Great food and service, and the place was clean and the management and employees were very helpful

My wife ordered on her phone app. I went in to pick up, but they couldn't find my order. I was told it wouldn't take long, ( it had already been twenty minutes) so I waited. I took my order and left for home. When I opened the bag we discovered one item was missing. I called the store to ask that they have it ready so I could pick it up; about 15 minutes away. I was told I would have to speak to the manager. Whom ever I spoke to was rude and disrespectful! He said something like "well excuse me"!I will not deal with this place again! Also the floor was wet and slippery near the rear seating area. read more

So my husband and I walk in to get lunch. We go to order and we stood there for approximately 10 minutes before the girl said I will be right with you, sorry we are extremely backed up. Ok, no biggie I guess. We ordered and it took another 15 minutes to get our food. People came in after us and the girl kept telling everyone how backed up they were and at least 8 people walked out. This was the nastiest and blandest sandwich we've ever had. We should've stopped eating it but we were starving. The girl was yelling out why don't we have this or that and she didn't know why the management could not order anything. Mind you my (club) which was warm, yes the meats were warm along with the mayo, didn't have any cheese on it. But they did not tell me this before I ordered it. So I paid for something I didn't get. And then this guy walks in with a dog. I thought it was a service dog at first, it was not. He sat there while he waited on his food. Meanwhile the dog goes into the corner behind a counter and takes a crap!! The smell hit me and I could not believe it! We got up and left immediately! We have a dog but DO NOT take him into restaurants! Monday morning the Health Dept. will be contacted because I am reporting the filth going on here! The floors were sticky, the drink machines were nasty and the tables had not been cleaned, by the looks of them for months! If we don't get ptomaine poisoning I will be surprised! Only my second time trying a Firehouse subs. This store was bright and super clean. The 2 staff members were polite and friendly and greeted every customer who entered. Very straightforward to order and pay for your food. I ate in and they brought my sandwich to my table when it was ready. It's basically processed cold cuts steamed to order but it's a nice sandwich at a good price. The staff acknowledged that I was leaving and stated have a nice day. The past few times I've walked in on Wednesday nights (have softball so just grabbing a sandwich). The guy working the counter yells out it will be 20-30 min. I know they do call in orders etc but making one sandwich for the only idiot in the store should jump the sandwich line. I dismissed it first time and said see you next time.... The next week with same thing I walked out and won't walk back into that store ever. read more

Food was decent enough. It's the staff that needs help. Walked through a vape cloud to get in the place. Two people smoking right in front of front door. Went in to order and they followed me in and one went behind counter and one sat down to play on his phone. Hey if you want to kill your self with moms peach cobbler smelling trash great. Do it behind the restaurant. A shift lead maybe? Put his cigarette out right out side door. Again. Door dash order. Ordered turkey and cheese sub with lil mayo received plain turkey that had not been heated long enough! The turkey still had a chill to it! Not cut in half with no napkins. Ordered coke for drink and received Diet Coke which I hate! Called and no one answered! I used to love this store but it has changed drastically. Ordered a turkey sandwich on wheat bread with lettuce, tomato and no mayo. The receipt reflected this as well. I ended up with a turkey sandwich on white bread with no tomato and lots of mayo. This was a delivery, so stuck with the sandwich. read more

Out of politeness and disbelief I replied REALLY? The second clerk said YES REALLY. We've been going to this place for years and have loved it and it has been our go to sub place. We just ate our dinner from there at it was all bread, ingredients missing, and the longest wait ever! The workers in the back were just chatting away and not being diligent workers. We won't be going back sadly. 3/3 people disappointed. read more

Worst service I have ever received at a Firehouse Subs. They were completely understaffed during the busiest time of day and orders were backing up. I simply ordered a hook and ladder snd 2 kids combos when asking for my cups for the kids meal all I received was 1 large cup. The lobby area was disgusting food all over the ground tables left unwiped the soda machine had soda all over it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYWAY. Before posting this review, there were only three others, and all from parts of 2014. There's a reason: This place isn't very good. Maybe other locations are, but I doubt it since it's a chain and they prepare all the subs the same. Do yourself a favor: If you want a sub, go to Jersey Mikes ... or your local deli. Just not here. Two steak and cheese subs ordered. Meat was dry and gross; could be new staff or a bunch of things, but the subs weren't good -- and really small compared to competitors, both in size and amount of streak in the bun. My colleague ate parts of one half and tossed the rest. I struggled through mine; I'd paid $10 for the combo meal, was gonna give it a go. I had hoped for better, got worse. Won't be back. read more

