I have dined in twice. The first time I had challenges while ordering. I couldn't understand the lady behind the counter. This caused the ordering process to be extended but I'm happy to report, that had nothing to do with my pizza. The pizza was crispy with a crunchy under carriage. Delicious to say the least. The second time, unfortunately I had the same challenges while ordering. There was a language barrier with the same lady and she seems to be short on patience. I felt her being short with me while ordering and I noticed her being short with other employees. We received our pizza this time and to our surprise, it was horrible. Struggle bus! The app wasn't working for ordering ahead, and when we were ready to order it said it would be ready in 45 minutes! When we got to the restaurant 7 minutes later, there was only 1 person in front of us so we were able to order quickly, but the rest of the process was slow. And the phone number either was not correct or no one ever answers it because we couldn't get through when we tried to call. They were all out of basil for the margherita pizza and asked us if that was ok as the pizza's were about to go into the oven. We asked for a discount but they said they couldn't give us one. As for the pizza, it was fine. The edges were burnt, and it definitely wasn't a Margherita pizza. Cross contamination beware!!! world, worst manager!! In the 16 year vegetarian walked in here today to celebrate PI day and my cousin's birthday gentleman making the pizza very young man very young Cross contaminated with cheese because you did not change gloves between customers! He touched raw meat and into dairy on the next order! When I said something the manager told me that unless I asked for a glove change, this was their policy. I do have my food handlers card and I know you have to change your gloves if you're touching raw foods, but not her she stood that round she would not give me your name. I could not eat my pizza and not only that but they cut a meat pizza with a veggie slicer and put it back. I don't know if you're a vegetarian or vegan but this is not safe. While I was having a wonderful lunch with my family, enjoying our amazing and delicious pizza a lady came into the establishment and began speaking loudly and disrespectfully before she got to the counter. Not the very best pizza but okay to dine in occasionally. However, I have to give one extra star for the most courteous service we ever received in recent times. We were in this area for a movie and so decided to try this since our kid loves pizzas. Here is my take on different parameters: Food: The server made it overloaded with toppings. The pizza tastes good. However, definitely not our first choice for pizzas as we prefer many other good options that we are aware of. Ambiance: Plenty of seating & clean tables are what we see. Overall decent to dine in. Price: They don't have a size option but it was well made with a lot of toppings and for the price, it was worth it. Toppings were so much that my wife was hand-picking and giving them to me to eat even. Service: Courteous and very humble staff. She even offered a free kid drink to use on our table when she saw our kids fighting for our drinks. So nice of her. Came here for lunch and it was really good. Pizzas were plenty big portion and I loved all the topping options. They had some pre existing combinations or you could make your own. Service was quick. Love that you can add ingredients to a pizza already on the menu without an additional charge. The ingredients are always fresh. The salads are also good with a good selection of vegetables. It had been awhile since I have been to this location. Used to go often, so surprised I never did a review. I love these fast pizza concepts. Thin crust is my jam most of the time! Love that you can pick one of their special pizzas or customize your own (salad too). I had been wanting to try the elote pizza and it did not disappoint. The pizza and drinks were spot on. Service was really lacking even though there were a ton of staff milling around. No one seemed interested in working. But that just seems to be the way it is now. I have the cauliflower crust pizza with white sauce and feta and mozzarella cheeses with vegetarian mushrooms peppers tomatoes and spinach. It was awesome. The servers were very nice and explain to me all the different options so I understood everything before ordering. The pizza did not take more than a matter of a few minutes to make in the brick oven and it was nice and crisp and crunchy all the way through. I placed an online order today for a one topping pizza with no cheese. When I got back to work I noticed that they had put cheese on by mistake. I get it, accidents happen. I called the store to let them know what happened, and they told me "I didn't put no cheese in that pizza!" Well, the pictures don't lie. I ordered a margarita pizza and some garlic knot type of appetizer. Neither was very good. The margarita pizza had far too much cheese and was basically a bad cheese pizza with a little fresh mozzarella sprinkled on it, and some chopped and dry basil. Overall, the meal was disappointing from start to finish. The service is relatively nonexistent being as you place your order at the counter. I've never been here before. The menu seemed simple and ordering was easy. The gist of it: any pizza is $10.79, no matter what toppings or how many. The steak pieces look rather unappetizing but everything else seemed to be what you'd anticipate. There are a variety of options (ex: raw onion and sautéed onion). I ordered unsweetened tea to avoid their Pepsi offerings; but the tea didn't meet my expectations and I asked for Diet Pepsi. My lunch was good, pretty tasty. It took an hour to get them and they were beyond awful. They were burnt and rubbery to the point one could not eat them. We left since we were delayed an hour leaving anyway. My thoughts were that maybe they will soften up if I take them home and microwave them or recook them or something but Nope. We had to throw them away. I was shocked they served them all burnt like that. I would have been more impressed with a truth, a chat, and or a refund. By the way the food is not good at all. Nothing special. Their pizza is awful. I know I am very picky about pizza but still not good. Maybe the appeal is the subway type of line that you can pick and choose all your toppings at no extra cost. This is not a review I thought I would be writing for a Fired Pie- which I have been at other locations to good results. First off I orered online for pick up. At the end of the order it gives you a phone number for curbside pickup. I arrived and the place looked dark, no open sign or lights I could see. I walked up (instead of calling) and the door was open but bags of something? were all over the front entry- it looked like a construction zone. OK. There were workers inside and 2 gentlemen eating at a table to so they were definately open. Then it hit me. A really odd smell to the place. I couldnt put my finger on it but I would not have been able to stay and eat in the dining room. Overall at a quick glance the place did need a good cleaning. I've been to the location in Avondale several times and usually there are different sets of employees working. But one thing I've noticed is that regardless of which employees are working that day, they are always nice and dont treat you like you insulted them by asking for more of a certain topping.
