdoor area. One door is where you can order and the other door is for online/food delivery pick ups. The service was good and attentive. I was there around 3pm on a Saturday and there was a steady stream of people buy not super busy. I tried 2 of the Asian genre sauces and they were pretty decent but too similar in taste. I saw several people order the "bonelss wings" (chicken strip pieces) while I was there but I ordered real wings to start because lets be honest, that is the real litmus test of a wing place.
