Chicken dumplings soup

No chicken no dumplings included manager stated it's nothing she can do about it. Rude customer service very disrespectful/disappointed

A large sandwich with less than a normal sandwich worth of meat. And $1.50 for extra bacon on Mac and it was about a tsp worth of bacon.

Never had a problem until the last two orders. So much money for so little meal.... And my steamer doesn't even seem steamed..

We actually like the food but I have to say tonight was not cool. We usually go in the evening time.....every time we go in to order, the staff is blah like they don't want to be there and never have smiles. We ordered 2 large sandwiches for 14.00 each and after looking at one of them, we had to weigh it 1lb2oz in the container. You can see in the photo that it's underwhelming for the price. The owner needs to get involved to bring it back to normal. I see other people feel the same.

I turned away from Firehouse several years ago due to change in quality of sandwiches. I recently tried again and was pleased with the sandwiches I get. Recent visit made me have to do a review and share my experience with the franchise owners and future customers. The location was empty and the cashier male was half asleep and could not get my order right on simple things like add cucumbers and lite mustard. I had to repeat several times, then I asked him to repeat back to me and he has nothing noted. I asked him if he was Ok and he just rubbed his eyes and yawn hand yo mouth and said "yeah" I payed and when I turned to get a table. Every one of them was filthy. There were five (5) people her and the restaurant was poorly maintained. I had to ask several times if I could get a table cleaned. The same sleepy kid came out? Poorly wiped down a single table and left all the chairs dirty and cover with over spray from cleaner bottle. Then as I watched him. He went from cashier, to cleaning table, to then back to making sandwiches without changing over gloves or washing hands between. WTF? Now, the rest of the staff were not 100% attentive, but not a big deal. Although one with read curly hair was dropping f-bombs and making a note presentable environment with her language. I would say their needs to be some managerial/ownership oversight here, before it begins to lose you more business. Just saying.

6.00 for double meat? Not on this sandwich.

You can get it cold as s regular Bobbie too. They have a good selection of cheesesteaks too, my favorite being the classic cheesesteak. Steak is really tender with a great flavor, and I love to get extra pickles just to add some extra kick. There's plenty of more traditional sandwich options too, and also some specialty items that are uniquely Capriotti's. This store is conveniently located on Osa Blanco just off Durango. It's a decent size store with plenty of seating, though I generally just do take out. Service can occasionally be a little slow here, but I've found it to always be friendly. If you haven't tried Capriotti's, and especially if you've never experienced the joy of a Hot Bobbie, you should definitely give it a go, in my opinion it's one of the better sandwich chains around.

She brought out a couple of plates with fresh pizza dough, sauce, and toppings for the kids to make their own little pizzas, which was a very nice touch! I do wish I would have known this when we ordered our meals though because we also ordered a regular cheese pizza for them to share, but leftover pizza is never a bad thing anyway! We ordered quite a few appetizers and drinks for happy hour, the mozzarella, bruschetta, and calamari were our favorites. For entrees I got a red-style pesto pasta and it was some of the best pesto I've ever had; it had an amazing combination of herbs that made the dish feel light and fresh. The pasta itself was also great and I believe was homemade as well. We mentioned it was me, my husband, and my dad's birthday and there was no complementary dessert like a lot of restaurants do, but that's okay. Overall everything was really tasty and I am sure we will be back to try more!

Sometimes you gotta make errands just to find a reason to go out here. Well that's what I did!…read more I booked a movie at Red Rock, but had lunch here prior. Another day of great food and great service! This place never miss!

I definitely should have gone with the "& More."…read more Nom Pang Sandwiches & More is a super-hyped restaurant in the deep northwest of Las Vegas that's been lauded as the Cambodian response to all the mediocre Vietnamese sandwiches being sold around the rest of town. I finally made the pilgrimage from the other side of town, hopeful that I would find something worth the hype. I have been eating the Vietnamese version of these sandwiches all my life, so I had to try the namesake at this spot. The Nom Pang Special ($9.00) and the Pate ($8.00) w/ steamed pork are built similarly, except the former has a wider variety of meats. I could write an essay about the similarities and differences in ingredient choices, but there's one main problem: I just didn't enjoy any of it. Why? For me, none of the meats seemed to have much inherent flavor and the pate felt pretty bland as well, so the main tone on the palate is the heavy-handed amount of Maggi seasoning. If you aren't familiar with this, think of it as a cousin of soy sauce and how that shouldn't be the dominant flavor. I also tried a bit of the Lemongrass Beef ($9.00). The marinade read mostly sweet, which I'm not a fan of as my main protein in this sort of sandwich. And where was the lemongrass flavor? Did they just rub a stalk over the beef? The Thai Iced Green Tea ($6.00 large) and Viet Iced Coffee ($6.00 large) were not it either. There is a lot of flavor in the Thai green tea, but much of that is sugar. I started becoming pretty tired of it halfway through. The Viet Iced Coffee was simultaneously not strong enough in coffee and too bitter due to some burnt notes that came through. It is not comparable to any really acceptable level of Vietnamese coffee. The best drink by far was their complimentary iced water. Service was solid, and the employees were all nice. The restaurant environment was okay once I walked over to their evaporative cooling fan and disabled the turning function while it was pointing away from our table. There are plenty of napkins and a Sriracha bottle available at every table. I just wasn't enjoying my food. There is no need to go to Nom Pang if you are looking for a good alternative to Vietnamese sandwiches. Maybe their more traditional cooking is actually worth trying, but it's just so far from Henderson for me to consider visiting on a regular basis.

Not many guests but we had just missed the brunch crowd and the dinner crowd. Our server, John, was super helpful. I was in the mood for salmon but when we asked John if it was farm or wild, sadly, he said it was farmed salmon so I had to pass. Ordered the Beet It. Beautifully plated beet hummus with olives, cucumbers, radishes, feta and pine nuts. Came with an order or pita bread. That was very tasty. I asked John if the ahi was wild and he said yes so I ordered it. Came with organic greens. The vinaigrette was great and the entire dish was scrumptious. Also ordered the chef's table stir fry. Although it had a lot of onions, it tasted amazing. Served with basmati rice and teri sauce..And for dessert, butter cake with vanilla ice cream. Everything was amazing. Perfect portions. No leftovers. We found out they have Happy Hour but don't serve happy hour food. Just drinks. I suggested to John that they should offer HH food and wild fish. We took a tour of the facilities with Bob, a resident volunteer tour guide, including the pool and fitness facilities. And I found out 2 people i know work in the fitness center. Small world lol Would definitely go back. Hope they add seasonal specials, wild caught fish and HH food.

The main / guest entrance is at Trilogy at Sunset Pkway and Belong Rd. The ambience is awesome. There's a large bar in the middle that serves both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu has a good variety. We ordered a mahi mahi wrap and the hot honey club. The food was alright, but I'd definitely try something else next time. The service was awful, which is the reason for two stars. It was incredibly slow, compounded by the fact that their ordering/payment system went down right before we were going to pay. So they couldn't accept a credit card until the system was back up. Instead of apologizing and offering a discount or even comping the meal due to the unknown time of outage, our server just told us we needed to wait until it came back. After what felt like 30 minutes of waiting, I told her we needed to leave (which was true because we had our infant son with us and he was starting to get fussy as nap time approached). Sure enough right when I said something, the system came back and I was able to pay with a credit card. But they didn't offer a discount or even comped drinks that would usually be customary in the hospitality industry when something outside of the establishments control impacts the customer experience.
