This wing spot is comparable to Wingstop, except Fire Wings offers more flavors and more options for sides. The Lemon Pepper wings were good, but not as good as the quality at Wingstop or BWW, the chicken itself was juicy and cooked well, but it lacked in seasoning and flavor. The Jamaican Jerk wings were the opposite, there was almost too much seasoning, a really strong flavor of heat and not balanced enough. The Cali Rub was just right, tasted similar to the Jamaican Jerk, but with a better balance of flavor. The fries were pretty standard, nothing special (again, similar to Wingstop), but the garlic noodles were really good, a great mix of parmesan and garlic and a touch of saltiness that made it just perfect.  For beer, we tried the Cali Squeeze, which I liked a lot, a great tangy orange flavor. They also have self-serve soda machines. There's plenty of seating in this restaurant and a casual environment, with football playing on the TV's on a Sunday afternoon. The customer service was great, very helpful, and the worker even tried to accommodate our request for specific sports on one of the TV's this past weekend. I typically order Korean fried chicken and Wing Stop, so Fire Wings was new to me. What stands out to me the most are the unique flavors, relative to other places. I ordered a family meal with the most unique sounding flavors: peanut, beijing, and saigon. The flavors I ordered were all solid. The peanut was surprisingly spicy, similar to sambal, so keep that in mind if you're not too crazy about spicy food. The beijing wings were great. Reminds me of beijing beef from Panda, which I absolutely love. The saigon wings are very good as well. Definitely has some of that nguc mam for that funkiness. The food itself was delicious and pretty worth it. However, I highly recommend ordering ahead as I waited 40 minutes in-person for my food to be ready. Additionally, the table area of the restaurant didn't seem too well maintained. Napkins were lacking and it didn't appear to be the cleanest. Just alright. We did had to wait a bit longer since we got 40 wings (family pack, with 1 kids meal). Wings -- very good & saucy! The garlic noodles -- sad to say were hard and flavorless. We were all super excited about the sides so we were disappointed once we tasted it. M Garlic fries-- it was on the cold side... but we still enjoyed it more than the noodles. I was at this location today with my husband, who ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich. My husband always checks his items to make sure it was made correctly as this was not the first time that this has happened. My husband noticed that there was not any buffalo sauce and the chicken was cold, the lady at the front was helpful by asking the girls in the kitchen to remake it but instead we received attitude. The girls said, "there is f***ing buffalo sauce to go, he can just get that." The girls in the kitchen then proceeded to roll their eyes. This may be the #1 combo Fire Wings, and it sure is #1 in my heart! I typically don't go out of my way to get chicken wings or anything of the such, but I'm so glad that I had the opportunity to try them out. It's literally sooo worth the hype (and the potential wait time)- the boneless wings were sooo tender, and consisted of only the most EGG-cellent quality white meat (no bone fragments or sus meat in here)! I also loved how much heat the Thai and the Vietnamese flavored wings packed (since American wing places tend to not do heat pretty well lol), and how deliciously sweet and spicy both flavors were. Our family got the Saigon Street, Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper, and Mango Habanero wings and some ranch and honey mustard sauces on the side. + Saigon Street (4.5/5): I really love how they have fusion options here! The Saigon Street is drenched in a zesty sauce reminiscent of Vietnamese fish sauce, and had a sweet and spicy kick to it. + Garlic Parmesan (4/5): A claaaassic! We ordered the 20 wing combo (flavors peanut butter, habenero mango and garlic park), plain fries and a side of fried pickles. The breading on the chicken was too thick and not crispy at all. The garlic Parmesan was super greasy since the batter soaked in all the flavors. The peanut butter flavor was good, reminded me of the spring peanut sauce which I love. And my favorite was the mango habanero, I wish it was a little spicier. I should have gotten the season fries, the plain fries had no salt and was stale. Some hits and misses bring this to a 3.5 stars for me, but my friend absolutely loves this place so I'm rounding to 4 in her honour. Came here as a party of 3 at said friend's recommendation. I appreciate that they let you mix-and-match; we got the Saigon Street and Korean Kick along with a side of coleslaw. Although both were advertised as spicy, neither of them delivered on the heat. I did like the flavour of the Saigon Street but felt that the Korean Kick was more one-note and overly sweet. The coleslaw was an absolute miss--it tasted like veggies doused in cream? Definitely needed some acidity to it. Our order came out to around $17, which I felt was reasonable. I will say fire wings can be a hit or miss depending on what flavors you decide to get. I have had fire wings a couple times before and have heard of it prior in areas like San Mateo and more areas up north. For pros, I will say I appreciate the diversity of flavors they offer. It's very influenced by Asian culture and you can find flavors like Peking, peanut butter, Malaysian curry, and Saigon street. This is something I haven't seen at a wing shop before and I appreciate it. I also really like their garlic noodles and feel like it makes a good pairing with the boldness of the chicken wings. If you're first coming here I would recommend the dragon for a good baseline flavor. As for cons, I do think that fire wings is a bit over priced. Usually when I order for me and my partner we spend around $35-40 which for a wing combo is asking for a lot compared to wing stop or Buffalo Wild Wings. I will say some of their sides are not great too. The one that comes to mind is their coleslaw which is bitter and not the best.
