There are things they do right and some they get wrong. The right : they deliver quality chicken that is nice and crispy. The bun is quality even if it doesnt hold up well to the sauce. The wrong: walking in the door you see stock of cups and plates in boxes on the counter. C'mon. It makes the place look cheap and dirty. The chicken is really good but their levels of heat are waaay off. I know its subjective but the "hot" has absolutely no heat at all. They told us they didnt have staff to make a salad right now while the owner sat at the counter filling ranch cups (again, should be done in the back) and another employee wandered around doing apparently nothing. The boneless peanut butter and Thai fusion wings were amazing. The breading was phenomenal and the sauce and quality of chicken were fantastic, not dry at all with an insanely good crunch. The loaded fries were just as good, the fries were cooked to perfection and the chicken was tender and moist with a great basic Buffalo sauce. All the staff were incredibly nice and the service was good. The restaurant was incredibly clean when we went with staff continuously cleaning as guests left. I love the way the wings are cooked! They have a nice crisp and texture. Wide variety of flavors that you can't find at most places! Saigon street is one of my favorites- which unfortunately this location seems to no longer have! The southern bbq tender fries are yummy! Even the regular size is a big portion enough for two people! I was in the area & decided to try out this new wing spot. I would give 5 stars, but they only do take out after 9pm even though they close at 10. We would have liked to eat there since we live kind of far and there other people sitting & eating. My guess is that they do this so the employees can leave as soon as they close. Besides that, the food was really good! Even 25 min later the wings were still hot and crispy when we brought them home. My favorite was the Korean spice & my boyfriend loved the Saigon street. And the garlic noodles were pretty good! I was suspicious of getting noodles from a wing place, but they proved me wrong. The differentiating factor that they have are the breaded fusion wings and a larger-than-typical rub selection. The fusion wings can be best described as the kind of breaded, flavored chicken you get at Chinese restaurants - like orange chicken or sweet and sour chicken - on a bone with ample sauce. So if you love different flavored breaded chicken like in Americanized Chinese restaurants then this is your jam. The rubs are also very flavorful and heavily seasoned for full flavor. The fries are really crispy and the chili and melted cheese are decent. I wouldn't trek across town in a snowstorm for them but I would certainly go back again if I was nearby. read more

The fries we're not the best they taste like they were overcooked and not originally cooked but from The frozen kind of fries that you will cook. And maybe or probably the wings as well too crispy for my taste. Yeah, these wings were pretty good! And they have some decent meal deals too. For just about $60, we got 40 wings in 4 different flavors, 2 large sides, veggies and dips. Easily enough food for 4-6 adults. The wings were a decent size and cooked and sauced nicely. The sauces weren't overly heavy but also saucy enough to provide loads of flavor. We tried the dry rub Malaysian curry (my favorite!), Peking, Korean, and Szechuan. They were all quite tasty! I ordered online which was super easy and convenient - sadly I ordered them all naked as I am gluten intolerant and several still came breaded, something I didn't quite realize until after I had sampled some. The coating was nice and thin though, making it hard to notice - but oof I might pay for that tomorrow! We went in on a Monday night and it had a decent amount of diners for a Monday, but really, who cooks dinner on a Monday? Staff was very friendly which is always a plus. We ordered their chicken strips and fries as well as a 12 piece bone in salt n pepper wing. Chicken strips reminded me of the county fair, so good and nostalgic crisp. The crinkle cut fries were perfectly crisped. However, this is fire wings not fire chicken tenders and thus the 3 star review. The wings are battered and WAY over cooked and WAY over seasoned...nearly inedible. The salt on their salt and pepper rub was so concentrated on every wing and the wings were so dry and chewy not appetizing at all. My husband and I have been here twice. The employees both times were friendly and helpful. It was a good overall experience. Our food was out in 10-15 minutes both times. The first time my husband got a wing combo in buffalo stampede sauce with regular fries and I got a wing combo in garlic parmesean and original buffalo with seasoned fries. All of the wings were cooked well and the sauces/rubs were flavorful and delicious. I've never had such a delicious garlic parmesan rub on wings before; usually it's a little bland at most places. The regular fries were plain crinkle cut fries. They were fine, but not my preference. The seasoned fries were fantastic. You get one side of dipping sauce which was enough for my 8 wings and most of my fries. If you use a lot of ranch etc. Order a second one for a small charge (I think like 50 cents). On the second visit, my husband got the dragon sauce and I got lemon pepper and Cali rub. The dragon sauce had a little sweetness and reminded us of orange chicken. The lemon pepper was packed with lemon flavor. The Cali rub is like a smokey barbecue rub. Both were really good. As far as price goes, they are pretty on par with other wing places; I was happy with the value. The only caveat I would give is that none of the flavors we've tried have been particularly spicy, even ones with 2 fires on their menu, so if you're looking for face melting heat this may not be your cup of tea. That's not an issue for me, and the wings were so good that I will go back there when I'm craving wings. read more

We came here after a movie with our 2 kids. The host was super rude when we approached as we were Interrupting her dinner. When I ordered a 6pc chicken tenders she just looked at me like I was stupid, I looked at the menus again and she just stared at me until I asked if the 6pc was only the beyond tenders. After being rang up we waited about 15 min, our order was wrong and they remade it no problem. The place was empty but none of the tables were clean. They started putting chairs on the tables at 8:05 and told other customers that could only order to-go even thought they don't close until 9 . Anyways the place is very clean the staff is very friendly and I recommend to try out the Nashville sandwich and the Cajun fries.
