Love their choice of toppings and thin crust and I wasn't a thin crust fan before. My new favorite!

I went a little overboard and trigger happy with the toppings. The end result was a soggy mess of a crust and on top of that the bake time is so fast in their high heat ovens but that don't mean squadoosh its soggy ass crust!!!!! I picked up a slice and everything ie. Cheese and Toppings slid right off!!! What I should've done in hindsight was toss it on the sidewalk on a 120 degree AZ surface to crisp it up. Maybe had I still stuck to a few toppings and light on the cheese (3 or less) or perhaps Fired Pie just sucks I need to pay a visit to the other players in the trendy fast casual pizza chains doing this concept. The 30 or so toppings that are available I will say are or appear to be quality.....The small highlight for me personally was the roasted garlic and especially the caramelized onions. Onions and cheese go together like milk and cookies. At least I think so....... Anyways the Verizon Store is across from this location so you can pay your cell phone bill there before you roll the dice dining here and even I had to ask myself how did in my opinion.....just go from leaving a consistent 5 star cell phone co. to a 2.5 star soggy @&$%^!!! Fired Pie has me fired up alright! Oh did I not already mention the crust sucks?! I won't be back at this location anytime soon. read more

Placed an online order and then proceeded to the restaurant. Got there almost 30 minutes after I placed my order. Then sat there for 10 minutes waiting on any employee to even acknowledge my existence. They finally told me we're just now placing your order in the oven. Then 30 minutes later they actually DID place my order in the oven. At that point, I no longer wanted their pizza. Straight up lied to me and said they put my pizza in the oven and then took another 30 minutes before they finally did. Meanwhile, people walking in and getting their pizzas ordered, cooked, paid and out the door while I'm sitting there like a chump. Won't come here again. Piss poor management of their ordering system. read more

Waited more than 40 minutes just for 2 pizzas, store wasn't even busy and even had 4 people there to work.

I walked up to the door at 9:40 & they don't close until 10pm. And the guy looked through the window gesturing "we're closed" with his hand to his neck like "uh uh, go back". Some service.!! read more

Came to this new pizza place for the first time. The pizza was good, the crust is especially good, you can select your own ingredients and they have one of those super hot large ovens they cook them in. The price is good and the service was also. Very similar to Blaze pizza and Pieology type pizza places. read more

I have eaten here many times. But this last time we ordered pizza there was too much grit on the bottom. I understand it's purpose but it was very gritty (a lot of residue on my fingertips). Real Italian pizzerias from back East theirs was more dusty than gritty. The pizza overall tasted good. I was also HANGRY!!!! read more

I always enjoy this place. I love choosing my own toppings and I'm definitely prefer a thin crust... so what's not to like? The biggest problem is that I'll order my own pizza with plans of saving half of it to eat the following day, but I rarely can stop eating all of it. The employees were all socializing with each other, while customers waited on them. Two employees were texting and showing each other there text! Took them over 5 minutes to come help me! I'm of the kids, boy, was digging in his pockets and handling the pizzas going in the oven! No one washed there hands, before putting on gloves! The girl making our pizza ran out of cheese and went into the back, touched all the doors and handled food in the back and did not change her gloves when she came back! Won't come back! read more

I've been meaning to go here for like a month because all the people at my work we're always raving about it but I just never got around to going. Thankfully I went instead of getting lazy again because the staff was so unbelievably friendly, I really wish I got their names that I can credit them but they were so nice. The workers are very lazy, they do not take their job seriously. They were ignoring us for about 5 minutes from when me and my friends had gotten there. So I have been to this location many times and have never had an issue with the food or service but just a few minutes ago at 8:09pm on 01/12/2022 I called about an online order I had placed and a man answered the phone first by simply saying hello which caused me to look at my phone to make sure I had called the correct place while saying hello back. Then he confirmed I was calling Fired Pie. I began to explain that I would like light meat on the online order I had placed but it wouldn't let me specify online, I provided my name and then he hung up the phone. He hung up in my face and when I called back, twice, no one answered! Horrible service, completely rude and I cannot believe this is the type of service I received. Now I keep getting voicemail and no one is answering when they don't even close until 9:00pm. read more

