The staff is very helpful explaining things and pretty quick at changing out grill pans. I have noticed recently that not all of the food will come out and some things may not ever arrive especially after the first 30 minutes or so. Be sure to notice what things come out more quickly and try to stick to those for the best value.

I loved the dumplings. They were super crispy and the filling was savory and tasty. The shumai were okay and cooked nicely, just not a ton of flavor for me. I was really happy with the buldak. Also--mid bbq with it full of food, would ask to change the grill, we would say "can you come in like 1 min when we finish what we are cooking?" And they just handed us plates and had us put the partially cooked food on it while they changed the plate. This happened more than once (never happened so abruptly the many many times we have gone before). They also had the bbq way too low so we had to turn it up to cook the food (again, has never been an issue, they always adjust it well every other time). My husband asked for a water refill and got basically pure lemon juice vs water (maybe it had to do with their machine but again, has never happened before). The service was just objectively not good at all. The food was delicious per usual. I hope the service changes. We definitely will give it another chance but for our favorite place to go, it was disappointing. :(
