I am just a delivery guy for doordash. Everytime we pick up delivery, we have to confirm it in front of them. Today, at irvine heritage plaza 11/20 2022around 7:15, I pick up an order. This location has a bad track record of handling busy times and customer service. This is the second time I've have a bad experience with online orders at this place. I was so bummed that Buffalo Wild Wings wasn't delivering wings. It was just a craving I had today and I didn't want a substitute. I guess I'm just a creature of habit. I decided to give Fire Wings a shot because I thought I'd go ahead and try something new and only get slightly disappointed. I was wrong. This blew those chains out of the water. I understand it's a smaller franchise but holy crap those sauces and spices are so carefully curated. The crisp on the wings without triggering allergies was incredible. I got so sick from eating here. It is now day 2 of food poisoning from Fire Wings. I ate the zucchini sticks and original chicken sandwich. I only had 3 bits of the sandwich because the taste of the sandwich was so bad. A few hours later I was in the bathroom expelling from both ends. Severe abdominal cramping. I came in on Sunday 4/24 around 4:20 or 30 and the customer service from the cashier was awful. She had black braided hair, short, and I assume she was some Asian decent. I had ordered 20 piece wings with two ranches and a Mac n cheese. Wings were good but Mac n cheese was cold, no hello welcome but instead I was asked twice "are you ready" after I just told her we weren't ready, didn't give us forks/spoon or napkins, forgot the 2 ranches. I even gave them a tip that I regret giving. She gives us the food, I nicely say thank you and she just stares at us then walks away. I love how the chicken is hot and fresh but not so hot that you can't eat it immediately. The flavors of the rubs are always just perfect not to salty or overpowering. Much better than BWW. Food is always ready before time no matter the rush. Even though they were packed the associate handing me my food let me know to order from their website seeing that I placed my order through a third party so I don't get charged extra. First the atmosphere of the place is amazing like a sports bar and has an open wall/door which I thought was aesthetically pleasing. The wings were great with a tons of flavor options. I gave the peanut butter and thai chili ones a try and really liked it. One downside was I do think they could get higher quality fries other than the crinkle cuts ones they currently use. read more

Been to this place multiple times and food quality has been okay, wings don't typically come out super warm, but flavors are good. Chicken quality isn't the best. However, came here at 4:30pm yesterday and had the Nashville hot and chillie cheese fries, I was starving since I hadn't eaten all day, so I went extra. When I got home I didn't really have an appetite and went to bed, woke up at 2am and spent all night in the bathroom til about 6am and sadly had to miss work. I've been in bed all day and feeling very week as all I've eaten in the past 36 hours was the meal from them. Staff is great, service is great, atmosphere is great and although I personally won't be back due to what I've had to go through, I'm not going to knock them for anything other than the quality of their chicken. 5 star on everything else but I'd give a negative 5 or the chicken quality if I could, $20 meal is never worth the pain I've been through the last day and a half. read more

I spent more than half my life in Ohio, where Buffalo Wild Wings was founded. It used to be amazing, but now they have good sauces, but trash wings. Wingstop has good wings but not a great variety of sauces. Fire Wings is the best of both worlds. We have eaten there twice in the past week, and both times they were on point. Including nailing the special requests on the orders (BWW gets them wrong or ignores them almost every time). I also like that I can get garlic noodles with my wings. If you are wanting good flavors and nice crispy wings, ignore BWW and Wingstop, Fire Wings is the place to go. read more

They handed out coupons at Ralph's for a promotion but when I brought in my coupon which was a couple of days off from the promotion date, the manager Megan refused to honor it.
