    Chicken dumplings soup

No chicken no dumplings included manager stated it's nothing she can do about it. Rude customer service very disrespectful/disappointed

A large sandwich with less than a normal sandwich worth of meat. And $1.50 for extra bacon on Mac and it was about a tsp worth of bacon.

Never had a problem until the last two orders. So much money for so little meal.... And my steamer doesn't even seem steamed..

We actually like the food but I have to say tonight was not cool. We usually go in the evening time.....every time we go in to order, the staff is blah like they don't want to be there and never have smiles. We ordered 2 large sandwiches for 14.00 each and after looking at one of them, we had to weigh it 1lb2oz in the container. You can see in the photo that it's underwhelming for the price. The owner needs to get involved to bring it back to normal. I see other people feel the same.

    Dirty tables and dining area

I turned away from Firehouse several years ago due to change in quality of sandwiches. I recently tried again and was pleased with the sandwiches I get. Recent visit made me have to do a review and share my experience with the franchise owners and future customers. The location was empty and the cashier male was half asleep and could not get my order right on simple things like add cucumbers and lite mustard. I had to repeat several times, then I asked him to repeat back to me and he has nothing noted. I asked him if he was Ok and he just rubbed his eyes and yawn hand yo mouth and said "yeah" I payed and when I turned to get a table. Every one of them was filthy. There were five (5) people her and the restaurant was poorly maintained. I had to ask several times if I could get a table cleaned. The same sleepy kid came out? Poorly wiped down a single table and left all the chairs dirty and cover with over spray from cleaner bottle. Then as I watched him. He went from cashier, to cleaning table, to then back to making sandwiches without changing over gloves or washing hands between. WTF? Now, the rest of the staff were not 100% attentive, but not a big deal. Although one with read curly hair was dropping f-bombs and making a note presentable environment with her language. I would say their needs to be some managerial/ownership oversight here, before it begins to lose you more business. Just saying.

6.00 for double meat? Not on this sandwich.

Turns out she was the owner (Andrea). She was so friendly and helpful and just a delight! Once she seated us she came back and brought us a small cup of some type of cabbage soup to try, which was phenomenal! The menu is ginormous! Like the Cheesecake Factory menu... so much to see it takes a while to narrow things down. Our waitress was a young bubbly lady who was very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She took time to answer all our questions and just really looked like she liked her job (go figure!). The portion sizes are insane! The food was very hot and very tasty. I struggled to finish mine but once I removed the food from the bun, that seemed to help. Paying the bill was easy as they have the receipts with the QR code that goes right to the Toast app. Unfortunately we didn't save room for dessert but after we were done eating we did go look at all the goodies in the case. Quite a selection and lots of people in line. Kind of glad we live on the other side of town because if we lived closer we'd go broke from eating here more often lol. The reviews and comments on FB were spot on. This place really is great and we look forward to visiting again.

Had the traditional eggs Benedict with potato's one egg was a bit more cooked than the other, but the two of them combined to be just fine. The potatoes were way too burnt. Now, I will say that I ordered breakfast late in the day, so why would they make new potatoes that late in the day. Now, the other hand would say, why are you going to serve anything below my standards? If the potatoes are so burnt, they are hard, black and you cannot find a potato soft enough to stick a fork in it, then that is just neglectful or you do not care. I tend to believe in the good in people, so I am guessing they did not want to disappoint a customer that ordered potatoes by telling them we ran out. Would you like something else instead. I have been in for lunches and salads and soups are above my standards and their challah bread French toast makes wonder how could anyone put up with Texas Toast. Their coffee cake is to die for.

The canned corned beef is 100% better! The sourdough bread was stale and cold when served, the butter wouldn't even melt a little bit. The actually pastrami and corned beef hash were tiny nuggets of fat, almost all inedible! They also put some gravy on top that really was unnecessary. The menu description read with poached eggs so I was surprised when the cashier asked me how I wanted my eggs, so I order my usual, over easy. Well, they came out well done!! No yolk to spread around! I didn't even finish the entree. The bagels and lox were even worse! Two small roll ups of salmon which didn't even cover one bagel. Which I would add of the bagel not worthy of the name! The cashier assured us they serve the most amazing cinnamon rolls that are baked fresh daily. Maybe it was a one off but this one tasted stale. The frosting was super hard, they seemed frozen then microwaved. The staff who bring out drinks were not friendly, not one smile, had to ask for utensils and straws multiple times and this was AFTER we got our meal. For a $70 breakfast, will be hard pass. There are so many other places with better food! I left here completely unsatisfied and it felt like such a waste of money. I can't believe this place is recommend!

The sausage and peppers sandwich came out with ALOT of marinara sauce, the sauce was burning hot and dripping from the sandwich. The sauce was too hot, dripped on my hand and had to let it sit for a bit before picking it up again. Also the sausage and pepper hot sandwich does not come with cheese or mayo. I have been here several times before for my charcuterie meats and cheeses (not sure why I didn't…read morereview) but my husband and I went there last week while waiting for my kids to finish an activity at UNLV. Everything started out great. They have a kiosk to order when you first enter and we wanted to share a meatball sandwich. The gentleman making the pizza let us know they'd had some issues with orders going through and to check with the person at the cash register to make sure everything processed properly. He looked and said it was good. At that point my husband had seen the sicilian pizza and wanted to see if it was anything similar to his Nana's and asked to add it. The man at the cash register said it would need to be a separate order- no problem- so we paid. We were enjoying the pizza slice while waiting for the sandwich that never came. The guy who was making the pizzas noticed we were still waiting and asked what we had ordered. They said the payment never processed. My husband, rightfully upset at this point, asked what the point was of confirming the order had gone through if they guy wasn't actually confirming it? I finally said I would just pay for the two bottles of water we'd had and go on with our day. The rep offered to still do the sandwich but at this point we had to go get the kids and didn't have time to wait again and then eat. He told the pizza making gentleman (who in my opinion did nothing wrong and was amazing) that this was why he needed to stop telling people and just keep his mouth shut. Ultimately, he was in the wrong. When my husband came to the register to confirm the kiosk order had gone through he should have ACTUALLY confirmed it. The pizza was good, but we won't be back... this is not how you handle customer service situations.