While we were greeted when we walked in with a gruff welcome, we then had to wait five minutes to place an order though nobody was in line in front of us - just people waiting for food. After I paid I was then told it was a 20 minute wait even after the order was placed. Internet an online orders were a priority. We saw approximately 6 to 8 families come in and walk out after not being waited on. We ordered a brisket and cheddar barbecue and only 3/4 of the bun was covered with meat. The bag was covered in grease as well as the takeout container. All in all, this was the worst fire house subs we've ever been to and we have frequented them in five different states. Since seeing commercial for pub sub weeks ago couldn't wait to try it, so upon arrival and needing two subs they only had enough cheese for one . Needless to say not happy. Was told popular sub and the cheese was still not thawed. Poor planning in my opinion. read more

I walked into this firehouse and an employee was sitting down eating. He stood up agitated when I walked in and he walked around the counter to make my sandwich. He was digging in his pockets and touching his face all before putting on gloves . HE DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS or anything . The employee at the register was a little nice but he had no mask on either . They were both talking over my sandwhich while it was being made . I then decided to cancel the entire order . I should not have to make someone was their hands . It should already be protocol ! That's the first thing you do before dealing with food ! Never ever coming back to this location. They should be taking hygiene more seriously regardless if there is a pandemic or not. read more

Walked in this location and didn't get a greeting and stood at the register for a solid 2 minutes before an employee even acknowledged me. Instead, they stood there having a conversation with each other, which continued throughout me placing my order. And there was no line and I was only one of 3 people in the store. The sandwich was good but the customer service really surprised me. I've been to a lot of firehouse subs but this location needs more upbeat employees that actually want to be working. Subs were great but I brought my associate here because of the free Wifi. When we asked for the password we were told that it couldn't be given out. Please remove the "free wifi" from your info. This was frustrating as we had to eat and then go to Panera to finish our day. read more

Very disappointed in our visit today the guy behind kept saying the he didn't give a crap and making other comments that were not needed! This is a family restaurant and I don't appreciate my kid hearing crap every five minutes! To tell a customer at the counter that it's going to be a 15-20 minute wait because they have so many orders, you take care of the person in front of you! Like most firehouse sub locations, this is a wonderful alternative to the traditional subway sandwich or overpriced Panera Bread meal. For a while I was disappointed regarding the "dryness" of their bread at this location, but the manager informed me that this was due to a faulty toaster system and they have since remedied this issue and are back to their former, tasty, standards. read more

I ordered my sandwich through the mobile app. When I arrived a young lady behind the counter told me that my order did not attach my loyalty number. I misunderstood what she said and thought my payment for the order did not process. When it became clear that I did not understand the young man working with her explained again and I acknowledged that I understood. As this transpired I watched as the girl behind the counter got a sarcastic smirk on her face and rolled her eyes. I told her that I did not appreciate this and she denied it. I walked into this Firehouse to order 10 subs chips drinks etc. young lady was sweeping the floor, two guys behind the counter talking to each other and the girl sweeping, stood there waiting for service for 7 1/2 minutes. None of the three even acknowledged my presence. I finally just left and bought my party food down the street. Will not be returning to this place.... Life is too short and there are plenty of other places around like this I don't have to be subjected to indifference. read more

I love it here!!!! Just a six-inch fills me up!! The service is great and fast to!!! Awesome for takeout to!! The subs are addicting, after one you'll be hooked!! The food is ready in a timely manner. The meat is of the highest quality. The staff is kind and friendly. They have many different drink selections with their Coke freestyle machine. A wonderful sandwich is the New York Steamer. It has an overall comforting atmosphere and you leave full and happy. read more

Good subs. Pretty pricy. And one time they made me the wrong sub. Plus, they need to advertise their topping options better. They only explicitly offer the basics, not all the other options available. And they tend to get a tad annoyed when asking for several toppings. Good subs otherwise. Maybe it's the location. read more
