Receipt being put in and rang up at time of arrival, not time of the phone call

Be so for real!! Called to place a pickup order at 8:25pm on thursday june 4, came around 8:50pm assuming it was ready, it wasnt even put in the system, now im late for work because of a restaurant keeps employees who can't do their job. I can't even make ts up cause look at the time on the receipt they just rang me up for and the time stamp i called from my phone. Wasting extra 30min to have my order that I CALLED for BEFORE I ARRIVE 30minutes. For 10 wings, js do better or dont do it‍

It's been awhile since I've had Fire Wings and decided to finally order some today. Talk about disappointed. 20 wings and they were so small, super dry, and lacked flavor. The only thing that helped was the ranch and honey mustard. Quality seems to have gone down based on what I remember from my last visit. Might be awhile before I decide to come back again.

garlic parmesan, bbq, korean kick, thai chili, garlic noodles and cheesy fries

We ordered takeout on a Friday night and it was pretty empty. For wings, we tried the bbq, garlic parmesan, korean kick and thai chili flavors. Korean kick was my favorite. All the other flavors were good but nothing out of this world. The garlic noodles were delicious! Unfortunately, my veggie sticks forgotten, but I did get a refund for them!

20 salt and pepper wings pack with large garlic noodles and veggie sticks

This is strictly a review for a to-go order. I usually love getting the salt and pepper wings but this time they were extra salty. I had to eat it with something to make it edible. However, whenever I've had it in the past it was good so I think this might have been one off. The garlic noodles are super tasty. I also ordered all carrots but they still ended up giving be celery. Given this is a to-go order it wasn't as good in person since lost some of the crunch.

VERY Dry VERY chewy, like chewing on rubber bands. The taste was ok but couldn't eat it.

Had a deal for 40 boneless wings for $30, and ordered a side of garlic noodles. Ordered Dragon, Korean, Saigon, and jerk flavors...all of them were good, but don't really care for the Korean one. Went down a star for their garlic noodles. The flavor is ok, but the texture of the noodles were like eating rubber bands. I do like Al dente, but it was very chewy and so dry. It was like chewing on rubber bands!

20 PACK LRG - TATER TOTS HONEY MUSTARD RANCH Cali Rub, Mango Habanero, Dragon Rub VEGGIE STICKS
    Stephanie L.

I was craving for some chicken wings, so I got the 20 pack combo with cali rub, mango habanero, and dragon rub. The order came with seasoned fries, but I sub that out with tater tots with a side of ranch & honey mustard. I ordered for to-go and the waiting period took awhile. There was a few people waiting ahead of me, so it took around 30 min give or take. Food came out piping hot and it smells delicious. It definitely satisfy my chicken cravings :) I will say that the mango habanero was my favorite followed by cali rub and then dragon. It had a lil kick to it, and wasn't overly sweet. It could use a bit more mango flavor, but it's good for what it is.

Buffalo wing compared to my pinky...
    Kristine L.

My first visit here was great, but the second? Not so much... We ordered two combo meals--one with 8 wings and one with 10. Both came with the tiniest wings I've ever seen. My hands are already small, but these wings were barely bigger than my pinky (see pics). Not sure why they were serving such tiny ones this time. The garlic parmesan wings also lacked flavor, though the buffalo wings and garlic parmesan fries were delicious. It seems like consistency is an issue. I might give Fire Wings another shot on a different day. Hoping for a better experience next time!

Love the Tuesday 85c boneless special! It is delicious and the meat is cooked perfectly. My favorite is the lemon pepper. The fries and sides aren't amazing but the carrots and celery sticks were nice. Service was also fast.

Big portion. Big enough for two. I would go here for that reason alone compared to other places. The sauce was decent and they let me substitute Korean sauce even though it wasn't on the menu. Tenders were nothing special but good.

Updating for future reference that garlic parmesan and lemon pepper are my go to dry rubs! And ofc the honey mustard is a must :)

Large LRG - BUFFALO TENDER FRIES
    Christina T.

