Vibe is fast casual bright, and clean the breakfast menus options are awesome, breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and build your own bennys. I went for breakfast so I onky reviewed that aspect. They were super helpful answers all my questions, I'm a little avoidant of soft scrambled eggs nervous about it being runny, im not a fan of that. They explained it's not which i can confirm. I ordered the apple wood bacon breakfast burrito with green salsa the burrito is flavorful.

Been wanting to try this place out since it opened! Everything on their menu sounded really good but I ended up going with a pastrami breakfast burrito, scramble me softly, ribeye steak & egg and a lemon drop. The lemon drop is limited time only, it was lemonade with some creamer and it was so refreshing! The pastrami breakfast burrito was my favorite, it was really filling, the pastrami was flavorful and the potatoes were small and crunchy with a soft egg, fire. The scramble me softly melted in my mouth. Super soft bread and eggs and flavorful , loved it. The ribeye steak and egg I felt lacked a bit of flavor but it wasnt bad. Also loved the green salsa! It was really good. Overall 10/10, good food, service was friendly, lots of seating inside and super clean. Definitely recommend this spot out!

Went here today and placed and order at 9:45 am we did not get our order till 10:35 they said wait was about 15 minutes but we waited 50 for two sandwiches and a kids meal, we asked staff twice on our order and they kept saying we were waiting on one sandwich, genuinely decent food just wish there was appropriate staffing to supply the demand.

This is their new location 2 miles from my house. Location is next to Starbucks and flamebroiler if you have others in your group that want something different. My daughter go the egg sausage sandwich, I got the country fried chicken, and my wife got the build your own. Everything was amazing, from order to pickup, presentation was as if you took it from an advertisement, food was great. I will say this was the best tasting fried chicken sandwich I have ever had. I am always searching for the best country fried steak, it would be awesome if they decided to make one. Place was clean and workers looked ready to help. Will be returning!

    Pastrami Benny

Was really excited when I saw a new concept , but sadly it did not live up to my anticipation. It's basically a QSR . The patio seating is lacking, no umbrellas so come when the sun is not out. We got a Benny and the biscuits and gravy . We had to have our benny remade because it was cold. The pastrami was tasty and good quality , their ingredients are fresh and tasty. They gave us a sample of their potatoes again tasty but cold. Really was hoping this would be our new breakfast go to but , not the case. The staff were not particularly friendly or inviting. Since they are a new place and not doing much business on a Saturday morning they should have polished their attitude .

    Chili Con Carne Burrito

Great food and great customer service. Franco was very friendly, he recommended the Chili Con Carne burrito and it was hands down one of the best breakfast burritos I have ever had. Very clean restaurant and nice ambiance.

Cute spot for breakfast. To go or to dine in. The service was good. Sweet cashier. I think their food order buzzer dont work but they'll call you for your order is ready. The food was delicious. 10/10 would order the build a Benny again with the applewood bacon as protein.

    Sausage breakfast burrito

I have been waiting a long time for this location to open so I could try Eggbred for the first time. My wife and I split the scramble me softly and the sausage breakfast burrito. Both were excellent. The sandwich had very flavorful caramelized onions which paired perfectly with the smoked paprika spread. The burrito was a flavor bomb. The green salsa is amazing with the burrito. Definitely worth the wait!

The first thing I noticed was the line. It looked pretty long, but the staff moved through customers incredibly fast. That's usually a good sign that a place is worth the wait, and it definitely was. Don't let the line discourage you--it goes by quickly. The sandwiches are generously loaded with fillings, and the bread is made fresh in-house. I even saw several people leaving with loaves of bread, which says a lot about the quality. I ordered the grilled pork bánh mì, and it was excellent. The vegetables were fresh, the pork was flavorful, and everything came together perfectly. You can also watch the staff prepare the sandwiches through a large glass window, which adds to the experience and lets you see the care that goes into each order. It's easy to see why this has become a local favorite. I also ordered a Vietnamese coffee, and it was fantastic. It was rich, bold, and exactly what I was hoping for. If you're looking for an authentic bánh mì and a great Vietnamese coffee, THH Sandwiches is absolutely worth the visit. I'll definitely be back.

I wish I could give a separate rating just for the banh cuon. Cause that was delicious and exceeded expectations. Fish sauce was made really well. I also bought a cha lua and that was also pretty good. Service was kind of slow, but I went in the morning. There was only 1 guy taking orders and 4-5 people in front of me, equal amount behind, yet they never brought a 2nd person to take orders by the time I got my food and left. I settled on a 3 star review because I imagine most people are coming for the banh mi and not the banh cuon.

The old adage "You can't judge a book by its cover," is true here. This place looks forgotten, ignored, unassuming, but produces the finest bakery items in Orange County. You enter and have to immediately get into a line. Inside, it is like a aged cafeteria of your childhood. You have to wait for a young lady who can't even look over the top of the counter because there is so much stuff piled high. She stands on tip toes to see you and you have to shout at her and point what you want. The problem is when she sees you, you are near the cash register, so you must say excuse me and walk in front of a line of people to point and shout out what you want. It is so poorly designed and complicated to order. We all endure because like the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld, the product is worth it. They sell the world's best Olive bread, scones, and strawberry crossants. If you survive the line, you make it to the cash register, pay, get a bag and leave. There is no where to sit. There is no internet. They shuffle you through and on to the next one. The pastry items are incredible and worth the trouble.

Food: My favorite bread is the olive bread It tastes fresh and incredibly delicious. It had a lot of olives on it, which I liked. However, the onigiri was just okay. It was almost all rice and had very little mentaiko in it. Service: The service here is good. Ambiance: The decor outside is a bit outdated.

There's also a deli that makes sandwiches, and the staff member helping me was so friendly and patient. I didn't know what to choose, so they recommended their most popular item: the Great Grandpa Joe sandwich. I ordered the large to share, and let me tell you... it was the best sandwich I've ever had. Delicious, generous, and absolutely worth recommending. One thing to note: there's plenty of parking, but my phone directions took me to the back of the store instead of the front -- a little odd, but easy to fix once you know. The wait was made a little better because the staff came around with free deli meat samples for everyone waiting in line, which was a nice touch.
