We went on Friday night and had a 20 pack, it came with 3 flavors, 2 dips, fries and veggies and it was really really good! We checked in with yelp and got a free order of the garlic noodles also! I know I thought the same thing.... a wing joint with noodles.... these noodles are a must try!! We had the mango habanero which was good but I thought they could use a little more heat, we had the garlic parm and they were good but the ones that really stood out were the peanut butter fusion!! These are also a must try!! The staff was super friendly and actually went the extra mile and came to our table to talk to us about how we liked everything! We will definitely be returning here! I wrote a review about this place several months ago and have yet to return. I was surprised at the fact that no one from this establishment made any attempt to offer an apology or try to rectify the problems that we had with especially the food. I have noticed that they only seem to respond to people that give them a good review. They don't seem to care about unhappy customers which in my opinion is a crying shame. Unfortunately this review is based on my visit today and the horrible customer service I received from the "shift leader" Chandler. I live in Stockton and attempted to call ahead to place my order for pick up. Someone answered the telephone and hung up twice. On my third attempt Chandler answered the call, and once I advised I wanted to place an order for pick up- he placed me on hold for 18 minutes!!!! I literally drove from North Stockton to the restaurant waited for the young lady to help two customers and I was still holding. It wasn't busy... they weren't slammed... and as Chandler advised, "He forgot!" There was no apologies offered, no customer service improvement, simply "do you want to order!" He had such a horrible attitude I almost wonder if he didn't slight me further because I'm African American! Because it was a horrible experience, I told him I would Yelp him because he was so bad with me as a customer and he simply hunched his shoulders as if he didn't care... Not spicy in the slightest and nothing compared to Wingstop's. Good but, Wingstop is superior. Then we get to the garlic Parmesan... the flavor was rather bland and texture of the chicken wasn't the same as the Louisiana rub. Not tender, just off. Upon further inspection (after myself and a friend ate two- naturally), it appears it wasn't thoroughly cooked. Awesome. Wanted to like it but I think I'll stick to Wingstop or even BWW going forward. 2 stars for the associates when I went to pick up today- they were lovely! Ever since I've discovered Fire Wings two years ago, I have made it my mission to bring everyone that I know to it. This has quickly become my favorite place to take my friends. But I'm so disappointed with what happened on Tuesday 4/16. I normally get the boneless wings. My friend, who was there for the first time, ordered the chicken strips. She bit into one and you could see that it was COMPLETELY RAW in the middle. It looked like chicken that you pick up at the grocery store. They did compensate us with garlic noodles and mac n cheese, but it's ridiculous that that was even sent out. It was also ridiculous that they insinuated that the food was undercooked because of a brand new chef. If you had a new chef, then you should have monitored what they were doing. With our appetites ruined, we packed up our food and went home. In the middle of the night, my friend and I realized that we had food poisoning, even though our chicken seemed to be fully cooked. We ended up throwing it all away just to be safe. Though I love the flavors, I think I'll be avoiding this location for a really long time. read more

Not fresh at all ! Same for the chicken cold ! Now like I said I stay 5 miles or less from the restaurant so there is no way the food got cold this fast , the food wasn't fresh at all and I refused to eat it . My wife also tried it because she was the one who insisted that I go there and said it was no where near the quality of what she had Eatin in Sacramento. Maybe I went to late and the workers were just ready to go , but I'm definitely pissed because one of the worst feelings is being hungry and buying food and still being hungry. I even went as far as to call in and explain the specifics of the order to a woman who answered whom also, was very unprofessional when she answered it. I specifically asked for my food to be cooked well done/extra crispy as to not have any issues with undercooked poultry and, well, guess what? The majority of my boneless wings are undercooked and gamy, the chicken sandwiches were both very greasy and not cooked all the way through and, the sandwiches had absolutely nothing on them. Prices were great, but that probably because we got lucky and showed up on one of the days where they were having a sale on boneless chicken. As far is their food goes, great. Being in store, not so much. The food was really great. Alot of flavors to choose from and not one of the ones we chose we disliked. The customer service was fine, they actually gave us extra pieces of chicken because they screwed up on our order. It was the actual store that I had a couple issues with. One being that in the entire store had only one napkin dispenser and it was located up front at the bar counter. The other was their trash cans. Before I left, I dumped all our trash which included a half full cup of soda. Somebody must've forgotten to put a trash bag in the the trash because when I dumped the drink, the soda just went straight to the bottom of the trash and leaked onto the floor.