Fire wings is known for their quality chicken and diverse asian fusion flavors but the garlic noodles are hands down the best sides you can get here other than the fries. The earthy taste from the notes of garlic and cheese will leave you wanting for more! It's a must have on your next trip to Fire Wings. Additionally, the service is quick and staffs are friendly as well. The restaurant is clean and there's a few TVs to keep you entertained. Fire Wings is such a great spot for chicken next to Vietnam Town and I'd definitely recommend this place to enjoy with friends and family.

Hey there Party People…read more I've been to the Table several times since my first review for the restaurant and just felt I needed to restate the obvious....this place is great. Hubby and I wanted to have brunch The Table is the best spot. You can get bottomless Mimosas for a very reasonable price. But first and foremost the food is what you go for. Not to mention you can take a very pleasant walk along Willow street and check out the shops after a great meal. The menu really lends to sharing plates so you can really get your foody on. We had the beignets to start. Made with ricotta and lemon curd for dipping. The beignets were very moist and a little dense because of the ricotta. The sugar coating was light and the crust was perfectly crunchy. What really made the beignets sing was the lemon curd dipping sauce just added a deep layering of flavor. Then there was the Heirloom Tomato salad with artichoke hearts. It was a tasty bite. The fry on the artichoke hearts was light bringing out the artichoke flavor. The treatment of the heirloom was clean simple and the whole dish together was just wonderful. Finally we had the Chicago Roast beef sandwich. It was huge and made me glad that we were splitting the dishes. The sandwich really reminded me of the east coast because of the peppers and carrots medley that was on the sandwich, which packed a fantastic little kick to wake up the pallet. Their Au Jus dipping sauce brought the hold combination together. Per my Hubby, who is a real Roast Beef lover, the whole sandwich was next level. If you're in Willow Glen and you don't eat here you have missed out on a wonderful experience. Be kind to one another

That's blatant racism, and it happened while I was a paying customer. Staff did nothing to address it in the moment. Understandably upset and shaken, I had too much to drink afterward. My family came and drove me home safely. Rather than addressing what actually happened -- a customer being racially harassed on their premises -- management's response was to ban me, not the person who harassed me. If a business allows this kind of harassment to go unaddressed and then punishes the target of it for reacting, that's a real problem, not a minor service issue. This is the San Francisco Bay Area. We should expect better than this. Avoid this place if you don't want to find out how they'll treat you when something like this happens to you.

I took one bite and realized the cheese on top was actually cold and not melted either. I went back in for onions but got another rock hard cruton. Set it aside to be sent back. The Brussel sprouts were good. No complaints. Steak tartare was bathed in some sort of ketchup-tasting sauce that completely overpowered the other flavors. We ate most of it because we were hungry but I wouldn't recommend it. We ended up canceling our entrees and left. The manager was apologetic and again- I genuinely feel terrible leaving this review. From the thoughtful decor to The Office being projected on the wall. It felt hip, fresh and refined. We decided to craft our own drinks - Arnold Palmers, his favorite. But they only had sparkling lemonade, which actually made it even better. We shared a salad that had some cooked pears and squash alongside the greens, walnuts, cranberries and blue cheese. We quickly learned that it's actually closer to $40 since you need to buy a $14-17 mocktail/cocktail. I'll be honest, I don't drink that much so I can't tell you if that's expensive but it does feel like a bit of a bait and switch. We ordered truffle fries, koji wings, the classic burger and two prime rib dinners. All of the food arrived at different times so some of it was already cold before we started eating. I know we could start eating whatever comes out first but let's be honest. Dining with friends is a very social event and it's somewhat standard for dishes to arrive together. I also ordered subbed truffle fries, was charged the sub, but ended up getting regular fries Food-wise, the koji wings were pretty good. There was a good amount of seasoning and the breading texture was super crispy. The meat itself was a bit bland. Truffle fries were super crunchy and had a balanced truffle flavor. Burger was fine. I've definitely had and made better burgers before. It was a pretty standard burger. Cooked good. A bit overpriced for how mild of a burger it was though. Prime rib was a huge portion. I only had a couple bites from my friends but it seemed well-seasoned. Some parts were nice and tender but the red parts were very chewy. Overall, main dishes were OK in portion but lackluster in experience. Side portions are on the smaller end considering their price but generally delicious. Considering their extensive alcohol collection, I think this place is definitely known for its vibe and drinks rather than its food. Staff seem super friendly though! Especially the bartenders