Arrived at the store at 9:17 on a Friday night. The ovens were off and chairs were up. Sign on the door says they close at 10pm. They said "we just close a little early on the weekdays" lazy employees. Hopefully management addresses this. read more

Good food bad service. Hard to hear thru the mask which is fine but the music was to loud which made it even harder to hear. Then the kids were barely acknowledging our existence while ordering. Once we got past all that we sat and then the girl that brought our food clatter the trays onto the table muttered something and walked off. This was probably the worst experience I've had at a Fired Pie. The spring mix greens were visibly wilted and nasty. No less than 4 people had to get involved to make my salad, including one who did not have his nose covered by his mask. They didn't know how to put the salad together, and their complete and utter lackluster attitude means I will never go here again. How disappointing, because I love the Fired Pie downtown. I ate at this location a couple of times this week. The first time I went in none of the staff was smiling not even the manager. The manager brought my order to me. I smiled and said thank you. She didn't smile and walked away. The second time I came in the manager, yelled at one of her team members who appeared to be new in front of all the customers. I felt bad for the the team member. I am super happy there is one of these close to home. They have super slow service and that is why I cant give this a 5 stars but they just opened and working out the kinks still so I want to give them so room to grow. The food is still high quality and tastes great! The pizza is super fun to make from all the different combinations that are available. I like being able to watch what is occurring with the building of the pie too! The salads look great as well but I need to check that out next time! read more

If I could give a lower rating I would. 1/23 arrived an hour before closing went to order and was met with some of the most unprofessional workers I've ever met. Right before my order was finished the fire alarms went off after 2-3 of the workers kept going in and out of the restroom together. They all start screaming and running around until one of them throws my pizza in a box and hands it to me on my way out. Pizza was soggy and undercooked and folded up from being thrown in the box. The cleanliness of this place is less than stellar. I'd expect better considering we're in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. The employees could be a little nicer and the music could be a little quieter but the food was A1 so that's why I'm giving 3 stars. Love Fired Pie pizza and we used to frequent this location often. The last pizza we got here, the staff was unprofessional and didn't make very good pizzas. The next time we came, the store was closed, due to staffing shortage. We finally decided to try it again and we were waited on by Melanie and Ali. Awesome young ladies!! Great food, big portions. Outstanding customer service, went in last night and Robert the shift lead was very patient, handled the small rush very well and was very polite. Never even tried the food but waited in line for 20 minutes, and got to the front just to be told that they weren't doing salads. Great.

Good service, quick, staff answers questions courteously. pizzas crust is crispy and the toppings have great flavor. Price is good, build your own pizza has as many toppings as desired for set price. Would recommend and we will be coming back. Only reason it is not a 5 star is because they don't offer smaller size pizzas for kids, would love to bring my daughter here but an adult size portion is unnecessary. read more

Build your own pizza. I made 2. One was just regular cheese pizza. I also made a olive oil and garlic sauce with mozzarella cheese, sun dried tomato's, and red onion. I also added fresh basil to it at the end. Nice flavor. Crispy crust. It was to my liking. The staff was unimpressive. I don't think they said 2 words to me. They just took my order, rang it up, and gave me my receipt without speaking. For some people with social anxiety this is an ideal interaction. This place is amazing. I come here weekly. It's affordable and healthy. You can custom design a salad or pizza and it all costs the same. My family gets their own personal pizzas and I can have a diet compliant salad. Staff is pleasant and helpful. The restaurant itself is always tidy and bright. We rarely encounter a big crowd here. It's a great place to go before the movies. I am grateful for restaurants that adopt this model because so many of us are struggling to make healthier choices. read more

I love Fired Pie but at this location it kills me to watch the people make the pizzas. It's so unsanitary. All the girls hair is flying around. They need something, hats, nets something. They need to change their gloves more. I saw one ckeaning the food on the side then make a pizza. The two times i went it was filthy. And the crust doesn't taste like the others i've been too so I don't know why. Both times the workers friends came in and they all got distracted. If they worked a little faster the wait time could get better, but i had to wait a long time both times for one pizza. read more
