Spent $63 on 3 sandwiches. Got home and was so disappointed, my large cheesesteak was mostly mayo and peppers and like a tablespoon of meat. No cheese either! Seriously not ok. Other sandwiches were fine. I definitely won't be back, not for a cheese steak anyways.

This is what I bit into.

The sandwich had paper in it. I imagine it's something that the meat or cheese was attached to and someone forgot to remove it. Needless to say, I stopped eating after that and will not return.

TLDR: Overall another fast food style sandwich establishment. Amazing and friendly service, average tasting sub that's over priced. The ambiance: the restaurant is new so it's really clean. There's decor throughout that fits the motif of a firehouse. There's ample seating and tables so it can accommodate any sized group. 4/5 The service: 5/5! Without question the friendliest employees present. Able to answer questions and provide suggestions. It was my first time at the restaurant and they made me feel welcomed. I would come back for the service! 5/5 The food: Unfortunately the sandwich was less exciting. The price was steep in comparison to some other non chain restaurants as well as the chain competitors. The bread was average, the ingredients seemed fresh, but not blown away by the price. The pickle was great! No special sauces or flavor profiles to write home about. 3/5 If you're hungry there's other sandwich options available that taste better and that are more reasonably priced. You're not going to blown away but you're also not going to good home feeling bad. Service is again outstanding!

Firehouse has the best fast and casual subs among its competitors. The meatball is definitely a favorite of mine, and the Italian isn't far behind. Honestly any sub I've had from Firehouse has been great. Nice and fast service as wells.

Yes, I finally went in with my son. I ordered "The Tab" and it was Phenomenal! Hefty portions of meat and cheese and a perfect ratio of bread and fixins. My son had the Prosciutto Panini and graciously gave me a bite. That WILL be my next order! Fabulous!!! Probably the best potato salad I've had in many years as well. The staff is super helpful and friendly and the speed at which you get your order is pretty fast. The ambience is maybe the best part. Like a quaint Italian eatery with the tables wearing the red and white checkers, with probably the best sports memorabilia I've seen literally covering every square inch of the walls. Good stuff, too! It's funny that my favorite restaurant in Reno is literally across the street (The Four Seasons), and now I have a new favorite Deli. Keep it coming!!! Cheers, JimG

The bread was soft, fresh, and packed with flavor, while the chicken steak was perfectly cooked, juicy, and seasoned just right. Every bite was better than the last. My wife ordered the Cheese Steak Sandwich with no veggies and we both agreed these were some of the best sandwiches we've ever eaten. The staff made the experience even better. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care that customers had a great experience. The restaurant has a classic deli atmosphere that feels comfortable and inviting. The biggest compliment I can give is this: I'm already going back for the third time in one week because I can't stop craving that Chicken Cheese Steak Sandwich on the jalapeno cheddar bread. To be fair I only tried one item, the Thai chicken wrap and it wasn't bad but it was a huge mostly cabbage presentation. Really there was very little chicken in it. I couldn't detect any peanut flavor in the Thai chicken sauce. Perhaps I should have tried a different item? The service was great, atmosphere was non existent, it's a bleak boring dining area. The only cool thing was the stickers on the front window. If I get back to Reno this place would be low on my return list. UPDATE: After receiving a message from the owner I plan to return to Full Belly Deli and try something different. It's tough to make a decision with the extensive menu and as I felt instinctively while there. The Thai Chicken Burritos wasn't the best choice especially when they may lots of breads in house. I'm sure I will be back within the next year, as soon as my client destroys the work I did on my last trip.

The staff is always nice and helpful. We like to ask for suggestions they are happy to help. One of my favorite sandwiches is the French dip on their Swiss and onion bread.. the beef is tender and not super fatty. The au ju is flavorful, not too salty and doesn't leave some coat of something on your tongue.. the swiss/onion bread works so so well with everything.. the flavor of the Swiss cheese goes well with the au ju. We've had a few different sandwiches. my fiancée loved the meatloaf one and we both love the recent weekly specials.. This week is the chicken curry salad sandwich and last week was the Carolina pulled pork.. I lost my mind with that one.. so so flavorful. I couldn't stop eating it. I forgot it was a weekly special and we got it on the last day. So so sad.. wish it was a regular on the menu.. They have a list of sandwiches but you can also make your own and choose which bread you want on any of them. The thing I love about them is you can order a half sandwich. Sometimes a full sandwich is a little too much and other times you just want a lite meal.. Cant wait to swe their next weekly special.

The workers were also very confused on how to ring things up and what was included in a kids meal and had to come by the table for us to remind them what we ordered on a sandwich because they didn't understand the ticket produced by their machine. They had to call the owner to get help. The worst part is it took forever to get out sandwiches. We had places 2 orders. The first one came out after about 20 minutes. But another 20 minutes went by and we had not heard a peep from anyone. So I went to the register and there were no customers. I told them I was checking on our order and they looked confused. My order was sitting in a bag on the back counter!!! No one noticed or checked on it. We didn't get our sandwiches for 40 minutes after ordering them.

This... We ordered one classic cheesesteak…read more ONE cheesesteak. Ordered it at 2:40 pm. After waiting 35 min, still no cheesesteak. Thinking they may have forgotten our order or it was somehow misplaced, I asked how much longer it would be. Was told there was still a wait, but no specific time was given. We waited another ten minutes and still nothing. Went back up to the counter and asked again. Was met with major attitude and was told they're very busy. I looked around... Including us, there was one guy waiting at the counter and one girl who already had her sandwich. And there were zero Door Dashers the entire time we were there. There were NO other ppl that came in the entire time we were there. Ummmm.... It was crickets the entire time. Then all five employees came to the front as we were asking for our money back and we were met with some kind of weird, out-of-bounds rude behavior, saying things like, "Well if you think you can do better why don't you come back and run the grill?" To which I said, "Sure! No problem. I private chef on the side and can probably teach ya a thing or two. You cannot just fire on one sandwich every ten to fifteen minutes." After no cheesesteak and quite a bit of arguing, we finally got our money back. Lastly, it's worth noting, the place was super dirty. Used napkins on the floor, tables not wiped down. Counters not cleaned. Ketchup packets left on tables. Garbage clearly hadn't been taken out in a long time. So, let's just say, the Health Dept has been notified; the conditions are atrocious. Literally the worst place I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot! It's a shame... all of the other Capriotti's locations I've been to have been clean, ultra quick, and the quality of their products have been awesome. This one? Run. Run away fast and far! Do NOT eat there!
