This place did not live up to my expectations whatsoever, and I'm shocked it's managed to maintain a four star rating. The wing flavors are worse than WingStop! I ordered parmesan garlic sauce and it was just oil drizzled over bland fried chicken pieces. The buffalo sauce was equally as oily and disappointing. The seasoned fries didn't have a unique flavor either and you're probably better off just getting regular fries. Their ranch was watery and flavorless so I ended up exchanging it for buffalo sauce. I'm giving Fire Wings two stars on the sole fact that the boneless wing meat seamed of good quality and they gave me more wings than I actually ordered. I ended up with leftovers that I will flavor with the BWW sauce I have at home. They also only give straws to Grubhub drivers and not to their patrons eating at the restaurant. How does that make any sense?! They are very adamant on not giving you a straw that I'm not even sure why they offer lids for their cups. I've had Nashville chicken sandwiches before. I prefer the least amount of heat (so mild, according to the menu). I ordered the lowest heat on the menu, hot. When I taken a bite it was too hot to handle. My lips and tongue was on fire. So I just ate all my fries. A few hours later I tried eating the chicken sandwich again. It was the same, too hot to enjoy. So I had to give this review a 4 out of 5 stars simply because I couldn't eat the sandwich and enjoy it. The seasoned fries were great. I'll definitely be back for those. So if you're looking for a Nashville sandwich but normally do the heat in mild, please skip it here. Next time I'll try the buffalo sandwich. The Asian chicken salad was decent with a tasty dressing and wonton strips, but then again the chopped chicken in it was too salty and I had to pick them all out.
