I am completely dissatisfied with this particular branch. The management is lacking and it is disheartening for me to have to write this review because I am a huge fan of Firehouse Subs. They were lacking in toppings and it was evident that it was due to the laziness of the staff in preparing the ingredients. This is extremely disappointing. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and they couldn't even provide me with onions and peppers, citing a large morning order as the reason. It is now 8:30 in the evening. There is an advertisement for a Thanksgiving turkey sub, but they could not make it because they don't have the turkey stuffing or cranberry sauce?? Please do better. When I got here, I waited seven minutes before anyone even acknowledge my existence. No one cares and in food business, that's horrible to accept. My sanwhich arrived and I asked for my water, they looked at me like I was an alien, one of the folks said, "I'll get you one" as she literally danced into the back to look, 5 minutes later she never came back and another kid yelled, "we ain't got no bottled water." I opted for a Sofa out of the frigerator instead. I received a call from an employee, advising the store will be closing at 5:00 and they will not be completing my order. My son ( 4 yr old) ate the Italian ( thank God it wasn't his sandwich) and I started to eat brisket. Ate first half fine... then went to eat the second half and after 3rd bite, I bit into something hard what seemed like glass and I immediately spit everything out and found this foreign object. Of course I pick up the phone and call the store asked to speak to the manager and the person responded I'm him, explained what occurred he said hold on I'll get the general manger then the " general manager" got on the phone and honestly it was super nonchalant response. We agreed on me coming back to the store and " going from there" I get to the store ( mind you it's cold outside and I did not anticipate going back outside) but this is serious!
