    Italian sub - my favorite
    Jenita M.

5 Stars on my Italian Sub. Creamy, juicy, and savory. It made my day. It was worth finding on our gps although we had a time finding it. The guy manager was helpful and friendly. I like that this place has over 20 hot sauces to try.

New York steamer (I think )

I was craving a hot sub and decided to swing by firehouse subs ! It's located next to the pei Wei in brier creek. I decided upon the New York steamer? Fully involved with no lettuce or tomato. It was beef, pastrami, melted cheese, and Italian dressing. Pros: My sandwich was amazing. Just what I wanted. They made my order quickly. The staff was nice. Cons: the location was sort of gross. They had no caps for the drinks and there was garbage everywhere. I enjoyed my food and I will probably eat again but at the Cary location.

#8 engineer sub: smoked turkey breast, sautéed mushrooms and Swiss cheese.

good place for a quick lunch. their subs are decent and portions are good (a med size sub is plenty). I do like that they serve hot subs in addition to cold ones. The restaurant is clean, but a bit cramped with all the tables inside. Also, they heavily market the fact that they have a coca-cola freestyle machine, but I prefer the old school fountain drinks. They never taste like they're supposed to out of the freestyle machine in my opinion (the syrup to bubble ratio is always off).

Smokehouse beef & cheddar brisket, best sub on the menu :)

Almost smelled like Method sandalwood cleaner-light and fragrant, not antiseptic, The young man behind the counter was very courteous and friendly. Explained the menu and even offered a photo book of all their dishes so you can see what you're getting into before taking the plunge. After our order was prepared, he delivered it to our table and cleared the table when we were finished. Nice touch! Now the food- I got the leg quarter bowl on millennial salad base with roasted red pepper, roasted corn, and black beans, pico, greens. (They were out of quinoa, which was fine by me lol) It came with a delicious white garlic dipping sauce. The whole meal was amazing and I had plenty to take home for lunch the next day. I will definitely be coming back. This place has got it going on!

"Good chicken option in Brier Creek"…read more Came here on a Sunday just after noon. The place was really quiet, and a bit dark-- the outside sign said they opened at 1pm, but they were clearly open at just after 12:00pm. One orders at the counter, and they bring you the food. I ordered the "tender bowl" with the mildest sauce and with salad as the base rather than rice. My dining partner had a chicken wrap and fries. I was a little sad that, when I asked if I could have "half-rice and half salad", the cashier said no... didn't seem like an unreasonable ask, but whatever. Food came out in maybe 10 minutes. The bowl was a lot of food-- I was glad I didn't have a fully rice one, or else I wouldn't have been able to finish it. The food came with a small sauce, but it had dairy, so I asked for an alternative, and they provided one with mayo & hot-sauce that was quite tasty. Quality was good. The tenders tasted fresh, and the batter wasn't overwhelming as is often the case. The arugula was good. The salad base was fine. And again, a lot of food. The chicken wrap my dining partner has was also quite good, and the fries came with a very spicy seasoning that tasted yummy. Establishment was clean-- I used the restroom too and it was fine. Price was quite fair for the quantity and quality of food we got. Overall, a good option for chicken, and a not-overwhelming lunch at a decent price, in the Brier Creek area.

You can avoid this by entering the McDonald's after the drive-thru, essentially going through the parking lot right next to it. This McDonald's made an error with my order that I didn't catch until I got home (I lost $3 due to the mistake). I submitted a complaint through their app, which wasn't easy, I had to Google how to do it. My complaint went to corporate, who forwarded it directly to the store. I got a call from a store manager and then a community support manager, Ernie, who mailed me a free meal card. I used the card to get a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe Meal (value $10+), and it was delicious... I probably would never have tried it without the meal card. Thanks, Ernie, for more than making up for the store's prior mistake!

Great time here and loved the added space/bar out back…read more I enjoyed that there were 3 different seating areas to choose from (main dining, outdoor and small bar). We opted to eat our meal at the bar with high tables and slightly warmer feel as it is open to the outdoor space. Service was great. I ordered something that was no longer on the menu and they were able to accommodate my request. All staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations. Food was delicious. I had the meatball pizza and a mocktail and lemon gelato. All very tasty.

Let me begin by reminding my loyal followers--who know I have the subtlety of a brick when…read morereviewing food--that I grew up in Italy. I don't expect perfection in America. I do, however, expect witnesses to at least resemble the crime scene. The menu lured me in with a Margherita Classico: San Marzano tomato sauce, bufala mozzarella, and basil. I misunderstood. I assumed they meant San Marzano tomatoes, not a tomato sauce salted so aggressively it could preserve Pompeii for another 2,000 years. Americans do love putting sauce on everything, and I can live with that. But a proper Margherita doesn't need to swim. Let the tomatoes do the talking. The basil was fresh and lovely. The "bufala mozzarella," however, appeared to have called in sick and sent its bargain-bin cousin from the discount dairy aisle. If that was buffalo mozzarella, then I'm the Pope. The biggest heartbreak was the dough. It actually looked promising, but instead of light, airy, crisp, and kissed by a wood-fired oven, it had the personality of a yoga mat. Authentic pizza dough should make you smile before you even notice the toppings. Here's the baffling part: this isn't ancient family knowledge guarded by Italian grandmothers on mountaintops. The entire recipe is free. It's on YouTube. Thousands of Neapolitan pizzaioli have practically filmed a master's degree for anyone willing to spend ten minutes watching. The staff was genuinely friendly, the restaurant was clean, and I honestly believe they're trying to do something special. That's what makes this disappointing instead of merely bad. When you advertise authenticity, people expect authenticity--not a pizza that needed a passport just to identify itself. If anyone knows a truly authentic Italian pizza place in Raleigh, please point me there next time. My partner says I should stop trying to emotionally process mozzarella.

Hard pass, bro. This place just blew my high, and no, I wasn't smoking weed today…read more I spent about $60 on some trash. Now before you say I'm a hater, look at my profile. I hardly ever give one-star reviews. That's exactly why I'm suggesting you skip this Wingstop. I mean it. This location is a complete disgrace. I had to try a couple of times before leaving this review because when I do bomb a place, they hear it in Iran. So here it is: $60 down the drain. You know why? The food was pounded with salt on a spectacular level. I'm over here watching the Knicks game, I open my bag, and you would think it's glowing with wings seasoned to perfection like the ones in the commercials. I've been in NC for 12 years as a New York transplant, never came across disrespect like this and when you're trying to watch your team win a championship, the last thing you want is to get served these rubbery wings. These things looked like pieces of different orders thrown together to make one order. Do you feel what I'm saying? Straight-up jigsaw puzzle wings. I asked for EXTRA CRISPY. I got EXTRA SOGGY. Read that again. EXTRA CRISPY turned into EXTRA SOGGY. I couldn't even eat them. Now I can't go back to the store and return it. You know why? Because the Knicks are in the third quarter, we're down by five points, and I'm not missing the game over this disaster. So if you're reading this, you have two choices: 1. Skip it. 2. Go there and watch your food being made. Because if you don't, they're going to destroy your order. I'm so effing pissed off right now. Horrible experience. Even the side items were over-salted, and I LOVE salt. That's what makes this even crazier. This place just ripped me off for $60. The only good thing that happened tonight was that the Knicks actually won, and that had absolutely nothing to do with the food. I mean, this location is such a disrespect that if Rick Ross walked in there, this motherfucker would probably shut it down. Ambience I mean everyone's busy they wear hair nets it's O.K With that said, I'm out.
