I've known about Firehouse Subs for quite some time now and never ordered from them because it was probably just another not worth your money sub shop. Then, about a week ago, I read on the internet that the reason they were being rated so highly is because they use quality meats. So today I ordered the Italian sub. This spot is right next to our business so I visit here often. The sandwiches are tasty and the service is top notch. The girl who works the register, who's name I always forget, always remembers what I order which is pretty cool. Maybe it's because I eat there at least once a week or because I stick to what I like here. I tried quite a few of the sandwiches here when I first started going, but now I found a combo I love so I stick with it. Get the Datil Pepper Grilled Chicken on Wheat, remove the mayo (don't like the extra calories) and add in spicy mustard and you have a winner on your hands. If you are a beef person, the BBQ Brisket sandwich is quite good, but packed with calories. They have a great selection of hot sauces and it is nice to be able to try some new heat when I visit. Overall this is a nice place to pop in to for a quick bite and the people who work here are always friendly and have a smile on their face. I stopped coming to this location because of the horrible customer service I've received in the past but today, I decided to give them another shot. I ordered via Uber Eats (sandwich, chips and cookie). The driver delivered my food and when I opened the bag, my chips were missing. I contacted Uber and they told me I'd have to call Firehouse since they packaged everything due to Covid procedures. The guy who I'm assuming is Donovan the cashier that took my order had an attitude and told me he couldn't do anything about it. He then proceeded to ask some lady about it and she also had the nastiest attitude and told him to tell me, I'd have to go get the chips if I wanted them. Seriously? This place is a joke and I plan on doing a charge back for my COLD meatball sandwich and missing other half of my order. I typically love Firehouse subs and was excited when I saw a new one a few miles from my house. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was like a previous poster. I stopped in for 4 subs at 5pm on a weekday. Even though there was only one person in front of me, it took them 25 minutes to make my subs. The place was staffed by 2 college aged workers who moved at a snales pace. While making our food, they guy actually took his phone from his pocket to take a call in the back room. He came back a few minutes later and continued making food with the same gloves he'd just used to hold his cell phone. You'd think the owner of this place would have an adult supervising these kids during the lunch and dinner hours. Did I mention, almost 30 minutes for 4 sandwiches? read more

I like their sandwiches but it was always a hit or miss when getting our order correct. The last two times we have ordered using uber eats they totally messed up our order. The first time i let it go. Second time i called to complain. This was $30 an order. Ask to speak to manager. Some young kid got on and apologized. Took my name and phone number and said he would put that in an envelope..This was suppose to be for 2 free sandwiches. Well I went there tonight and guess what. Couldn't find my name. It makes me sad that a place called firehouse subs can't seem to make good food. As a former firefighter myself, we prided ourselves on our good food. I had a cheesesteak that was barely edible with beef that seemed fit for maybe a dog. It's was gristly and tough. They should just take it off the menu. It's that bad. Their other subs are basically subway quality knock offs so if you like horrible subway subs, you'll probably like this place and keep eating mediocre food. read more

I like Firehouse however, in the world of subs, I don't understand what goes on behind their counter. Subway: I can watch the sub being made. Jimmy Johns: the sub is ready by the time I walk from the register and get my drink. At Firehouse, I see someone behind the counter moving but the wait is ridiculous. When Firehouse Subs first opened, they were awesome. But, we have been twice in the last 3 weeks. The white bread was almost stale each time. We decided to go back to Subway or Dominos for sandwiches. For a large italian combo, it was $13, its entirely to much for a stale sandwich. read more

First time here. I'd say Skip the cheese steak. What was served didn't resemble the picture on the wall much. In a word it's Bland. Didn't see much cheese. Meat was chewy and unseasoned. Bread is ok, squishy, it was warm so it made it little better. The BOB cheese steaks have seasoned tender beef, lots of melty cheese and the bread has to have crisp outer shell with soft center that catches flavor. Not even close. Overpriced and not much of a menu. Good if you like expensive cold cuts. Would rather go to Which Wich. Many more topping selections.

Love coming here. I am so addicted to this place. All the subs look good but my favorite one that I get all the time is the cheddar bbq brisket. So amazing it always hits the spot. So many drink combinations make it even better. You really can't go wrong here. read more

Firehouse is my favorite sub shop, so when I moved to this area I sought out the closest one. Huge disappointment, and I'm not one to leave reviews either. A total of three customers in here and they are sitting at tables, I was the only one who ordered a sub, one sub, not a special order, 27 minutes later they had it done. 27 minutes. If I hadn't been so looking forward to Firehouse I would've asked for my money back and left. UPDATE- should have waited to post above review until after I had tried the food. Worse Hook n Ladder I've ever had, in fact it didn't even look or taste like one, a single chunk of meet on one end of the sub, looks like they didn't even take the time to layer it out on the bread. The tomato and lettuce was barely even on it, hanging off the side of the bread, and first bite was my last bite, didn't taste like a hook n ladder, pretty foul tasting to be honest. Not as good as the one's I've been to in the past. Definitely the SLOWEST one ever! Make sure you have lots of time to wait! 15-20 minute wait for a sub on two separate visits! I know they are new, but they need to get their act together or the business will dry up! read more

Just came from PotBelly. Great food and friendly n upbeat staff. Came to FireHouse right after to try their meatball sandwich too for the first time. The upfront girl was not very warm n welcoming. I also called earlier n the PotBelly person was very upbeat helpful and friendly. But again the guy that answered at FireHouse wasn't.. :( I usually don't leave non positive reviews. But for business attitude can make or break ya.. The lighting is better too at PotBelly. Not so much with the science lab bright white fluorescents at FireHouse. Just saying. Thank you. read more

First time in this location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Ordered the italian and it was great. The meat was fresh and they made it to my specifications. Certainly better quality food than subway. Next time i am visiting the area i will make it a point to stop in for a meal. read more

The sandwich was great (Italian). The staff member were excellent. When I notice that half of my bread was saturated from the oil the staff member offered to replace my meal. Great Service for that! read more
